Food is usually good. They don't read the notes and pizzas are being put in the oven when they are already past the time given to pick up

After traveling all day wanted Pizza but did not want to go to a sit down restaurant. So we ordered from Pizza hut. It is not a sit down restaurant, just makes pizza's for pickup or delivery. We ordered a medium Meat Lovers, told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there a little earlier and at 15 minutes pizza was ready to go. This must be the place to order Pizza, because there were 6 more people that came in to pick up their pizza's. I happened to drive by the other Pizza Restaurant in town and there was only one customer in the place. I would highly recommend coming to get your pizza, there are two orders waiting for the delivery guy to come back in. Pizza was very hot and tasty just what we needed after today. I honestly miss the days when we actually had a Pizza Hut where you can sit and eat your pizza there, but those days are long gone. That being said, I do online orders here a few times a year, and they usually always come out as expected. The app usually has decent deals. The workers are usually friendly and helpful. In my opinion this is the best pizza in town. Sadly, that's not a tall hill to climb in Podunk, USA. read more

This is the second time we've ordered wings and there was no sauce on them. The manager claims the sauce melts off of them so how come there is no sauce in the bottom of the bowl. I guess we will have to order it on the side except they always forget to put it on the side. So fed up with this. read more

we found ourselves thick into east texas, needing some food and stability (after hours in the car and more to go). we were on our way back from louisiana for mardi gras, a place and event not know for it's vegetables or healthy foods. I just KNEW I could count on the corporate stability of a Pizza Hut to have that salad bar ready. cheezy greazy garlic bread and a big giant salad.... that would fuel me up for the rest of my drive. BUT! somebody forgot to plug in the salad bar over night and everything had been tossed in the trash! are you kidding me? you have NO salad. somehow they managed to find some for my veg pizza... oh well, I'll try pizza hut again in another 10 years (seems to be the cycle I'm on) read more

Little store big delivery. They go out as far as they can to make sure people can get service. Sometimes probably too far out and those in town have to wait. Staff is really friendly and good to customers. Food is made to order not like other place. Also, they will tell people looking for a sit down Buffet place with a salad bar, is down the street. Pizza Hut taking the classy route, like in Miracle on 34th street, when the Santa said Gimbles (?) across the street had what they didn't. read more

Do your self a favor. Find a local hometown pizza place. Like Milanos pizza #2. All Pizza Hut seems to care about is making commercials. Ordered 11-18-19. Took over a hour to deliver from 2 miles away. I called to find out what's up. Lady who answered was rude condescending and plain nasty. Was more interested in making fun of names. Eventually pizza arrived. Driver was pleasant. Tossed pizza into parking lot. Refused to eat garbage. Never again will I order garbage pizza from Pizza Hut. read more

My friend and I placed an order for delivery last night. After 45 mins and still no pizza, we called. They said our promised time was 9:21 (an hour and 15 mins from the original time of order). Ok, cool, we'll wait til 9:21. At 9:22 and STILL no pizza, we have to call them yet again. "Oh I'm sorry, miss, your pizza is ready, we're just waiting on the driver to come pick it up and deliver it." Are you freaking kidding me... an hour and 15 mins and it STILL hasn't even gone out for delivery!? So my friend and I go pick it up in person. No apology, no refund, nothing. The pasta has obviously been sitting in the warmer for awhile and was dried out. Never again, crappy Pizza Hut. I'll take my business else where. read more

I placed an online order at 9:08. Told me the order would be ready in 15-25 mins. 1 hour later I call to make sure they are still delivering my pizza. No apology no refund no nothing. She tells me that they were confused on which pizza was well done. Even though online it was obvious that I left a message on a specific pizza. They finally arrived an hour and ten mins with the pizzas. They were both wrong, the lite sauce was on the wrong pizza and the well done pizza was barely cooked. I paid full price but this is just ridiculous. Someone needs to be held accountable for this. Do not offer delivery if you can not read an online order accurately. I was working down in Carthage and went to this Pizza Hut twice the first time I went they weren't busy at all, I stood at the counter waiting for service for 5 minutes while they just sit there looking at me then I was finally seated, I sit there for about 30 damn minutes waiting for service and no one came so I left! A few weeks later my girlfriend came up to visit and she wanted pizza so I figured what the hell they might have just had an off night or something so we go try this again, lol same exact thing happens they sit there talking to each other behind the counter while we are waiting for someone to come take our order, 15 minutes later they come my girlfriend asked for unsweet tea they said they don't serve tea but it says they have tea on the menu lol they are to damn lazy to make tea wow also my dr pepper was watered down, we then waited for about 20 minutes and no one came back so we just got up and left! I had to pay for the drinks lol!
