Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, what can I say? Lol! What I will say is that I ordered online and request that it would be walked out to my car. I even parked directly in front of the store so that they wouldn't have to walk far. I only request this because I was recently in a car accident and was pretty banged up and unable to cook but I had a lil mojo in me to drive to a Restaurant and the kid wanted pizza. I think if they offer a walk out to your car type service then they should honor it. People could be requesting it from anything to health reasons or just being in a bad mood. Anyway...food was good. Wait time not so good because I was waiting in the car forever for my food to be walked out. However, that wasn't bad enough to place them on my ban list, lololol! I would eat here again. Would be a 0 star rating. Ordered from the App was charged $50 bucks. They delivered to the wrong address. When I called to check on my order. I was told it was given to grub hub. I didn't order from grub hub. So contacted grub hub. No they don't have my order door dash no one. So pizza hut basically told us to deal with the loss. I am now contacting my credit card company. Poor service, I ordered a carry out online and it was to be ready at 1:pm. When I arrived at pizza one of there workers was standing outside the door on her phone. As I walked passed her into the restaurant to the counter I noticed no one was in the building, the girl on the phone rushed back in asked me if I wanted to order a pizza, I stated I have all ready and was coming to pick it up. She looked surprised and ran into the kitchen and looked at her screen and noticed she had my order and other orders she did not fill because she was standing outside on the phone. She asked for 20 additional minutes to complete my order I have not been back to pizza since. read more

By far the worst Pizza Hut I've dealt with. The pasta is basically dry hard noodles. Pizza toppings are not even and it's just overall poorly made. For taking typically 1-2 hours for delivery, should have plenty of time to make it decent. I'll give them one thing, At least they're consistent. I was just going through my phone trying to erase old pictures I took. This one is for a Pizza Hut order back in July of 2018. Pizza ordered was a Medium Original Pan Pizza with Hut Favorite Crust Flavor topped with Classic Marinara Sauce, Beef, Mushrooms, Pepperoni +several other items order the same day. I'll be nice and give you two stars for making this. It was made and missing sauce, cheese, and toppings. But like I said someone there actually made and served this. Please see all pictures for yourself to see the issues. I didn't get a pizza like the commercial or like those nice menu pictures. I could make this way better at home. This pizza has changed too much to keep giving y'all so much business. Due to stuff like this, we have only ordered when food is half price or free because you can't always guarantee a decent order. Another big issue is that the bread sticks were overcooked and the marinara sauce is always watered down for some reason. Based on recent experience(a week ago), the breadsticks are still going downhill. Who in the world came up with the idea to put the breadsticks in a bag? And they are burnt, always burnt. Got them free for my birthday, but who can eat them??? You should really do something about this. read more

I wish I had looked at these comments before I ordered. I ordered pizza and wings and they didn't bring the whole order. I have been on hold for over an hour. This don't make no sense. I'm about to just write that off as a loss and never order from there again. It came from Hardscrabble. The pizza was delivered 30 mins later than they said and it wasn't even warm. The last time I ordered from there was years ago and said I wouldn't order again because they never got the order right at that time, after deliver and having to go up there. We haven't ordered from here in a couple of years. It used to be really good. Last time we had this, there was very little sauce and the pizza didn't taste very good. I decided to give them a chance and try it again tonight. The worst pizza I have ever had. The taste was ok but I had to scrape it up and eat it with a fork. The crust was soggy and falling apart. When you try to call and complain, the phone goes to India. Why can't I just call the store? We are completely done with this Pizza Hut and probably all of them. Worst quality Pizza Hut location. I've been a Pizza Hut fan since I can remember. Never had a complaint but this location makes my blood boil! Something so simple as a cheese pizza was more of a cardboard pizza. Is there a sauce shortage I'm unaware of? I ordered the new "Detroit" style where the sauce is supposed to be on the top. As usual the pizza is always hitting. The delivery speed is Jimmy John fast so its well worth it. It would be a great improvement for this store if the sales representatives would recommend specials to reduce the costs of you meal. After I bought a meal previously, I found out the exact meal I wanted could've be ordered in a larger size and been cheaper. I was big ANNOYED by that. Outside of that, they're a great store. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location. I have gave this place a chance multiple times and every time something has GONE WRONG. Orders are always wrong and the staff is always playing around. Last night a customer pizza was dropped in the store and the employee laughed. My pizza was still doughy and soggy. How can you mess up a timer? This is the SECOND "second chance" that I've given this store. It took over an hour and a half to get my pizza when the store is less than ten minutes from my house. I have a note on my order that says "PLEASE do not knock, just leave the pizza on the porch" because my dog gets so worked up- yet the driver rings and rings the bell and knocks on the door REPEATEDLY with no regards to the note. The pizza is always ice cold because it shouldn't take almost two hours to get to me, and it never tastes right. I emailed a complaint to the corporate offices stating this and was offered a free large pizza, even though I spent more than that and told them I would NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. They have ZERO customer service and don't even apologize if the pizza is late or doesn't meet expectations. I was under the impression that delivery was guaranteed in at least 30 min or less. So I'm always the type to read reviews and for some reason I ordered from this location and didn't read them before ordering. Big mistake. Pizza was obviously flipped over before arriving to my home and it looked a hot mess. It would've been okay if driver would've been honest and would've said "I apologize, I'll bring you another one" but instead she hands it to me like nothing was wrong and something was telling me to open it before she drove off. This pizza hut is a sham. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a pizza online (contactless delivery). It said online that it did not go through to call the store. They charged me $16.95, but on my bank statement, they have $17.85. I call the store and they told me to reorder which I did and I was charged $20.94 for the same order. So two charges appear on my bank statement. I ordered a $9.99 pizza with a two-liter Pepsi and got the pizza, but a 20 oz drink. I and my hubby always order Pizza from 4611 Hard Scrabble Rd location. Usually we order 1 Medium Pizza with 3 Toppings and always use coupon so turns out half the price. They have consistently made excellent Medium Hand Tossed Pizza with 3 Toppings. Their crust is always soft and we like crispy well done crust. I always keep oven ready when we go to pick-up Pizza. I add Any required additional topping n warm the Pizza at 365. In few min Crust is nice crispy n hot. I cannot complain as We get the Pizza for $6. They have been generous with the toppings as well. Although I find sauce scanty, my hubby loves it that way so again can't complain. Only complain I have is when twice they had given burnt bread sticks. Usually we do not order that. They had once gave us not properly cooked pizza when we had ordered almost 5-6. But other then that for their consistent nice Medium Pizza, I will give them 5 stars. I wish to see flavored crust well flavored throughout. I will recommend this Pizza Hut Location for carry out. read more
