Waited a few days to post this. Was pissed off enough to not want to rip the place a new a**hole. The pizza was way over priced for what we got (an xl). Absolutely nothing above average about the pizza. What frosted me from the start was the gratuity choice added at the point of sale. This is before any service or product received. When i pointed it out to one of the workers, he was a rather curt PRICK! This place sits at the bottom of my choices for pizza in Fallon. Uh, the teenage cashier was at least polite. read more

I want to give this place another try, but I was pretty disappointed this time around. Over all the pizza itself was alright...with that said...It took a while to order over the phone, then it took nearly and hour and a half to have it delivered when we were quoted half an hour, we were given the wrong pizza order (ate it anyways because I was starving and not willing to wait another hour) and the bread sticks were over cooked and hard on the ends. Bummed, but willing to give it another try because of lack in choices of really good pizza in town. read more

Great service! The employees were friendly and quick to get our order going. Had the Wolf Pack and Hawaiian Pizzas. Both tasted good with crispy but not burnt crust, lots of toppings and gooey cheese. Even cold (the next day) the pizza was tasty. I'd eat here again if I pass through Fallon during lunch or dinner time. read more

This is such a tasty pizza spot. The staff here is super friendly and the food is delicious, and those Twisty Breadsticks are amazing. Probably my favorite food spot to get when passing through Fallon. read more

I have gone here a couple of times in Fallon Nevada on Monday night and chosen the buffet. They have good pizza and a really good salad bar with lots of fresh ingredients. This is really unusual for a buffet of this kind so I was pleasantly surprised. read more

We stopped here after a long drive with screaming kids in the car. It was everything we were hoping for and more. We are really selective about what we eat, but the pizza was delicious. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind, friendly and attentive. Kevin the manager was stellar. He always made sure we were happy and had what we needed. They didnt blink an eye at the kids, just wanted to make sure they were happy and entertained with crayons. Highly recommend! We will make this a regular stop in our travels. read more

The Pizza is amazing! I have been to the Fallon and Fernley factories and both places serve delicious pizza!

My favorite stop for pizza. We ask for a few minutes in the oven for that crispy brick oven flavor.

The food was disgusting- chicken wings were fat and sauce was cold and gross. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it looked and tasted as if it were a TV dinner. When we said something about it the waitress just laughed and said that all of their spaghetti was baked. We should have just left the food and walked out. read more

What a disappointment. Mediocre service, crappy pizza, and outdated video games. The cheese on the pizza turned to a rubbery mass in your mouth and was hard to swallow. Unfortunately that mass didn't have any flavor unless you dipped it in copious amounts of ranch first. Over half the tables hadn't been cleared, still covered with the last customers meal remains. All in all a disappointment of a dining experience. The only reason it got two stars from me was at least none of the family got intestinal disturbances from the food. read more

Was there on Sunday for the buffet along with six of my family members and as u may know it was not cheap. We get there as regular we go get pizza and they only have a few pieces and there is no pepperoni which is what most of us are looking for. So we wait and wait and finally got tired of waiting so I decided to go and ask the rude man that was busy paying attention to his phone and not to the pizza that needed to be put out or pick up the ones that were out too long. But I do ask him if they are gonna bring any pepperoni out and he couldn't even look up from his phone to tell me that it was in the oven. Keep in mind that I asked for pepperoni but when it came out it was half pepperoni half sausage (disappointing). So we tried to enjoy what they did bring out and decided that we would not be going back, not for the pizza and not for their service and not for them to use their dirty hands to make the pizza........ read more

The "Manager, Owner" always looks like she had a rough night, and looks grimy, very unsettling for someone in the food industry. Her attitude is the worst. Very snoody, and the pizza is not great especially for the price you pay and how long you have to wait! Pizza Barn is the better option here! read more

Awesome pizza, best in town. Sadly the wait time for delivery has been 45 minutes to an hour every time that I have called. I actually order Domino's more than Pizza Factory solely because of this. Hire more people and get more drivers. It's 6:30 on a Tuesday night, I shouldn't have to wait an hour for a pizza. read more

We've been making a habit of driving up and down the 395 and this pizza factory is definitely the best one we've stopped at. The crust is quite a bit better than others we've had and the staff was really friendly. It's overpriced for what you get, but we were not mad about it while we indulged in our post-burn pizza cravings. One of these bougie lezzies ate her ranch with a spoon once we polished off the pizza-- it's that good. read more

Best pizza in Fallon is my opinion having ate at all the pizza places. I say this because of the crispy crust, generous toppings, unlike the weighed, measured and skimpy portions you get at a pizza hut or dominos, plus and most important it tastes way better than the big chains. read more

I've been here twice and both times I had a party of ten with me, did that phase them? Nope! Both times the staff was wonderful, fun, and made sure we were updated on the progress of our food (consisting of an extra large pizza, an extra-extra-large pizza, bread sticks, and 48 chicken wings all of which was DELICIOUS). Between the great staff, the great food, and the place itself I'm excited to have Pizza Factory here in Fallon and a good pizza place to catch up with my friends whenever we can get together. read more
