The person taking my order was pleasant. The restaurant was pretty clean. The restrooms were clean as well. I appreciate that they have a refillable soft drink station. But at the end of the day I came here to eat and not to drink soda and admire their cleanliness. I wanted pizza. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, two soft drinks and an order of Buffalo wings (6pc) Total came up to almost $40!!!! The wings were tiny...and soggy. The pizza was not hot. It was dry. So dry that my husband had to ask for extra pizza sauce on the side.... Which by the way came in a pre served cup out of their drink fridge. So that tells me that they know their pizza is dry and that people are going to ask for extra sauce.... But why out of the fridge? Why not serve it warm? Anyway, that also didn't help so we dipped it in ranch... That still didn't help. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. You should reconsider your prices and the quality of your food. P.S. after eating here, I checked out the reviews. Apparently I should be expecting diarrhea soon. Can't wait.

I have been their customer for the last 4 years. My husband and I never order from anywhere else but here. People over here like Ban C. be posting shit like they own the store. How the F*** do you even know all this false shit that you are posting. Do you work there? Don't be posting false shit. It ruins someone's business. If you love dominos so much and round table, go fucking order from them. Because of your false shit, this store is getting a bad reputation. I have never received any complaints from this restaurant. The owner is super nice. Our food is always delivered before time. Every time we dine in, the entire staff greets with a smile on their faces. Pizza guys if you are reading this, You guys are the best restaurant, don't be affected by such people. I love your food so much. All of my friends order from you guys. You have never given us any chance to complain. All I can say is Thankyou for making amazing food and please continue to do so. We love PIZZA GUYS. read more

After a friend told me the pizza here was good I thought I'd try it but boy was I wrong. The pizza was fine the delivery took an hour when it was stated that it would only take 30 minutes but I didn't say anything. Three days I checked my bank statement to see that they had charged me twice two different prices. At this point I called them and some girl told me her manager could not help me because the bank was not open but took my name and my number and told me I would get a phone call the next morning, it has now been two days since I called and I have not yet received a phone call. I went through the bank and filed a wrongful charge but they have not called me yet. This is just sketchy because they charged me two different prices when I've only ever ordered from them once and I will never order from them again. I suggest that if you're buying pizza here use cash don't ever give them a card. read more

IF I WAS ABLE TO GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD! this is the worst place in MERCED. by far the worst customer service ive ever experienced. there's a young girl working there that looks to be related to the owner that is so rude and unprofessional, she addressed employees in a rude way in front of customers, and addressed customers bad as well. I do not know why they keep this place open, the pizza is so dry and plain.. there is completely nothing on it. The party size pizza is a little pricey but it feeds so many people! The ingredients are always fresh. I haven't gotten any veggies or proteins that taste like they say in a fridge for too long. I recommend an order of onion rings as well! Super good classic style rings. Not the crumb Sysco rings. Second - I truly can't remember the owner's name but she is the most friendly down to earth lady. She lives locally in the valley and is just a small business owner trying to make a living for her family. With that being said the service is always on point. They are happy to help and are great about requests on your pizza. Third - The inside isn't cutting edge pizza parlor. However there is plenty of room for larger parties of 20+. There is a billiard table to play with your friends. They have some old school arcade games, a pinball machine and some prize claw games. They have soda fountain machines and they serve beer as well. If you're in Merced and looking for a great sandwich spot, this is it. It's in a great downtown location with plenty of parking, and it's nice to take a little walk around the area before or after your meal. Definitely worth checking out!

Cute place retro theme, with vhs tapes on thr wall and all. It is a little loud considering how…read moresmall the dining room is. Staff is very polite and knock out orders at a pretty good clip. Ordered a couple of sandwiches and a slice of their 2 dollar cheese pizza. Pizza was much better than I had expected for a 2 dollar slice. My sandwhich was the cheech and Chong. Only thing that I think may have made it better is if they had jalapeño or maybe some pepperchini peppers on it. Wife had a turkey sandwich and we left with half of it. She said she wanted to share with the kids at home. If in the area will definitely come back. Its a nice little shop with a good vibe.
