I had this pizza to go at a party and was surprised how simple and delicious this place is. We had a couple of pepperoni pizzas. The cheese is thick and melty and not like your domino's/pizza hut. The sauce wasn't too sweet or sour. Perfectly ratioed to cheese and pepperoni. The crust is on the thinner side and the end never felt too bready. I had a disappointing experience that left me concerned, both from a food safety standpoint and the way my order was handled. While eating my salad, I noticed a small live bug, which, while possibly due to fresh produce, still raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. My bigger concern was the potential health risk that came from serving contaminated food. To make matters worse, the woman who took my order tried to charge me more than the actual total, and only after I questioned it did she re-enter the order which came out to less money. It felt like she may have added a tip or charge without my authorization. I called the restaurant to report the issue. Alex was polite and professional, and I appreciate that he took the time to consult with the owner since I request my money back! However, I was told that they don't offer refunds, and later I received a callback offering a $10 compensation. While I appreciated the gesture, it doesn't fully address the risk they placed on my health or the lack of accountability for what happened. Well I ordered a "Vegetarian Pizza" I thought it would have been better than this...it just seems like it wasn't any special care when it was prepared.. I feel " PRESENTATION" is EVERYTHING.. maybe I'm wrong but.. I wasn't really happy with this.. I used to get their pepperoni pizza and sausage pizzas and they were great, but since I'm unable to eat meat anymore, I still wanted to go there I don't know. Once again, I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas well done and a salad without olives.. the pizzas came out standard, normal cook and lacking flavor it's amazing that when you ask for something well done. I ordered a extra large pepperoni pizza was charged a delivery fee of $5.99. Found out driver does not receive this fee the store keeps this fee. My $23.49 pizza ended up costing $32. 88 without a driver tip, amazing. I will not order from here again. I have been lived in this area for 20 years and this is shameful. read more

Horrible service! I ordered a pizza at 6:50 pm and I got a notification that the pizza was supposedly delivered. I have a 24/7 hour surveillance system. A ring camera as well. I did not get a notification that there was any movement at all ! I call the location and they basically washed their hands of their incompetent driver. I have NEVER had an issue before and the best they could do is ANOTHER hour wait to receive the pizza. No customer service on how to deal with these situations. I spoke to the supposed store manager who had a more than idc attitude about what happened. Will never be ordering from them again read more

We have been ordering Porky's for several years. A few years back, for us, they were the best pizza in the area. The past two times we have had it have not been the best. We thought the first time was a fluke and we have enjoyed them before so decided to give it another try, after a few months rest. We order yesterday and that will be our last time. The bacon was very gristly, like hard fat. The ingredients did not taste as before. They were subpar in fact. Raw pizza what the .. we ordered a Medium Porkys Specialty Pizza and the pizza that I received had dough that was raw and the veggies weren't even cooked it was like someone just put raw vegetables on top.. look this pizza was $20 at least cook the pizza throughly. I called and just wanted to give them the heads up that they gave me a raw pizza with raw vegetables and the cashier basically said that the manager said she could give me free knots.. Free knots?!?! I mean what... first off I didn't want anything for free, and that really just pissed me off. I mean wtf would I want knots? I always order Hawaiian here for delivery. I love the pizza. Tastes like the mom and pops i used to go to in Long Beach. Delivery time is reasonable. Staff are pleasant. They can get expensive if you are not careful with your order. Check online for deals. This place does not have a sit-down area. It's more of a grab and go type. read more

Decided to give this place a try and ordered two pizzas for delivery. Waited 1 1/2 hrs to get my cold soggy pies. The pizza margherita was a joke, it was an extra cheese pizza with a few slices of tomatoes. Not even a single trace of basil leaves, garlic, olive oil.... The other pizza ordered was the mediterranean. I believe had this one been recieved even slightly warm it might have actually been decent. But who knows when you have to reheat your slices in the microwave. I really do like Porky's Pizza but today I waited a little over an hour for my order. I placed my order online, left 10 mins to pick-up. I get there pay for my order and was told it will be ready in 10 mins. Nope that didn't happen!! The whole time I was waiting my pizza was never getting cooked. My name was given multiple times. I was told 5 more mins and still nothing. An hour later they realized my pizza was just sitting there on the side. SMH ! ! Too many different employees are working the front counter, it just seems like everyone is trying to figure what is going on with the order. I called in an order for two pizzas, the girl that took my order said it would be 20 minutes. I stopped at the store taking my time to give them enough time to prepare my order. I arrived to porkys approximately 25 minutes after I had made the phone call. Once I paid the person who took helped me notified me that I would be a few more minutes since the pizza was still in the oven. I sat down and was scrolling on my phone to kill some time, when I heard the staff in the back say "What is he picking up" they gave him my order and he said "let me start making g it". Once I got home we opened the boxes and the pizzas looked horrible. The quality was not the porkys pizza quality. I feel like they just made the pizzas with little to no effort.
