What just happened? Did I just see a sign that says Pizza Hut buffet for lunch time? I haven't eaten at a Pizza Hut buffet in years! You get a fourth star for arousing my nostalgic values. You have an army of servers constantly checking to see if you're good. They are not a bother at all. They make certain the buffet stays with at least 4 pizzas on it at all times. They check to ensure your drink cup is full at all times. Really attentive service at this place. Did I mention you have a choice between a house or Ceasar salad? The drink comes with the buffet. They put out a variety of pizzas that includes flat pizza along with their pan pizzas. Salad, all you can drink, all you can eat pasta, and all you can eat pizza in one sweet looking pizza place. There is plenty of room to fit 75 people comfortably in here. I will be back here just to scratch my Pizza Hut itch! read more

I could give 0 stars I would. Some male employee making out with a chick by the buffet bar, 3 other employees sitting in booths, and after 40 minutes and my son and husbands food plus our cheese sticks came out I was told my chicken was JUST put into the oven. Also, we were the ONLY table of customers. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Buffet was always out of food. Pizza was thin as paper and only one topping. Horrible horrible horrible. Pizza was dry, hard, tasteless and disgusting. The salad came out with 99% croutons that were as hard as rocks. NEVER will go back. read more

Great service love coming here late night pizza always fresh and fast. Great customer service staff is super friendly

My family loves going to this Pizza Hut. Fast service, great taste and very reasonably priced. Staff is always fast and friendly.

The staff was fine. But if you remember what PH was in the 70s-90s it's now a disgrace. Back then the buffets were huge! Large pizzas and huge salad bowls. On the weekends it was a place to take a first date in HS. The red lites overhead, the table clothes and huge red drink glasses were awesome. Then later pizza nite with your buddies and pitchers of beer. Absolutely the best gig going. Now it's a shadow of itself. No or rarely sit in pizza dinner. The pizzas are 80% dough rather than mostly toppings; zero flavor. It's a horrid testament to what has happened... Pizza Hut used to be the pinnacle of our young boys birthday parties and first dates. Now it's just another fast food restaurant du juor with no soul or reverence of the best. I'll never go again. I can make a better pizza at home. The entire PH experience has been destroyed.... read more

Best buffet around service and food second to none. Love the old school feel of the dining area.

The shift manager Crystal was very rude. Employees should be held accountable for their mistakes. She couldn't care less whether I had something to eat or not. Crystal has let her title go to her head. You don't treat customers like they are nothing. She needs more training! read more

I have been craving pizza for a couple of days now so today we went to the Pizza Hut. We got the MeatLovers Thin & Crispy and it was awesome. We are glad to see that they offer a lunch buffet so that will be taken advantage of in our next visit! Very friendly staff and prompt service read more

Worst serviceI have ever received at a restaurant. I ordered pizza, cheese breadsticks, pizza, rollers, and the chicken Caesar salad. when I got there pizzas and everything, but the Caesar salad was ready it took them almost 45 minutes to grill a piece of chicken for the salad. I guess they thought I was stupid enough to know they forgot to grill the chicken for the salad until I got there. By the time it did finally come out all the other food was cold this is the second time I've had horrible service at this location. I will not be returning rude staff and paying too much for cold pizza. read more

The food here is unappetizing. The only thing that comes out good is the thin crust and that's because it edible. Every other crust is mush. Stuff crust was a disaster. I'd eat frozen pizza from Walgreens before I order from here again. I'm sure they are cooking old dough which is disgusting. I love Pizza Hut, just not this one. I've never been so disappointed with the quality of the food. read more

WORST FOOD, MANAGEMENT, RESTAURANT EVER!!!!!! "R A T" Droppings all in window Pizzas and Spaghetti dishes were not cooked. Re-made, still uncooked. Took 45 minutes to get uncooked pizzas, another hour to re-do, came out same. Management was extremely rude to my family thumbs down all the way!!HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME HERE!!!! Waste of time and money for my whole family. Didn't even want to give it one star it's that bad!!! read more

Last night looking so forward to Pizza Hut's new square pizza was supposed to have double pepperoni pepperoni under a layer of cheese and more round pepperoni pieces on top. There's a total of about four round pieces of pepperoni on the crust itself. The advertised pizza also said that the cheese was all the way to the edge that wasn't true either so very disappointing read more

I always brag on this Pizza Hut in Cleveland Texas. But. The last couple of times picking up pizza, the pizza hasn't been good. Last time the pizza was extremely greasy. This time the dough is almost raw. And the chicken taste old. I'm so sad their quality is going down. read more

First time in a Pizza Hut in 30 years. I had a thin pepperoni pizza. Drive thru lady was friendly, pizza was so-so, the product wasn't hot but I picked it up in 23 minutes when they told me to pick it up in 15-20 minutes, and next time I'll try their hand tossed to see if that's any better. I make my own pizza but I sure like the commercial ovens. I wonder if they would bake a fresh pizza that I made at home. Household ovens aren't very good, yet. read more

We don't go to Pizza Hut very often but we will never be back to this one. They had no servers, they said due to shortage, ordered up front and seated ourselves which was fine until we saw a roach on the floor. 30 mins went by and finally got pizza, 20 more mins and finally got salads. Which were uneatable due to brown lettuce. DO NOT waste your time at this dump! Nothing but teenagers running the place. Saw zero adults! read more

I left a review here previously with 1 star. Since the new pizzas and toppings have come out, we decided to give it another shot. We ordered a bug box for carry out. The order was messed up. Even though it was, I'm giving it four stars for the way the manager handled it when I went back in. He gave me, my husband, and our 2 year old free drinks. He remade our entire order, two pizzas bread ticks and wings, and gave it to us and let us keep the messed up order too. And the food was GOOD for once. New management really made a difference for this location. read more

I'm so freaking annoyed with Pizza Hut in Cleveland, Texas. They totally messed up my order. I ordered 2 Veggie Lover Pizzas and 1 Personal Pan Veggie Lover Pizza but gave me Supreme Pizzas instead. So they screwed up the whole order and instead remaking the order, cause they stated they were out of 'Pan Pizzas', they only credited me for one pizza. Since no one eat pork in my household, we was stuck with 3 pizzas that no one can eat. I would considered giving this Pizza Hut a -5, if that was a option. I love pizza, but what the point ordering from Pizza Hut when they forcing pork on people who can't eat it?? read more

I agree, the pest pizza in Cleveland, that's not much to say, but it has gotten better and the new crust flavors keep bringing me back. yes, there is cheaper pizza in town, but not as tasty, its fun to eat in and its nice the wait staff plays along when your feeling goofy, that always makes it nice. the only thing that keeps it from being better......it is a chain so its kinda all the same, unless its worse. Wow. We ordered our pizza ahead of time & it was ready for us so that was good. We were one of two small groups in the restaurant and seated ourselves. Our waiter came out and gave us plates & said, "Make sure those are clean." --they weren't. I wish I were joking. Then, one of our party saw that they served milk under the beverages on the menu so when he started taking drink orders she asked for milk. She was told by the waiter, "this is a pizza place, we only serve beer & soda" with a snide attitude. When questioned why they had it listed on the menu we were told that corporate printed those menus & that they were now a franchise, like we were supposed to know this tidbit of info. (P. S they also served sweet tea which half our party ordered) My wife sat through with an empty drink needing to be refilled half of the time we were here, which wasn't long. I seriously think we disturbed him from watching a UFC fight on one of the many tv's. As I said they weren't busy, there were 6 people in our group & 3 people in the other group. Highly disappointed. read more

I have never had good/quick service here but food is stable and tastes like any other pizza hut.

My girls ordered pizza yesterday, was told no delievery here, went to p/u, paid for it ....credit card.....next day get notice from bank overdraft on my card, cost me 25.00 , because they charged me twice for same pizza, and 2 different prices for same thing...granted food was good....service very poor....contacting corperate...then my attorneys if necessary....called local store ...no call back.....stay away...and don't let them have your credit card..... Great service and welcoming atmosphere. Food was exactly what I expected for Pizza Hut. Restaurant was clean too

I had the worst experience ever at this place. There were 8 of us(4 Adults, 4 Children) we showed up about 7:45p. Never got a menu, had to get up and get it ourselves, got up and grabbed our own Silverware along with straws, about 8:00p the waitress finally came and took our order. The waitress then came back about 9p and told us that the computers were running slow so our order would take just a little while longer. We told her OK. 9:30p the manager came to our table and apologized again because our order was taking so long. another big table of i think 15-20 people had come in about 9p, they got there Pizza and everything about 9:45p. Finally, at 10p, after the bigger table had come in we decided to leave they FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY BROUGHT OUT OUR ORDER. I doubt we ever go back to pizza hut i could have gone to Domino's and ordered what we did at pizza hut 4 times and probably would have payed way less. this was a terrible experience read more
