Every time I drive thru Michigan I stop here. They have made me a perfect n best tasting whoppers I ever had from any Burger King around

My husband brought home some fast food from work in Watervliet yesterday. He ended up getting me some nuggets and mozzarella sticks, while he got a bunch of burgers. The mozzarella sticks were about as good as the taco they tried to make. If you want good fast food mozzarella sticks, go to Arby's. The nuggets were pretty good. I do prefer BK nuggets more than other fast food places, even when they are cold. My husband enjoyed his burgers and fries. He did say there was a bit of a wait, but we always expect a wait at BK. No matter what location, it seems to be on the slow side. If you're looking for some basic food, this is a decent option, but if you want to be gone in 5-10 minutes this isn't your place. read more

Just ordered food from there and after about 5 minutes of waiting I was getting im patient and thought it was taking to long to get food. Alice tooky order perfectly. Then I pulled up to second window and paid Alice who was1 of the only 2 employees they had working. Now I know why it took 5 minutes. Come on Burger King step it up and hire sompeople to help this lady. Alice and whoever the other employee was working with her are probably making you more money for you than you can count. The food was hot and my order was perfect! Not one thing wrong with it. Shout out to Alice for running the place, taking inventory, taking orders, serving orders, and getting them out the window hot, fresh, and spot on correct! I hope the Burger King higher ups read this review. If they do give Alice a nice raise and Christmas bonus. Because what I witnessed tonight she is more than worth it and besides the fast cook is the only reason you get this 5 star review. I'll definitely be back after being treated so well. Pathetic customer service from the guy working Aug 5 2022 at 5:15pm. Mobile order was not showing on their end, I showed him the order had processed on my phone and he insisted he could do nothing for me. Bank was charged. He had a condescending attitude saw an upset customer and instead of figuring something out stuck with the "your order is not here". It was placed to that restaurant and he agreed that he saw the order on my phone and that the location was correct. Pathetic customer service. I usually have no issues with this BK, but today was just awful. He needs to be retrained or empowered to do something for the customer. Kudos to corporate though. Contacted Corporate through the app and got a refund within minutes (will post in account in 3-5 business days). I used to get food here 2-3 times a week. Not anymore. read more

So we went to this exact Burger King, my fiancé, nephews, and I. Once we got back home my nephew started eating his Whopper and a tiny white worm was crawling up his hand. We looked closer at the other burgers and there was more worms on the buns. Disgusting. Now we're all sick, thanks to such nasty, unsanitary, old ass food. Once in a while I have to have my Whopper fix. I ordered via drive thru and the window cashier was reasonably friendly except that they put the fries up side down and it's very hard to pick them up while driving. However, I have to say the Whopper at this place is as good as I have ever had. Just as advertised. I would have given 4 stars but the up side down fries and NO NAPKINS. So instead she offered me a free drink (which I DIDNT WANT). She should have gone and asked someone for help. Just stopped here on our way to Chicago. I try not to eat fast food too much but when I'm on the road sometimes I'll get a chicken sandwich. Really, I felt compelled to write this review because of the excellent customer service I received. The manager was spot on. A group of guys were leaving and the manager made sure to say goodbye and tell them to have a good day. He greeted another customer by first name and made conversation with several other patrons. I wasn't waiting long but he still called to the back "How's that chicken sandwich?" He then asked if I'd like a cup for water; I accepted and he told me my sandwich would be up soon. When it was ready, he came out the door and handed off the bag personally. This might not all seem like a big deal, but I've found great customer service is usually hard to come by, and this guy really knew how to deliver. If Burger King is reading this, I suggest you give that guy props, and even go as far as send him around the country to train your other stores. read more

I walked in with my brother at 11:45am. One guest already eating and two women behind the counter talking, not one of them greeting us. I looked for a table at first while my brother finished his phone call. Almost all of the tables were dirty, yet they weren't busy at all. After deciding on what we wanted, the women had already went in back and we waited about 4 minutes before deciding to leave since no one was up front to take our order. We could see employees in the kitchen area leaning on machines talking and paying no attention to the front. Terrible service, cleanliness and we told some guy walking in that it must be closed since no one is obviously working. Happy Easter! read more

This place does not even deserve 1 star. I was here with my friend last week, we stopped to eat and take a bathroom break on our way to the airport. My friend accidentally left her wallet in the bathroom and she didn't realize it until we were 15 minutes from the airport in Chicago (she had paid for her food before she used the bathroom). When she realized she didn't have her wallet she called the manager at this Burger King and asked if he could look around in the bathroom for her wallet. He did, and he found it, and she asked him if her cash was still in there or if someone had stolen it. His response was, "there is a lot of money in here". (My friend had $500 in cash because we were on our way to vacation). She asked him if there was any way that he or one of his employees would be willing to drive her wallet to Chicago airport (we would not make our flight if we drove all the way there and back). And my friend offered to pay anyone that was willing $200 cash. The manager declined and told us that none of his employees had a car. I called a taxi to go and retrieve the wallet and bring it to Chicago, which cost us $400. When the taxi made it to Chicago, he handed us the wallet and explained that, "The manager is my witness that there was $60 in this wallet when I received it, and there is $60 in it now. I had him watch me count it". Needless to say, most of my friend's $500 was gone, the manager told us there was "a lot of money" in the wallet when he found it in the bathroom. And the manager was acting strange about driving or having someone else drive it to is (for $200). It's so frustrating and discouraging to meet dishonest people. Though it was cash and it was a mistake that could've been avoided stealing is wrong in any kind of way- whether you steal from someone with lots of money or if you steal from someone who has nothing. My friend worked very hard for her vacation and unfortunately she had to experience the disgusting and ugly side that humans possess. I am a firm believer in karma so the world will do its own punishments to whomever was involved in this scheme. In addition we all had chicken fries and most of them were burnt and crusty. All in all do NOT visit this BK due to the intolerable acts of the manager here, this type of behavior should never be tolerated. read more

As a rule, when my wife and I are on the road, and we have to wheel in to a fast food joint, we usually go to Burger King. This time, however, we should have wheeled in to somewhere else. First, while we were waiting to place our orders, a young man had to go back to the counter twice as they had left items on his burger that he asked to have left off from it. Our woes began when we approached the fountain pop dispenser, and observed pop spilled all over the counter, and even pop spilled on the tongue to the ice dispenser. Unwrapped our burgers to find onions and tomatoes just thrown in the wrapper and not on the actual sandwich. The ultimate ziggy was when my wife found hair in her french fries! And when she showed the Manager, she just said "ok, thanks." Not even a fake "I'm sorry." The ladies room had flies in it, and had an odor similar to that of a portajohn, complete with a smashed worm of some kind on the wall. Might be time for The King to find some better subjects to rule has kingdom! read more
