What an unexpected gem!!!! We stopped by BC Pizza on our way home from Great Wolf. Our kids were dying for lunch but we were sick and tired of fast food. We saw the sign for BC Pizza and quickly turned into the parking lot. The outside of the restaurant is unpretentious and not the most welcoming, but once inside - it's cozy and clean! They also had toys, crayons, coloring books, and board games for kids to play with! What a win! The lady at the front was SO SWEET. We had initially planned to order a large pizza, sub, and cinnamon sticks for our table, but I had noticed the salad bar and wanted to add that, as well. Rather than let us run up a huge bill, she explained that if our family opted for the buffet it would end up being much cheaper and she would make sure to put out the pizza we had already planned to order. The buffet consisted of soup, salad, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, pizza, and a drink. And because it was the end of the month, the price was half off so we ended up with a total of $16 for four people to eat to their hearts content!!! (Not all heroes wear capes, y'all.....) And the food was delicious! My husband always gets weary of buffet places because for what you pay in price, the quality of the food is usually lacking. But not here! The pizzas came out hot and were so flavorful! The crust was just right and they had extra marinara sauce in the salad area for dipping. My favorite was the salad bar: everything was crisp and fresh! And the homemade chicken noodle soup! Everything was perfect! Totally wish this place was closer to us, or that there was another location nearby. We would return here over and over again. The staff was great, especially the kind lady at the front. She had a huge smile on her face and was so helpful and welcoming. BC Pizza was truly the best way to end our family trip! read more

Every time we come up from down state we get a coupe of large pizzas for the weekend and never do they disappoint.

I've been a long time customer of BC it was our favorite for years and the staff has always been sweet and courteous so much BUT! Lately it's worse than little Caesars the crust is flat hard dry and cardboardish, someone has pierced the dough so many times it can't rise at all and that was our favorite part. The last few times it was burnt, The cheese is also now three days tasting fake and not stretchy it's like plastic, We are now going to be looking for a new pizza place makes me sad read more

I have been a customer for years and loved the flavor of their pizza and the people were the best but recently have gotten some bad quality pizza. Not sure what changes have gone on there but now their quality is almost the same as Little Caesars, now looking for a new pizza place . BUMMER read more

Called 15 times over a half an hour period just past 6:00 on a Wednesday night and never once got through to place an order. Only got a recorded message asking me to leave a message. My previous review (from two years ago) stated that this was a problem, and it seems that management has not seen fit to address the issue. Im from Chicago, so hear me out when I say I was really expecting to be disappointed... But I was not! We ordered this pizza for pickup, and one large pepperoni and one large Hawaiian came out to $24- not bad at all! The pizza was surprisingly decent, and ready in 25 mins. I appreciated that the pepperoni wasn't too thick or fake tasting and the sauce wasn't overpowering. We split amongst friends, and all enjoyed. I did notice that the pizza started to morph into a new look after it cooled, as does most pizza, and it wasnt as great as the fresh and warm pizza. The restaurant was small and homey but it looked like their was some sort of topping bar. Basic pizza restaurant. Order at a counter and they deliver your food to the table. Good light crust and mild pizza sauce. Several specialty pizzas to choose from. Buffet, but recommend the menu. I ordered BC Pizza the other night. It took them almost 2 hours to deliver nachos and loaded bread sticks, loaded with pepperoni, cheese and ham. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I called them to complain, because they said 1 hour, not 2. I finally got my food. 3 or 4 hours after eating it, I got sick. I went to the doctor the next morning and they said it's food poisoning. I have not eaten anything other than BC Pizza all day. I called them and told the morning manager about my experience. She was not helpful, all she said was she had to sit back and make sense out of it. Are you kidding me? read more

It would get a 5 in my book if not for the bad dine-In experience. Dine-In: Had a horible experience. Count $30+ for 4 people and they brought out 1 frickin pizza. I mean 1. If could leave 0 stars I would. Called to place a delivery order lady tells me it will take 55 minutes to an hour ok I'm good with that. An 1 1/2 later still no delivery call them. Guy tells me your order is just now coming out of oven. Ok thinking another 15 minutes for delivery mind you we live 4 minutes down the road. Oh no now on hour 2 still no food delivery, nobody called at any time to let us know what's going on. So call them back on hour 2 guy says driver just left are you kidding me!!!!! What is the hype for? I can't believe the box says been around since 1988.... no flavor, no cheese, no toppings. Just terrible. One Deluxe 14" and one 3 topping 14" both thin crust. Crust was flimsy and the toppings were scarce. Delivered in 30 mins which was awesome but I'm afraid it ranks as one of the worst pizzas in my books. Never again. Oh yeah. $60 with TIP! Ordered a deep dish pizza today (July 27, 2020) from BC Pizza The pizza is amazing, a Detroit style deep dish that I loved. What made it even better is that we ordered by phone, got there to pick it up and even though the dining room is closed the restaurant is clean, and ALL staff are wearing masks and gloves. So happy to find this style pizza at a restaurant that I can trust. Nice to see a business protect its employees and customers. I feel safe in saying that we are B.C. Pizza customers for as long as we live in the area! read more

A pleasant surprise. I have seen this Franchise/Chain around Northern Michigan and have been curious, but I am always skeptical of Pizza Chains. I like local one shop places. But this pizza is not chain pizza. This is good food. It's not gourmet pizza from some specialty shop, but it is good food. The crust is supple with good flavor and the toppings are quality Also ordered a Greek Salad that was impressive. Cannoli's were ok, as well as you can expect for 6 mini canolli's for $5. Sweet and light but gourmet pastry they were not All was worth the money. Gets 4 stars for not being a chain that tastes like a chain. read more

BC Pizza has absolutely fantastic pizza. They have good sides as well (I'm keen on pepperoni cheese bread). Delivery is usually a bit long but they are consistently busy so it's not unreasonable. My biggest caveat is that they're expensive, the most expensive in town where we have many other equally great options. read more

Very disappointed that when I went in with my family the whole restaurant was reserved for a group coming in the restaurant 45 min later. They directed me to go to an other Pizza place in town. I was shocked that they were not willing to service our group of 10 and lost our business that day and in the future. We went down the road and had a wonderful meal. read more
