The people working there are quite nice. There are a variety of fresh brewed coffees. I asked for the dark roast, which was actually a very tasty medium-bodied coffee. I judge this a triumph in Charlotte, where most people seem to prefer their coffee pretty bland. I also had a delicious bran muffin. I didn't try the expresso drinks.
