The host/server didn't greet us or say hello--instead, she looked confused that we were even there. When we asked if we could sit at the bar, her response was, "Um... yeah, I guess," which immediately made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. After we sat down, she continued staring at us as if we weren't supposed to be there. The service only got worse from there. She was rude while taking our order, then spent most of the time sitting directly across from us on her phone. She never once checked on us, asked how the food was, or if we needed refills or anything else. It was some of the most inattentive and unprofessional service I've experienced. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. It was mediocre at best. The vegetables in my curry were clearly freezer-burned, which completely ruined the dish. I also ordered soup with tofu in it, and the tofu tasted like it had been fried in oil that hadn't been changed in months. It had an old, rancid, greasy flavor that made it almost impossible to eat. Overall, the poor customer service and disappointing food made this a terrible experience. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I only ate a couple wings because I'm someone who likes dipping sauce with my food. So unfortunately, the rest of the wings went to waste. Today, I returned and politely explained the situation to the staff. I simply asked if they could provide an extra blue cheese this time due to the previous mistake. The cashier went to get the manager, Taylor, who informed me that I would need to have a "credit" on my account in order to receive the blue cheese dressing. She explained that I should have called the same day the mistake happened. I was honestly shocked by the response. As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good customer service alongside their food.

I called to speak with management and the first manager I spoke with was "V" and she was very rude to say the least. She was very accusative and her customer service skills were poor. She was very apprehensive in regard to helping me. I then speak with another manager named Brooklyn. Brooklyn was helpful once I explained the situation again. So over half an hour later I have to drive up there to have my order fixed. The back-and-forth that I had to go through was very uncalled for, very unprofessional to say the least. I did my best and kept my composure but I am now reminded why I no longer eat Papa John's from this location. If anything the manager "V" needs to be retrained and maybe the entire staff needs some help due to the fact that Brooklyn stated that the store was for lack of better words struggling-- no wonder why the store is struggling if this is their customer service route!
