It's currently 1:08am, the workers are very unprofessional and now their laughing at another lady trying to order her food. This is very very unprofessional and disgusting behavior if you can't work in a restaurant late night then don't. I'm not to sure if management is here or not but if they are then Its even more disgusting. Walked to the counter, waited for 10 minutes. None of the employees would even make eye contact let alone take my order. So I decided to try the kiosk, customer service via computer screen. The item I want to order and could see on the menu above the counter, wasn't available on the kiosk. So I try the mobile app, after fussing for a while to try to login, then forced upgrade... it ultimately erred out and wouldn't take my order I left and went next-door to Rally's. read more

I would give you zero stars if I could. I ordered a toasted breakfast burrito with sausage this morning. What you advertise and what you get are 2 different things. This should be considered FALSE ADVERTISING as you are CHEATING your customers. You should be hit with severe fines. I will NEVER eat here again. The 3rd picture is your advertisement. Stopped in for a "quick" crunch wrap on my way to work this morning. I am giving this place 1 star simply because there isn't a lower rating. It took almost 10 minutes to get to the mic to place my order (2 cars ahead to order at that point) and another 15 minutes to get my order. Not happy at that point. You might think, taking that much time, they'd at least get the order right? WRONG again. Ordered 1 crunch wrap without meat - oops, they put bacon on it AFTER confirming 3 times no meat. Had to wait a minute while they got some ice for my drink - I couldn't even get my straw in the cup they packed it so full of ice. Definitely NEVER going to this place again read more

The installation of kiosks solved the "management ignoring me" problem. The only problem is that I couldn't hear whoever was calling out orders at the counter (if they bothered to call them out at all)...guessing the radio was too loud? (If I can hear [whatever satellite country station] better than whoever's calling out orders, there's still an issue!) read more

This place is pretty messy. Tables are sticky and not clean, food all over the floor. They are not too busy, but way behind. While we are waiting for our food, 4 people have had to walk in after they went through the drive thru and gotten their orders messed up. It's a pretty small Taco Bell. It seems they are all shrinking in size these days. The employees are really loud and are acting like it is their first day here. They need direction here, and management here. The garbage cans are overflowing on the floor. I ordered a big beef supreme burrito which turned out to be all bean. I was a little upset. I just threw it in the garbage and went to Mancino's. They have spots on the wrappers to mark which tacos have no tomatoes and they do not use them. This place needs help, and I mean fast. Worst Taco Bell ever. There don't work very hard there and it's easy to tell. I've had so many bad experiences and after last time I'm not going back. For one there slushy machines go back and forth on working and need to get it fixed. If something is on the menue I should but most of the times I've gone there I can't get a slushy and sometimes the steak for the steak stack they don't havs. The emploies are too bust singing and talking to customers about sexual things they want to do to hot customers to remember all the things ordered. Many times I either get extra stuff I didn't order or they forget to give me stuff I've ordered. The last time I went there grosed me out so much that I am never comming back.
