We stuck with pizza and shared a half hula girl and half sausage mushroom and onion. Crust was firm and how I like it. The spicy hula girl was so flavorful - I don't usually do pineapple on pizza but with the pulled pork and spicy sauces it worked perfectly! The whole little Main Street area of Bridgeport looked like something we would want to explore another time. So glad we found these guys. TVs for football, a well stocked bar, and great pizza! For a weekday, it wasn't that busy so I can only imagine the weekend. For the food, it was the first time for me to get a lobster ravioli so I had nothing to compare it too. The toasted garlic bread was awesome. Now wondering how good their pizza is. The Dovini trio was the downside. The fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmigiana was bland. The lasagne was pretty good. Will have to come back and try the pizza.

I must leave the restaurant…read more"sick full" as I tell my husband, because I have eaten so much because it's sooo good We were hesitant to go here after seeing all the iffy reviews from people. I felt the need to make sure it is known that this place is the real deal. There was nothing "Lisanti Foods" about Pronto's food. Bread- homemade, light crusty outside, soft medium dense on the inside. Came with a nice fresh garlic /herb oil for dipping. Salad was fresh with tomato and cucumber, red house dressing that was flavorful and thicker so it stuck to the lettuce well. Crabmeat stuffed mushrooms with Vodka sauce. You could taste the crabmeat, every mushroom was stuffed well, not dried out at all, and the sauce was plentiful leaving plenty for dipping bread in :) Trio platter with Lasagna, Fettuccini Alfredo and Ravoilis. Tomato sauce was against nice thicker consistency and had a good flavor. Monte's Special- Rigatoni with chicken, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms, with a creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Again sauce was thick and creamy and you got a generous amount on the dish, truly no need to stir it. Tiramisu was a nice big square with chocolate drizzled on top. The owner said she makes it homemade each week... um it's amazing! I could only eat one bite and had to take it to go. I really can't say enough fantastic things about this place. We're food people. We like to eat. And I'm opinionated, if a place sucks I won't leave a nice review "just because". So to those who had a less than 5-star experience, I feel sad that you didn't have what we had, because man it was good!!

Sauces were good but the cheese in the ravioli was a little funky. Past cooked well with the Lasagna having a nice meat filling. Garlic rolls given at start of meal were very good; hot, buttery and good garlic flavor. The only true negative was the night manager on duty at the register; she bordered on rude to customers and employees alike. The server was great and the entire place was clean.

There's a hallway to another room, which could have been another business, but no one was in there... and the hallway was kinda blocked by stacks of boxes. I can not tell if it was additional seating or not, but it was very uninviting. While not necessarily rude, the lady at the counter was not welcoming, and appeared to be in a huge rush. The kitchen seemed to be in a state of chaos with several people screaming at each other. As it was us and one other couple, there must have been tons of call-in orders or something... but we seemed more like we were in the way, rather than they appreciated our business. The philly steak grinder, unseasoned with a 1/2 melted piece of provolone thrown over the top (see pic), which would rate a 2. The kids garlic butter spaghetti, was super garlicky... not my preference, but not a big deal. The pizza wasn't cooked through, and was soggy and greasy with no color on the crust at all... 2 stars. There's nothing to say about the Caesar, and the Tiramisu is the same Lisanti frozen product you can get at every Italian joint in the county. There's nothing here that warrants the return drive. 2 STARS

Not the best pizza in the world, and they are skimpy on toppings... but it's HUGE! It feeds a lot! Take it home, pile on your own toppings, throw it in the oven for 10 minutes, and you've got an absolute Winner! Everything, including the take out boxes and menu's are Lisanti. What that means is they serve the same stuff almost everyone else does. Nobody's "nonna" is in the back hand rolling the pasta... but there are 2 other places within a short driving distance, that use the same ingredients that blow this place away... However, quick and easy counts for something on a Tuesday night! The calzone was desperately undercooked. My air fryer couldn't save it. My oven couldn't save it. We ate LOTS OF RAW DOUGH... ugh. The pasta was horribly overdone. Pro tip: If you are going to pre-cook the pasta, don't cook it all the way, then cook it again... or you get: OVERDONE PASTA! Blech. The Philly cheesesteak was one of the best we have ever had. It was slice, not chopped, and full of cheese and veggies! Highly recommend! 3 STARS because I'll be back for that Philly!

They were already half filled when we got there at 7. Before meal, they brought it a couple dinner rolls and if you bake, you'll know their bread/dinner rolls are made in-house, not night bulk. I double checked with the server and she told me the bread dogs are made the night before and baked in the morning and throughout the day. I'll be happy to just have bread and butter alone but I can't. We ordered the calamari, they were not the rings that other restaurants do, it's 2 inches long, I want to say they were tentacles but not. I was ok with the batter, it was light and went well with the calamari. Verona salad was much bigger than expected. It's definitely a sharing salad for the tiny price tag. Very fresh very, very generous serving. Shrimp scampi with fettuccine was the star of the night. It was tangy because of the fresh lemon, the lemon cuts through the cream sauce and lightened the entire dish. The shrimp were nicely seared while keeping the inside tender, not overcooked. I love this dish.
