Updated review: After the initial 2 star review, I was contacted about my experience. I talked with management and even took another survey. To make it right, they mailed me a $10 make it right card. I feel like if a business truly cares about customers, they will listen. I respect a company who gets right with their customers because it shows commitment. I redeemed my card and opted for the shrimp. I came at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and went through the drive through. I was helped right away! I am glad I gave it another try because I was satisfied with my visit! I came in on Monday night at 8pm. I was disappointed to see that the rice was burnt. After picking out my entree I went by the cash register and saw that they completely cleaned out the egg rolls and sides. Nothing was available. According to yelp and website, this store closes at 9pm. With an hour to go, I felt like there were no options and the food out was either burnt or sitting all day. The 3 employees present were kinda rude and not welcoming at all. I was really disappointed tonight considering I love Panda Express and visit for lunch at least once a month. I enjoy the lunch crew and I do not recommend coming for dinner. read more

Let's start with the Good, the order taker was super friendly and nice. Now the bad news, the food was absolutely disgusting. The chow mein was as dry as dirt and the beef had one piece of broccoli and probably 10 pieces of broccoli stems. They were hard, stringy and inedible. Corporate needs to look into this location and the quality of food being sold. Totally unacceptable and it's giving Panda a bad reputation. read more

This is my first and Last time at Panda Express. I am not impressed. The side of "noodles" was dry and flakey, with no flavor whatsoever. Unfortunately, it took up over half my takeout box. The chicken I ordered as my main meal was almost nonexistent, with just vegetables and hot peppers. The other was... Well,... just a regular old chicken breast I could have made at home. Very disappointed in my meal today. I feel like every time I go their chow mein gets worse. Ordered string bean chicken with chow mein. Was more like string bean chicken with onions and celery. When they first opened the chow mein had a good balance of cabbage, onions and celery. Now it's very little noodle with tons of onions and celery anhardly any cabbage. Update on my last review. I've had panda a couple of other times since and the chow mein is better. However, they have been skimping on serving size. I wasn't even going to post about it until I received today's order. If I'm going to pay $7 for a bowl I kind of expect it to be filled completely. read more

I Love this place! Always friendly and helpful! I have to take on Star away because sometimes their food is too hot!/spicy. When I talked to them about it, they told me it depends who makes the Food. this should not be. If there is no warning I should be able to eat my meal without pain. We went to panda a few weeks back and it was almost like a broadway show. Jennifer (Caucasian woman with blonde hair mid 30's) had a complete meltdown cursing and verbally attacking other employees to the point she was so visibly upset she began crying letting everyone know she was "taking her 10 minute break" and walked out. The other employees seemed uncomfortable and confused at what they, and all of the customers in the restaurant had just witnessed. Tonight we had another run in with Jennifer. As my wife and I walked in we noticed she was working and as she saw us (more customers walking in) she rolled her eyes. Then my wife and I were finishing up dinner and we realized we weren't given fortune cookies. My wife walked up to the counter and grabbed 2 fortune cookies this is when another female employee decided to take Jennifer behind the corner and tell her what my wife had done. Jennifer then walked by looked at our table and mumbled under her breath. She was making it apparent that she was annoyed. We like this restaurant but will no longer be going because of one hostile and unpredictable employee. read more

Ordering was easy but service was very slow. Waited nearly 20 minutes for one meal. I was offered a drink for the long wait but 20 minutes is unacceptable with no update on the wait time. Food was warm and tasted fine though. read more

I came through today to pick up two kids meals. The extremely limited menu, I'm not talking about the premium types/specially types of meat, I'm talking about regular run-of-the-mill every day entrées were not available. That was disappointing. I went through three chickens and one beef, all to no avail. Finally I settled on two, one being teriyaki which we've ordered many times before as like a second or third entrée depending on plate size. It is usually a fail safe. The chicken was very nasty today, like extremely full of gristle. The other meal was fine however the teriyaki chicken was a disappointment because over half of the meat could not be eaten. We appreciate that you're still open during this time and know that the menu has to be limited somewhat but not nearly as much as what you have limited it. We were going to also get two bigger plates for the adults but that didn't happen because everything we wanted was not available. The adults there for ate elsewhere. And sometimes when chicken is full of gristle... You just pitch it! You definitely do not cook/serve it! Now we eat here all the time... Both Lima and here. But they have slid way down hill I have never had bad food from the panda chain but our last few meals were so awful I dont even feel right about describing it here on social media. This location has been getting progressively worse. Tonight's meal was the last straw. We won't be going back. Placed our order in the drive through and one of our items was no longer available. ( that's fine- we ordered an alternate) Ordered two plates and two orders of spring rolls. We're told one of the entrees, string bean chicken, would take a few minutes so we paid and pulled around. Waited, for what seemed like an eternity, only for them to bring our order to the car and it was wrong. They took the bags back in , remade the order, brought it back out, and forgot the spring rolls. Went back in to get the spring rolls, came back out, and they forgot the orange sauce. By this point, we said forget it and drive home. Got home to find everything very luke warm and appearing to have been the bottom of the wok. The string bean chicken we ordered was barely a large spoonful ( it was to be both entrees in the plate) and the rest of the container was filled with rice. The other plate, King Pau and orange chicken, also has barely a spoonful of Kung Pau and FAR too much rice. Again, the food was barely warm. For the price we paid vs. what we received, it simply is not worth our time and money to continue eating here. All in all, it was a 40 minute ordeal just to get our food and we live 2 miles from the restaurant. This location had better start making changing. We've seen a gradual decline in service and quality since this location ope UPDATE: We did recently return, deciding to give our local restaurant another chance. Due to COVID shutdowns, the menu was limited, but the drive they was open and the line was not too long. Ordered two plates with sides of steamed rice. Pretty simple. Get home and over three quarters of the styrofoam container was heaping with rice and the TWO entree portions barely took up the remaining quarter. I have been here about 5 times. Food is good, sometimes they are out of things. Today was the worst experience there as my order wasn't ready when I got there and everyone was super crabby to me. I understand they're short staffed and given that this is the first time with this issue, I'll probably be back because I do like the food. But dang, the bitchiness, y'all need to curb that. The server was kind of rude (seemed like she didn't want to be there) the food was OK because my orange chicken was a little cold and me and my mom got the same thing but she got half the amount of orange chicken that I did. read more

Everytime my wife goes their they always seem to be out of something. Doesnt matter what time of the day it is whether it right when they open up or later in the afternoon we hear the same thing from there employeed!. It's a shame because the food is not bad. For a new store that just open up in Findlay I would suggest other option until they can figure it out. read more

The only reason I gave this place a 2 star was because I still like the food at this restaurant. Unfortunately the service has almost ruined it for me. When I first walked in with my friends we were made to wait 10 minutes until our order was even taken and we were the only ones there. Then when we finally were ready to check out I tried asking for soy sauce and while I was doing it Jennifer the lady who got our food just walked away. A place will never a get a solid review unless more than three people review it. I've never had a bad experience while going to this store, everyone has always been incredibly kind to me, and the longest I've ever had to wait was 3 minutes for something. Consider the fact that they're consistently busy, and truthfully do their best to keep their steam table stocked throughout their rushes. That being said, a handful of times I've been in there, I've encountered someone who needs more stress training, meaning they don't work particularly well under stress. They act out abnormally, and a little ruder than usual. This is definitely something the managers should be monitoring more. Overall, it's a fine location, noticeable that they're trying. read more

Went thru drive thru took 10 min for each car to get just their order completed with the attendant. We got to the window and paid then the employee told us they were out of fried rice and it would be a long wait unless we changed order side preference. We decided to wait so he asked us to move to the parking lot. No one came with our food after 15 min. We went inside and ask for a refund. They refunded our order. And get this they didn't even have our order started yet after 20 min of waiting. read more

Talk about flavor sensations!!! Just had the Shanghai Angus Beef as well as the Mushroom Chicken. Crisp, fresh Green Beans and Mushrooms with sliced Onion,tender Chicken and lean Steak!! Food is good, I always get the mushroom chicken with fried rice which never disappoints. I normally go through the drive thru, today we went inside which probably won't happen again. Service was good except... Jennifer seemed frustrated because the line was building up and she had to do online orders. So the young girl at the drive thru window stepped in and helped with the dine in line. Jennifer was loud, bossy and unprofessional. Wish I could give no stars....sad day, i tried to order online the other day, the website kept glitching so i called the store and the lady that answered told me I couldn't order on phone I had to online, I told her i tried but it didnt work, she said 'oh well you have to come in then.' I said I dont have time to do that, she said 'i cant help that.' I told her I have ordered on the phone two times before with not issue. Well today, I gave it another go today, put my order in online before i went to work, had it put in to be ready by 7:30pm , got there on time(7:22pm) and it was not ready yet, and on top of that the lady who was at the drive through window told me I had to wait because the egg rolls were not done yet. I ordered for 7:30pm pick up. i got the order and looked at it, it was wrong, I told her i ordered two large orders of spring rolls, she said it was two, i said the last 8 TIMES we have gotten LARGE orders it was 12 spring rolls in ONE ORDER , she then said a Large order is 4, no i mean 6. I said which is it?? she said 6. I then told her now you are telling me one large order is only 6? she said 'well its always been that, the people here have been giving out the wrong amounts!'' i said no, 8 times we got this and it was 12, we were here last week ,got 12 in Large!, she argued with me and told me i was wrong that I counted wrong! I told her no, its always been 12 since this store opened! I asked her why it wasn't posted on the board in drive thru or online to tell customers who are ordering that the amounts changed but she ignored me and then said there was nothing she could do for me. Totally unreal service, rude and to top it off the food was cold and our low mein noodles were rubbery and chewy and uneatable. . never again will I use Panda Express.
