We live dangerously close to this location & not sad about it! It is nice because we can phone ahead & pick up pizzas for our guests that helps us maximize our time on the lake! They do have a dining room if you want to make it a night out but I do not think they have alcohol. Plenty of parking & staff is always friendly & service is quick. Definitely give this Pizza Hut a try the pizza is oh so yummy ( you can even get a personal pizza so great for lunch)! read more

We walked in, and we were ignored for at least five minutes. We finally asked the lady. If we could order, She was the grumpiest, moodiest person, I think I'd ever met. Everything was too much trouble for her. Every time we are something she just pointed and grunted. She should definitely not be working in customer service. We eventually placed an order and was told there is no table service, There is no salt and pepper and we would pretty much have to do everything ourselves. This place is the worse Pizza Hut! We always ask for extra topping or add topping but is never added but they do charge us fir them. Eating there isn't any better the wait staff sit you but then firget about you. Half the time they are chatting with back of the house staff or just playing with the register. And they may have three or four wait staff but only one actually works sometimes. And the managers are no help either they are just walking around joking and avoiding work most off the time. Delivery is a joke as well they say they can't deliver to your area but if they have friends or family close by you they will deliver there. Service is poor and rude Staff is hateful and cold but sometime ok Management is non existant and poor If this wasn't the only place close by I wouldn't go there but we are forced to go there. read more

For as much as you have to pay to get "Extra" of a topping, they never get it right. Every single time I get extra mushrooms on my pizza, they either give me extra of a different topping (like black olives or green peppers), or it's like they give me less than it would come regularly. Coloma Pizza Hut (Southwestern Michigan) has had problems over the years and I see nothing has changed. I don't like ordering through this Pizza Hut, but we had guests on April 21, 2019, and had no other option. To begin with, we ordered on-line and had a coupon from completing a survey from our last visit from a different Pizza Hut to get $10.00 off if we placed an order for $20.00 or more. There is no place to do that on the app, so we called the Coloma hut and asked to speak to a manager. My niece spoke to a Kristin or Christine who was very rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. Why couldn't she give us $10.00 off in-store? This has happened to this same niece and her husband before and they've done it at another pizza hut. My niece's husband called the manager back. While he was waiting for her on the phone, he could hear her ranting in the background saying that she had just spoken to someone a few minutes ago! That is terrible for public relations and can you imagine what that does for employee morale? He also tried to get the manager to do something, but she was again very rude and wouldn't budge, even though we ordered $49.78 worth of food. You would think the manager would do something for us, but no. Aren't the managers all around the country notifying the company headquarters about this situation? This was our second time in this location. The first time was a good experience, this time was not. They were playing some head banging music in the oven area. I mean, it was loud! A family came in a few minutes before we left, then they turned it down , but before that, OMG! Our server was not the best either, I tried to ask about the salad bar, she was half way answering me as she walked back to her counter. Every time she came by our table, she walked up fast and as we tried to answer her, or ask her a question, she was walking away. The food was good but the customer service and that "loud" obnoxious noise is why we will not go back to Coloma, Mi Pizza Hut. Never. Dinner should be relaxing not stressfull. Pizza Hut in Coloma tonite: 15 April, 2014. At the risk of seeming blasphemious regarding chain-restaurants, I believe that the Coloma Pizza Hut has the best wings going. Got the crispy, bone-in, burning hot and wife got 6&6 mixed: again bone-in, crispy, but honey-barbecue and parmesan. We were bummed when told that the wedge fries (personal favorites) were no longer on the menu but we tried the waffle fries. MOST excellent choice. Cooked properly, tastefully seasoned, and SUPER crispy!! Darn! Like 'em better than the wedge fries! Margarethe our sweetheart server, was prompt and timely without being intrusive.
