Haven't ordered from Q Q in a while. When they first opened, we did regularly. This week we ordered spring rolls (pretty good), hot and sour soup (not bad), Hunan Chicken (spouse said it was okay but not at all spicy. Since it is marked as menu as spicy, there is an expectation that it would have at least a little heat). I had the Moo goo gai pan. I have had this at many restaurants. The chicken bites were nearly inedible. The bites were all mostly fat and skin. Never had gross chicken like that in a meal. Yuk. read more

Great place for a great and fairly priced lunch. I tried the garlic chicken and loved it. It had the perfect amount of heat to it and the price was only $5.75. This includes wonton/egg drop soup! Great portion and great price. I'll be back for lunch again. read more

Yeah, it's a no for me. First time I have tried this place since I am new to town and I had the sesame chicken. Sauce was good but the brown rice was not good, the chicken was not great and the egg rolls were not anything to speak of. It's always hard when you have a great Chinese restaurant that you compare everything to and they just don't live up to the standards. My husband got the chicken lo mein and it was pretty bad. The garlic sauce has Real, fresh, chopped garlic! Amazing! I had the veggie egg foo young and was very, very happy with the egg patty's. The veggies were plentiful, large, fresh & not over cooked! We haven't eaten at this restaurant in years, so decided to have lunch in a recent visit to Findlay. We were surprised that the restaurant was mostly take out but at least there were places to eat inside. We had sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and Won Ton soup. We were shocked that friend rice is extra, which is standard in most Chinese restaurants. All Chinese restaurants have hot tea so ordered that and was appalled at the cost - almost $2 for a cup of hot water and a tea bag (no refills). The chicken and rice were very good, but the soup had 2 dumplings with grisly meat (not sure what the meat was) and broth. Most restaurants have onion and carrots in the soup, although if they had that it probably would be extra. The restaurant seemed clean enough, and the cashier was friendly. The servings were generous and since the food was good that helped, but probably won't be back. read more

Still my go to spot for American Chinese food but the past two times that I have gotten General Tso's chicken it has been tough and chewy, I'm guessing double fried, but when it's done right it's wonderful. Personally I would stay away from the eggrolls. The best thing at this restaurant is the Lo Mein, hand's down best in town. Fried Dumplings and Crab Rangoon are my favorite appetizer. I ordered the same thing I do at every Chinese restaurant: beef fried rice, egg roll and egg drop soup. To me, that's the cheeseburger version of American fare. If you can't get that right, why stray to more complex dishes? Anyway, the soup was fine and ordinary. The color was good but flavor was just above average. You could tell it was fresh. It just lacked much flavor. I heard microwave door close at one point and 10 seconds later, my egg roll came out. It didn't appear microwaved on the outside but the inside was rather mushy. Sauces for this came out in packets. The beef fried rice was tasty and fresh. The peas had the flavor of those that had been frozen recently but otherwise, it was the best part of the meal. It's geared to being a takeout restaurant clearly as you are handed the takeout menus when you sit. The service was kind, friendly and prompt. The restaurant was clean. read more

I am new to Findlay and usually have to hunt around to find good Chinese food. I was pleasantly surprised with the great quality of everything I ordered. I love vegetable stir fry and the chicken and vegetables I ordered was cooked just right. Nothing over cooked, not greasy, great flavor. The fried rice was not oily and nice and fluffy. Thanks to Yelp's not-helpful "oh, you asked for Chinese buffet - here's all of the non-buffet restaurants mixed in" we stopped here. Ah well, we were there so our group sat down. I decided to check out QQ Garden tonight to continue to see the different Chinese Findlay has to offer. Cruising their website to find a menu, I found that you can order online. Already a big plus in my book. After seeing what the menu had to offer, I decided on the chicken with broccoli. The combination platter came with brown rice and an egg roll for $6.95. A good deal if you ask me. I also decided on an order of crab rangoons-eight for $4. Another decent deal. With online ordering you can elect either ASAP preparation or choose your time to pick up your order. When I got to the restaurant, the cashier was very friendly and had my order packaged and ready to go. I also found out they offer "bonuses" for a certain amount spent. For instance, spending $10 offered me a free can of pop. Although I wasn't going to take it, the cashier already had one ready to go. She even gave me a menu although I didn't request one. All in all quick, friendly, and great service. The chicken with broccoli was delicious. The broccoli was nicely sautéed, but still retained a nice crisp. And the sauce on the food was a nice complement, with a great ratio of not drowning the food. I found the brown rice to be, for lack of a better term, flat. It didn't have quite the fluff I was looking for. The crab rangoons, however, were both fluffy and crisp at the same time. There was also a great ratio of filling to breading, and I found the sauce to be a nice complement. Consistent with the meal, my egg roll was tasty as well. All in all, I was very impressed by my meal from the old Brookside pharmacy. Great service, online ordering, a good price, and an enjoyable meal. If the only complaint I have is 'flat' rice, I consider that a success. A place I would definitely visit again. read more

At here for the first time on 8/9/2013. I was sad when I walked in to see how there was no customers in there. The waitress was very nice, quick, and prompt. There isn't much decoration and they do deliver dine in on a paper plate and drinks in a foam cup. Food was out pretty quickly and it was really good. You get a lot for your money. I enjoyed it and will definitely go back when I want Chinese food. I worry they don't get enough business though. The only other decent place in Findlay is Hunan Garden. read more

My friend and I have been going to this restaurant for years. Always had a good experience. Although with in the last couple months they've hired a new host/server. And our experience with him every time has been terrible. Two weeks ago we went and he forgot to order half of our food, us being ready to go and not wanting to complain we just left it go as we weren't charged for the I items. Today we went ordered three meals, two eggrolls, one order of crab Rangoon. Something usually every time cost us 22.97 all the sudden cost 27.97. When brought to his attention he stared us dead in the face and said "ugh ugh I don't really know". When he put our order in he messed it all up and we over heard him blaming us. Really wonderful Chinese food! Unlike some "Chinese places in Findlay (*ahem* Ming's Great Wall), this food is really authentic and tastes great. The menu is extremely large, and the items are priced well. The restaurant itself is clean and quiet, and although I have always ordered take-out, I would certainly like to dine in in the future. I have only ever had to wait, at most, five minutes for my take-out order after stepping into the restaurant and choosing what I would like. The only think I didn't like is that the spicy food is REALLY spicy. I have been told, however, that you can get varying levels of spicy-ness if you so desire. I've only eaten here once. We ate in and the waitress was very friendly but the food was lacking. I got the sesame chicken and the breading was really hard. So hard it was difficult to chew and I didn't eat very much of it because it was such a workout! It was surrounded by cold broccoli. It reminded me of the frozen chinese chicken you can get in the frozen food section. The quality reminded me of a buffet but was a lot more expensive. I also got a shrimp egg roll which was good.
