2:45 p.m on 12/21/2025 ordred a Large supreme pizza and bread sticks. 1/2 hour wait. The pizza I got was not a supreme it was pepperoni and mushrooms and few onions. The pizza was very cold and cheese on most of pizza wasn't even melted. 1 of the workers (she was on the clock) was talking to her BF/Husband or male friend. I went in there with my parents at about 8:30PM on a Saturday night in late June, and as most lakeside restaurants, no less a pizza restaurant at that time of day and year would typically be bustling with business, however there was only one other couple dining quietly in the restaurant, and it seemed as though there were very very few people actively working. One woman working there notified my mother that we couldn't dine by the windows facing the lake because she was short staffed and did not want to clean the restaurant after her shift that day. We were disappointed because we had already drove over 30 miles to go to this specific pizza hut in order to eat by the lake to celebrate the summer and the 4th of July coming up soon, but we decided to sit in a regular booth anyways. We ordered our sodas and then my father asked about this pizza with cheese bites of sorts around it, she rolled her eyes, scoffed, and gave my father a nasty look. He and my mother both asked why she did that and she said it was because she had to make the food, "That's all." We immediately chose to leave due to her extremely disrespectful attitude which clearly reflected on the poor quality of her character and lack of class overall. As I was walking away she grabbed the menus and got really quite close to me in my personal space directly behind me as I was walking quickly to get myself out of what I considered the worst restaurants I had ever been in in my life so far. I have also seen other reviews and reviews with pictures that show dirty pans piled up on stovetops and floors, and how the wait times are most appalling out of every restaurant in Celina. If you are looking for a sanitary, fun, relaxing pizza evening/night, this would be the no.1 WORST place to go in my opinion. Would not recommend and would absolutely NEVER go again. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Called and ordered. Took and hour for our food when we got an estimate of 15 minutes.

They screwed me on my order I asked for wings I got boneless chicken dry nothing on them I didn't get my $2.20 pop I paid your delivery driver I paid your service fee I paid your delivery fee but yeah I can't get my food properly right then I call you guys talk to the manager he said he was going to give me $10 credit didn't give me nothing this is the worst restaurant in Salina poor poor service I will never order from you again read more

i love pizza hut but i pay for extra sauces every time and never receive them. very disappointing

Absolutely terrible place to work, especially as a driver considering their new payment method of a secondary bank account opened by PH themselves. You get nickel and dimed to do anything with your own money. Not to mention the scam-like wording on these pay cards. Their deals also prey on the elderly who don't know how to use the online ordering. They will not give applicable discounts over the phone, simply to make a few bucks on unsuspecting customers. The employees are instructed not to apply coupons or specials unless asked by the customers. Do NOT work here, do NOT eat here if you have any consideration for local businesses or your own finances. read more

I went to Pizza Hut afternoon for lunch yesterday and I must say the pizza buffet is a great bargain. Our server was wonderful and very attentive At keeping our drinks filled and our empty plates removed. With the beautiful view of the lake and a great value for lunch, you can't go wrong! The pasta dish on the buffet was my favorite! I will definitely be back! read more

Ordered carry out pizza on Friday night. Regular crust 2/6.99 special. Pizza 1 was pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms and olives. Pizza 2 was Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, peppers and olives. Got home and was really disappointed. The "bacon" was big hunks of uncooked FAT ONLY over most of the pizza. We had to pick the fat chunks off both pizzas. Only a few crunchy pieces. Sure ruined the experience of a pizza dinner. I will order again, but NO BACON! read more
