Okay listen, I have been a Pizza Hut-Wing-Lover for well over a decade. I used to go out of my way to get wings here vs. Other places, but in the last 5 or so years, it feels like the wing prices have gone up, to the point where it became a "special occasion" meal to me. Which is fine, the economy isn't Pizza Hut's fault. lol ANYWAY, with the price surge, we looked online ahead of our visit to figure out what the best deal would be. We found one, and even looked to see if it was an online only deal, and NOWHERE on the website did it specify that, but our waitress told us we couldn't use that deal. So we were annoyed, but adjusted. Settling on doing 24 wings to split, with half being one flavor and half being a different one. Once our waitress comes back, she tells us we can't split the flavors. Like are you actually kidding me!? I have NEVER heard of that when it comes to wings. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. So we have to adjust AGAIN and order differently AGAIN. Our food came out quickly, but the breadsticks were mediocre. Wings were fine, I tried a different flavor than usual and I liked it less than my usual but that's on ME! Our waitress was very patient with my "hanger" and was on top of everything. Just really disappointed with these ridiculous stipulations. Be clear about how you can/cannot use promotions, and change that absolutely idiotic rule of "no splitting flavors". You're driving customers away. The only reason I didn't get up and leave is because I was too hungry to go elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered 3 medium pizzas for delivery which was 25-35 minutes. After an hour we get the message the order is out for delivery. Another 30 mins passes, so I call & they say "driver actually just left should he 15 mins". Woohoo ok no big deal, just waiting for the pizza. 40 more minutes and nothing. Call back again, are they lost, something wrong??? Nope the driver couldn't find the condo and just returned the pizzas to the store. No call or anything. After two hours no pizza was to be had by 3 hungry kids. We canceled the order & are waiting on the refund still 3 days later. read more

This is easily the best place to get pizza. Every time we order, or the family goes in, we are always greeted warmly, and treated well. They are always fast to get us our food, and always as we ask. At times it does seem a bit busy, but I guess that's just showing how popular they are. It's great also for one or two people, but heads up, if you have a large group or family it can become costly, It is not uncommon for the guys and I to order over 50, and sometimes 70 dollars worth of food. But it's always worth every penny. Also, the wings rules, and the wing sauce can taste awesome on the pizza when you have eaten all your wings. Especially when you like a nice kick to your slice. 5 out of 5, would buy again, and highly recommended. read more

Tried the gluten free pizza tonight. Taste wise, on a scale of 1-10, I give a 4. Price wise, a big fat zero! $15.95 for a small pizza!! Meijer's frozen section has a gluten free pizza for $6 that had ten times more taste. I'm a server at a known restaurant so I know how things should go. Ordered salads that came with my husbands wings and cold waffle fries while my gluten free pizza came in a box. Yes, I ate my pizza out of a box at the dinner table. read more

This place has the typical Pizza Hut food. However, their thermostat is controlled by some corporate office in Kansas. If you ask me, that's the stupidest business move I've ever heard of. If you like basic pizza and like to wear your snowmobile gear indoors, this restaurant will be perfect for you. My tip for any customer that eats in, is to eat your food quickly before it freezes at the table. If I catch a cold because I ate in this cold restaurant, I will be sending my medical bills to this place and maybe another copy to the corporate office in Kansas. TERRIBLE DINNING EXPERIENCE!!! Not sure who our server even was because we had about six separate employees visit our table. The waitress who took our order stated "I will probably mess this up." (The ONLY thing she was right about all night!) Took WELL OVER twenty-five minutes to get our drinks only to watch the waitress give OUR drinks to a neighboring table... And how she messed up WATER I will never understand!!! No refills on our drinks either:( Ordered appetizers to keep the kiddos occupied while waiting for our food... Appetizers came AFTER our food!!! My son ordered chicken parm pizza and the server never told us that they didn't make a pizza like the one he described and a different server brought us a disgusting mess of a pizza that was no where near what we ordered and didn't offer to take it back when my son complained!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!!!!! Little Caesars is right across the road and are a lot cheaper!!! read more

Service wasn't terrible and the food was prepared in a timely manner. There was a little too much hanging out and loud talking between the servers in the dining area for me. Thought it was rather distracting and rude. Overall not bad, I would return for the pizza. read more

Ordered pizza online and had delivered on 7-5-16 and it was cold. Paid with a check other then cold pizza and bread no issues. On 7-13-16 ordered pizza and wings online delivered paid with check no issues warm food was great until a knock on the door.... Delivery driver telling me the manager says they don't take checks and haven't in a long time. So I gave the food back partially gone took my check back and now will be ordering pizza elsewhere. read more

I was up here for a soccer game. Afterwards we decided to find a place to eat some lunch. Upon walking in, my family of 6 and I were not greeted by the server standing at the to go counter...I'm certain she saw us since we were 3 feet away. So, we waited a few more minutes while we continued to be ignored and another waitress came around the corner and yelled "how many?" She asked the server at the counter if she could handle a 6 top to which she replied "sure" (still not looking up at us.) We turned around and walked out. I have this philosophy...if you can't greet me warmly or at least attempt to be friendly then you don' t deserve my money. Would NOT recommend. They were not even busy! There is no excuse. read more

It's Pizza Hut. It is what it is. I happen to love pizza hut breadsticks and pepperoni lovers pizza so we eat here a couple times a year. The service has always been average--which is what I would expect from pizza hut. The pizza has always been good, which is why we go back! read more

Terrible service, terrible staff. Slow and not trained. One staff member rolling flatware, one sitting with her talking. 4 behind the counter talking. Our waitress was terrible. When we were ready to leave, she was no where in site. No one was, we left our money on the table. When we drove away most of the staff was out in the parking lot smoking or on their cell phones. Including our waitress, she just got out of a car. read more
