Stopped in after the 8th grade Holt Basketball team won the Red Cedar league tournament. We had about 20 people without a reservation or calling ahead. I could sense the staff of 3 was a little concerned. Service was outstanding. All the food was out fast, accurate, and it was delicious. Couldn't have been happier with our experience. I ordered their hot wings tonight, from my hotel room. They showed up without any napkins. When I asked about the napkins, his reply was, I didn't get any because I didn't specifically ask for any. We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our home this evening, and it was promised within about 1/2 of an hour. It arrived that soon, but we would rather it had been a few minutes longer because the crust was not even brown - kind of doughy -- and the pizza was not very hot. The flavor was OK once we heated it up in our oven but the crust was still under done. I'd rather get it in 45 minutes and be well cooked then have a pizza that is not done. Sorry, we would love to have given it a better rating, but just can't on this order. read more

We had the pan style meat lovers pizza and 5 breadsticks with sauce. The best pizza around if you like fluffy yet crunchy breadsticks and the pizza was greasy and golden to perfection. Staff was great too. read more

I am seriously only giving this one star because if you don't pick a rating you can't leave a review. I ordered pizza, bone out wings and beverages for delivery while I was babysitting my grandson who loves pizza. I got the email saying "thanks for your order". I got the text saying "thanks for your order". I got the link to track my order. What I didn't get was my food.... EVER!!!! They NEVER delivered the food at all! Finally a little bit after the projected time the delivery was supposed to arrive I tried to call to check what was going on. I called at 10:01. They closed at 10:00 so they never answered my call. I finally got my grandson food from a drive through after his dad got off of work. So, if you actually want food DON'T order from this restaurant. read more

It has been years since I've dined inside a Pizza Hut and I've never eaten inside the one in Charlotte (we live in another city). However when we arrived, we were greeted by Brad who was both our server and one of the new managers was amazing! Our experience was warmed by the friendliness and joy that Brad shared and our customer service was some great of the best I've had (certainly in Charlotte). I don't even want to give 1 star. Worst service ever. 13 or us- 3 kids and 4 in the restaurant industry can let a lot of things slide but we went in to celebrate our nieces recital and found the Pizza Hut that looked like it had just had a rush but made a table for us. The tables that were dirty around us never got cleaned. My sister is pregnant and was nauseous needing to eat so we ordered her breadsticks right away. We were given drinks and orders our food. The server came back 15 min after we ordered (we've been there 40 min now) and she said she has a question about what someone wanted on one of their pizzas. We answered her and asked about our sisters breadsticks. She said that she hadn't ordered anything yet. What??!!! She said that we are a large party, and that we had separate checks so she needs to get it right or she can't fix it. 3 of us are restaurant managers and this is NEVER the case. (only 1 other table being handled by someone else was in area) . She stood there making us feel bad for being a large group and explaining its because of our size that our food takes awhile to order. Not cook. ORDER. We said ok a just asked her to please put in the breadsticks first. ASAP so our pregnant sister who doesn't feel well can get them. Once she left everyone was like you have got to be kidding me about her not ordering anything yet. We checked it phones and realized we had been there 50 min and she had our order almost 20 and hadn't ordered. I went to the manager at the cashier stand away from the group as not to be rude and just said I think she may need help and to see if the breadsticks were ordered and explained how long we've been waiting. I went back to the group and said no I wasn't mean just hoping they can give her help if she needs it because as a server , usually that's all you need and i didn't want her to feel worse than she probably already did. Manager offered to take off something off our bill and we declined saying no that not needed. We got breadsticks and never got side plates. We used paper napkins until my brother got some plates off the buffet. Our pizza came and it was ok but ours was doughy. Since she had visited our table with the admission she hadn't ordered anything it was no longer a fun visit. It was no longer about my nieces recital and celebrating. We honestly all just wanted to go home but kids and some of us were starved. I tried to eat a 2nd slice but I ended up just taking the pizza back up to he manger and saying I'm sorry but they can have it back. I'm only going to stay because my family was there. We wouldn't be paying for it. What a bummer :( I felt uncomfortable when our came back to apologize. She asked if we wanted a $20 off coupon and I said no we wouldn't be back. (We don't live here anyway) but if the manager wants to offer that to the rest of the table she could. Drinks took literally at least 15 min to be refilled. Every time. Boxes too. We waited forever !!! The kicker was that no one got anything comped except us since we said we wouldn't pay and the manager never visited the table to see what was going on etc. They didn't care and I ended up just feeling embarrassed I even said anything. Super upset my family paid. They honestly just wanted to go home and it was a horrible service. Also! She let us know she was going outside to smoke when our food finally came. Gross. Gross. They have a awesome lunch buffet. It's always nice and clean everywhere, at the buffet, the tables and bathrooms. My 2 year old loves the pizza here. Breadsticks are so good. Also if you order to go, it's fast and my order has never ever been screwed up. read more

After some miscommunication on New Years, I was a little upset after not getting the pizza I had ordered. I talked with the manager and he was super cooperative and was willing to do whatever it took to keep me as a customer. That's rare these days so I applaud them for that. The food is fresh and delicious. The employees made me feel like they actually cared unlike some other pizza huts. I recommend them whole heartedly read more
