We didn't feel like putting anything on the grill so we came to Finley and found hibachi Dash by accident. My husband's chicken hibachi was enormous! An entire to go container of lo mein and perfectly seasoned chicken. A side of fried rice, and a great clear broth soup. All of that food for $16. I had a little over dinner, and he had leftovers not once but twice. The pictures do not do the portions justice. I was in a sushi mood. Sushi from a new spot is always hit or miss. This was good! The woman who waited on us was wonderful. I could not decide between two different specialty rolls and she helped me choose, and then showed me that they have one of the roles I was considering in a "mini" size. I already knew I would be eating part of my husband's dinner so I didn't want to have two giant rolls. We did eat in. It's not really made for that, but the place was clean well attended to and as nice as it can be for a quick serve restaurant. The clear broth soup at the condiment station is such a nice touch. While we were waiting for our food, we were able to put together a little bowl of soup with some sliced mushrooms, scallions, and crispy fried onions. We will be back here. My cousins got Pad Thai, red curry chicken, and Pad sa ew. There was only one server but we were the only table. Everything came out in a timely manner. Every dish, except the wings, was too sweet. I didn't get to taste the pad se ew ( which is normally my go to at a Thai restaurant) because I ordered a lot for myself. The beef salad (yum neau) was tender but nothing phenomenal. I could probably cook it better. The pad Thai had a lot of sauce. The curry,my cousin got, was not the red curry she expected. I don't really like curry so I only tasted the sauce, I didn't like it but like I said I do not like curry. The pad se ew looked good and my cousins boyfriend said it was good. Zero flavor Teriyaki chicken zero sweetness, beef bulgogi zero flavor, spare ribs zero flavor Sushi boat: very tiny amount you know you have a problem when your first thought is if the cost of the sushi is worth taking my chances on getting food poisoning.
