Went to a location in Merced, CA with our work group. All I can say was that everyone agreed... IT WAS DELICIOUS. The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, good texture. The sauce, perfect. I had the white sauce and it had the right flavor of garlic for me. Some had the Buffalo sauce which had a good kick and flavor. The red sauce was perfectly balanced. I definitely enjoyed the look of the pizza when it was done: clean , level and topped evenly. Service was good and the staff was patient and took their time to get our orders ready; as we picked them up there was good friendly communication and the staff didn't feel rushed at all ( We ordered online ahead of time) One of our group members enjoyed the salad, fresh veggies, crispy hot chicken 10/10! Altogether we would love to go back again and try other styles. I recommend it when it comes to going to a regional chain pizza place. read more

So I feel we have all been experiencing the major chains offering greatly increased pricing, with greatly decreasing quality with their pizzas. Thankfully, Pizza Guys is bucking this trend. Now, don't get me wrong. Pizza Guys isn't cheap. A large pepperoni was about $20. But the quality and customer service make this price tag well worth it. We ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. They were ready, fresh and on time. The employees were super friendly, offering plates, extra peppers and cheese, and even a 2 liter of soda on the house. The service was only out matched by the quality of food. Our pizzas were amazing. Hot and crisp and overflowing with toppings. We will be back no doubt. We may try dine in next time. Hands down the best pizza! Wings are actually wings not little broken wings like other places try to give. The appetizers are great too! Since I moved here this has been the only pizza that I buy. It's always well made and they don't skimp on the condiments! Customer service is always great they give plates crushed pepper and parm cheese for free which we all know they don't do no more. I dislike Curbside but I understand its protocol. I picked up my order an hour late because I was driving from Turlock and I had an attitude because my husband ordered it and told me to pick it up in Merced where we don't even live and I didn't know what he ordered! Harman was being so nice and friendly, even with my attitude. I told him i didn't know what my husband ordered and he reassured me that it's all there. I can hear a smile in his voice and he was so professional. I thanked him at the end and if you're reading this Harman, I'm sorry for being rude. You're doing a great job and you need a raise for handling that situation so nicely. I'll be returning to Merced Pizza Guys just because of Harman customer service. read more

Ordered pizza for the first time from pizza guys and had it delivered. The combination pizza I ordered would cost $32-35 at Round Table or Mountain Mike's , but was $24 here. They quoted a 45 min delivery time, before I hung up the phone I received a text saying my pizza was being made and thanked me for ordering from them. 20 minutes later I received another text saying my pizza was out for delivery, and was delivered within 30 minutes of my order. It was absolutely the best pizza I've had in Merced! They are now my number one pizza place! Way to go Pizza Guys!! read more

Cockroaches under every counter, soda syrups expired 6+ months ago, beer kegs are over a year old. Owner is racist and hires all hindus, can't understand a word they say and constantly get my order wrong or forget sides. They close an hour early or more on a daily basis, I've called at 9:30 and nobody answered although the online system worked. Dominos is better for less than half the price and actually answer their phones! I used to order Pizza Guys on a regular basis but the new manager barely knows how to speak English let alone make a pizza. Round Table and Mountain Mikes are so much better read more

It was all good until they delivered my pizza soaking wet from the ice I ordered and my bread and pizza was wet soggy and cold lol. And it sucks I already paid with credit card. I have tried to eat here twice. The first time I was cut off by an employee returning to work, and I decided not to eat here. A few days later, I was tail gated by another employee while doing my errands. Despite the bad vibe, I tried to eat here one more time. The closing time on their door says 1030pm. At 925pm, I went to order a pizza and I was rudely turned away that their store was closed. I will not try for the third time. Update: I gave them one more try. I had pizza delivered. I have not eaten here yet but the one and only time I went in with 30 minutes to spare before they closed the people working behind the counter were exceptionally rude. My girlfriend and I asked whether or not they were still open and they looked at each other and gave us a dirty look for about 5 seconds. Than we just said never mind we will leave. Finally after all of this they responded with yeah we are still open. The guy and girl were mopping up the floor so I am guessing they didn't want to fire back up the oven and make some for us. My take isnt about the food but just on the pure lack of customer service. That night I ended up eating at Dominoes so I guess it just goes to show how bad service can really be. read more

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I ordered online for me to go and pick-up later. First of all, when I got there an HOUR later, my food wasn't ready. I had to sit there for 30 minutes so that they could make my pizza. Second of all, when I got to the restaurant and mentioned that it said my order was ready for pick up, the woman making my pizza was incredibly rude. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. I was the only one in the restaurant, so it wasn't like she was busy. Third of all, I specified in my online order that I had dairy allergies. She put cheese on my pizza! I noticed when I got home so I just chucked the entire thing in the trash. I'm never going back to this place.
