Ordered a pizza here online the other day and I feel like the amount I paid and the value of the pizza was not it. Paid a little over $30 for a large meat pizza that seemed like a medium. I felt ripped off, especially since they had a sign out front for a $16.99 2 topping large pizza. Very stingy on the Parmesan cheese and crushed pepper. Only was provided one of each for large pizza. Although, the pizza tasted alright, it was not worth over $30. I will not be spending a premium on pizza when there are so many other options with a better value. read more

I cannot think of the employees name or names one male three females pizza is always hot. Everything is always good. Their customer service is excellent. Pizza is always ready when they say five minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes whoever owns this Pizza Hut on Lincoln Street and sixth Street in Corona please let them know the great job they're doing. I don't even know where to start, this place is a disgrace when it comes to customer service. Let's start with the person who took our order, he seemed to me to be in a rush, he was providing very short answers to my wife's questions to the point where my wife felt uncomfortable and made a rushed decision. I wasn't wrong he was rushing because right after he took our order he went on a break. Waiting time: The person who took our order said it would be 10 minutes wait, we waited double than that, I understand it's Sunday and you guys get many order BUT please don't make promises you can't keep. While Waiting I noticed one of the female employees was showing her co-worker he extremely long nails, this stay in my mind because deep inside I knew people who deal/prepare food should not have nails that lomg. Sure enough I just did a little google and found out longer nails can harbor more dirt and bacteria. Extremely gross if you ask me. Finally, the person who gave us the pizza was a dude wearing glasses, he is the reason I decided to do this review!!!! I understand he is young but somebody should tell him how important it is for a business to provide customer service, his attitude was disgusting. I was for plates and seemed bother then he gave me the plates and turned around while I was talking, I proceed to get his attention back and asked for some cheese, AGAIN he seems bother by me asking him for something. Btw, the person who seems (at least to me) to be the manager was not friendly either. The lack of customer here is unacceptable!!! PS: I had to throw the stupid pizza away because most of it was DRY it was Freaking dry!!!! They are very cheap with the tomato sauce at this place.. would I recommend this place? We decided to try some place different for pizza . We tried the flat bread two years ago and it was good but never went back and tried the pizza . Saw an advertisement of pizza guys and the pizza looked good with cheese dripping off the pizza . It was just my husband and I eating so we only wanted a med pizza . My husband called and asked if they had any specials , at first the girl that answered said they had a lg puzzle special for 17 something and my husband said ok thank you then the girl said oh we also have a med two topping pizza for 12.99 . He said ok thanks and hung up . My husband called back to ask what they charge for extra toppings for a med pizza a guy answered didn't seem to speak English to well and he said it would be two dollars and fifty cents for each additional topping. When he got off the phone, I said that seem kinda high for extra topping on a medium pizza. We're on our way back home and decided to just stop in and order the pizza. As we were driving, I went on the website as if I was ordering the pizza and according to the website it was $1.99 for extra toppings on a medium pizza and $2.50 for topping on a large pizza. When he went in to order the pizza, he had a hard time ordering with the guy as if he was gonna charge 250 per topping husband said online it says $1.99. Anyways, my husband ordered the medium two topping pizza special and added Canadian bacon and extra cheese..it took along time and it wasn't busy at all . We went home and I opened the box of pizza . The pizza looked terrible . The pizza was dry like it was over cooked in the oven . Didn't look like there was extra cheese and I like sausage on my pizza . There was one little piece of sausage on two slices of the pizza and the others had two little sausages on the slices. I only live a few minutes down the street but I'm telling you the pizza look like it had been sitting for a half hour. It did not taste fresh at all. My husband called and spoke to the same guy and he didn't even understand what my husband was saying at first he said sausage was very skimpy. There was maybe a total of 10 small pieces of sausage on the whole pizza and the guy said sauce and my husband said no sausage and then guy said that's how much we put on our pizza. My husband said you gotta be kidding me there's some slices. That have one little sausage on it. The guy working didn't even show any concern about the quality of the pizza he didn't offer to come back in and remake the pizza. Nothing at all not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I don't know if it was just a bad night or the guy didn't know how to make pizza like I said it wasn't only just the sausage. The pizza was dry and overcooked. It was just really bad. I will stick to porky's off of McKinley. They have really good pizza and we even told the guy that and he did not care. Oh well, I guess that's what we get for trying a new place. Like to say if it's not broken, don't fix it. read more

We stopped in to pick up a large pizza for a promotional giveaway and added an Antipasto Salad ($6.99) to our order. The salad was perfect for 3 adults to share and came with fresh chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced green bell peppers, sliced red onions, black olives, Canadian-style bacon, Italian fry salami, fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, seasoned croutons, and your choice of dressing (we got Italian). All ingredients were fresh, and the salad was tasty. The pizzeria is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and had a few tables right outside the store, which was perfect for people watching and outdoor dining. Gave it a second chance as my son wanted to try it again. It was much better this time!The pizza tasted much better and was not burnt. It just tasted better overall and not as cheap. The cup pepperonis are a great addition. I tried the lemon pepper wings this time and they were good. Cookie was better the first time but still very good. Okay Sam. You ruined my diet after one slice my taste buds convinced me another 1 or 2 or 3 or..... would be ok. Ha! Well to be fair this pizza was pretty outstanding. The crust and the sauce are what makes this pie work. I ordered over the phone and within 20 minutes the convenience of the digital world not only identified me for money saving opportunities here but it informed me my pizza was ready to be devoured I got the Meat Lovers pizza and as a pizza officiant myself, this pie ranks pretty high with a ton of meat and more.
