I usually am happy with the food I order from this Arbys in Charlotte,Michigan. But today it was the worse tasting potato cakes I've ever gotten from here. I went thru the drive thru. Received my order and when I looked at the potato cakes they were so overly cooked with very hard crusty like outer and dark burned taste. Normally the potato cakes are very tasty and cooked just right. I also order an ice tea. There were maybe 5-6 tiny pieces of ice in the cup. I noticed the ice tea was very cloudy, and just had this nasty old taste to it. As well as not being even the slight bit cold. Again I usually get the ice tea and it usually is good. I ordered a complete arby classic meal deal and it cost me $9.95. The sandwich was the only thing I could eat, as I couldn't stand to eat the very hard burnt tasting potato cakes, nor drink the ice tea. So those two items were tossed out. Leaving me with a $9.95 arby classic sandwich only. Cooks here at this Arby's need to focus better on timing of their fries and potato cakes cooking so to not burn them. Plus seeing the oil isn't very dirty their using to cook them in. I'll go back once more and if it hasn't improved I will stop eating at this Arby's. read more

My husband and I came through tonight and he got the gobbler sandwich and asked for no cranberries on the sandwich. After getting home we realize there was cranberries on the sandwich. My husband is allergic to cranberries, and when I called the store, one of the workers answered the phone and I explained my situation and all he said was "uh okay....um...hold on" and then I was muted and promptly hung up on. I am upset. I am appalled by this all I wanted to know is if I could've brought the sandwich back and gotten a new one, but instead I was hung up on. read more

It has been a while since I've been to this Arby's restaurant. Arby's Inc. puts out some pretty good coupons, so I decided to get a wrap on the way home. How difficult is it? My husband and I stopped here on our way through to grab a bite to eat while on the run. We went inside and used the restroom first. It was clean and acceptable, which has been highly impressive since 2020. We went to the counter to order our food, and the cashier was friendly and nice. She gave us our cups for drinks, and we filled them and returned to the counter area to wait for our food. While we waited for the food, we watched one of the employees (the one doing the drive-thru tonight) tell the guy in the back to wrap a chicken sandwich right. Now there is nothing wrong with that. I am all about making sure the presentation is nice and professional. What I saw after made me walk out the door while my husband waited. After repeatedly telling the guy to wrap the sandwich she threw it back at him and told him to wrap it correctly. Right in front of us! I know she knew we were in the store because she greeted us and told us someone would be right with us. It's not a behavior that should happen, let alone be displayed in front of customers. The food was good. Our fries were hot and crispy, and the food tasted fresh. The fish sandwich was cold, and I probably won't order it again. One of the managers was a little rude. Can't remember her name but she always wears a bun and she's maybe in her 40s. Seems like she's upset that she's a manager at Arby's and not working elsewhere, but not my problem. I got my Mozz I guess I'm happy but her attitude about a coupon was honestly a turn off for any food on my lunch and more annoying than anything. read more

They forgot an item I ordered through doordash. Called the store and talked to Blake about getting a refund for that item, I wasn't mad because it really wasn't that big of a deal. He explained they couldn't do that because it was placed through door dash, so he offered a free meal (which I will never take him up on.) He was so professional and so polite! I will definitely order from there in the future, whether it be in person or doordash, he was just that awesome! Good job Blake! read more

Food is usually pretty good, a lot of the time there is nowhere near enough sauce on my sandwich

I've never had any problems with this location. The food is good, the remodel is pretty, and they've decided to be more inclusive by changing their bathrooms to a pair of unisex. I couldn't be happier. (P.S.: Not sure how an out-of-towner can decide whether a restaurant is "incompetent" after one visit. Everyone has bad days, you know.) read more

Great place to eat! The staff is always friendly, and the food is always good. I have never had wrong orders or problems at this location.

Other than the fact that everyone there is incompetent and they can hardly get your order right, they're like any other Arby's really. I recommend the Rubin personally. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 20 min just to get up to the window and for them to say they didn't have our order any more so we just left. I understand things happen but they were just acting like they had no idea what was going on. read more
