My dad was craving pizza for lunch, so he ordered from Pizza Factory for the first time today. When he came back after picking it up, he said that it's takeout only, but there were a few stools for people waiting. As soon as we opened the box, we were impressed by the bright colors and overflowing toppings. As soon as we ate the pizza, we were amazed by its clean taste. Most pizzas use a lot of cheese and sauce, leading to a greasy or oily taste, but this pizza used a light amount of cheese and sauce, letting the vegetables and real feta shine. The high quality makes me want to take charge of ordering next time. Looking at the menu online, I'm intrigued by the appetizers and desserts. read more

Yes Upon entering immediately I noticed how well lit and extremely clean the place is kept. Very nice. Ordering is simple, menu is pretty straight forward, prices are decent, wait time is reasonable. Overall? Pizza Factory serves up classic American style pies using noticeably fresh ingredients. It's not fancy, or artisanal by any means. But it's good. Great ratio of toppings to dough, and mozzarella sticks game that is a definite winner. If talking Pizza Factory vs Pizza Hut vs Dominoes vs Papa John's etc etc. I'd say in a battle of toppings, Pizza Factory easy W. If it's a battle of the crust, well, that's a tough one. As for the service experience, I'd say Pizza Factory staff have a much more positive and pleasant demeanor of all the commercial pizza chains I've experienced for sure. Comeback kid? Pizza Factory is one of those places where you absolutely need to stick to what they are known for. The pizza is truly the star of the show. Everything else feels like an afterthought. I ordered the Cheesy Twisted Breadsticks and was honestly disappointed. It was basically bread with a light layer of cheese on top. It did not look like the picture at all and it did not have that gooey cheesy pull you expect when you order something called cheesebread. It felt overpriced for what it was. The Caesar salad that one really surprised me in a bad way. It was mostly lettuce with Caesar dressing. There was hardly any cheese and the croutons came in a tiny separate bag. For ten dollars I expected something more filling or at least better assembled. The Cinn Stix unfortunately they were chewy and soft in an unpleasant way. They were not crispy at all and had a texture that just felt off. Definitely not something I would order again. Now the pizza. I ordered the PepDuo Original Crust Large 14. The crust was great, the flavor was on point, and it actually felt worth the money. You can tell that pizza is their main focus because it was next level good compared to everything else. Overall the sides were underwhelming and did not match the quality or price. My advice is simple. Go for the pizza and skip the extras. read more

Day 2 of so cal pizza week! I decided to check this place out, looks really fun. For 5 bucks you can get up to 5 toppings or a speciality pizza. I opted for the sundries tomato and pesto pizza. It also comes with garlic, I had olives added on. The pesto wasn't overwhelming and the garlic tasted fresh, definitely not out of a jar. They had me taste test before I left and the sundries tomato had a serious crunch! My only qualm is that the crust tasted lile whole wheat, I love my wall purpose flour ;). So glad we tried this place out. We got an XL Awesome Combo pizza and it was delicious! The XL can definitely feed multiple people. We were full after a few slices and have plenty of leftovers. We called in our order and it was ready for pick up in 15 minutes. It was hot and freshly made soon as we got there. I really liked that there were tons of toppings on the pizza, they definitely don't skimp on the ingredients. The staff was friendly and helped recommend the most popular items. The location is near the freeway. It's clean inside and they have a few seats incase you want to dine in. We'll definitely be back to try their sandwiches look great as well. read more

We were taking a little staycation near Disneyland and found this place nearby. We ordered an x-large supreme pizza and spaghetti which were both excellent. They load in the toppings for the pizza so even though it's more expensive than some fast food pizza places, you also get more food with way better quality. However, for me, the standout was the spaghetti. I'm surprised how much I liked it. The spaghetti was really cheesy and they also gave it with huge meatballs. The pizza factory met our expectations. This location is really meant to be for to-go orders, there is only one table inside and a very small area to order from. They have a big menu and multiple pizza sizes to choose from. The boneless chicken wings were a miss for us, very small and the breading was almost nonexistent. Parking in this shopping center is very tight. The pizza was okay, very thick crust and a lot of cheese, I'm only now seeing that we could have specified "thick or thin crust," on their menu. We tried the veggie and western bbq chicken. The veggie pizza had stringy onions that were so overcooked they were inedible (tough/almost impossible to break). The bbq chicken was more flavorful. Overall, glad we gave it a try but likely will not be returning to this location. read more

It was both just enough and more because even tho I said I was good after 4 slices, I had one more. For sure I was tapped out. We enjoyed each of our choices and the delivery helped a lot. Very small space to wait for my 1st pizza. The kitchen is big enough to prepare and bake the pizza. I searched for pizza factory history before I went and noticed they have many chain stores founded in 1986. Lots of people posted on the Yelp, they put lots of toppings, it is true. Too much toppings for my Factory Special XL for $31.99. Too much bacon...... Love love lots of toppings like real chunky ham, onions, bacon, mushrooms, green bell peppers, and pepperoni. They have different crust types, signature, thick or thin, gluten free & cauliflower extra $2. I experienced this pizza today for the first time and loved signature Factory Special. The only thing I am concerned about is the distance so far away from my home. I wish they open one more store in my home area. They have the menu w sandwich, salad, pasta, and calzones. They also have reward App. I didn't download the app today but will get the reward in the future. Service: not too bad, woman looks tired, busy at the order desk. Price: little high but worthy. I can't express how much I really enjoyed my visit at this Pizza Factory! When we initially walked it, we didn't realize it would be as small as it was but that didn't matter, we were still eager to place an order based on previous reviews. My hubby and I ordered the combination with no onions and "boy oh boy", it was the right choice. That pizza was soooo delicious. Also, in my opinion, the food was fairly priced. Although the establishment is small on the inside, there was enough space for us to sit and dine. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the fact that the customer service was great. The gentle men were very kind and friendly. After taking our money for our pizza the employee washed his hands immediately, prior to preparing or touching our pizza. In today's world, very often I have to ask people who work in the food industry to wash their hands and surprisingly they become offended. I appreciate the fact that we didn't have to do that here. I almost forgot to mention the fresh, tasty salad that we ordered with our pizza. It was a hit as well. If you're ever in the area and have a hankering for pizza, I 100% recommend this place to you. Looks really settled down in this area, well organized, having the reward app. I chose factory special pizza, ham, bacon, onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, and pepperoni. When I saw our pizza just got out from the oven, it was covered w lots of toppings. My wife chose a good place thanks to the Yelp. We drove more than 8 miles for the pizza but it was worthy finding such a great pizza place, I am surprised about so many chain stores. They use high quality of ingredients, the pizza dough is so chewy. That is why they had more than 4 stars on Yelp. My wife said, little far to drive from home. OMG, what a waste! I just got home with two mini pizza and an order of bread stix. I ordered an all meat and chicken alfredo. Total was like 34/35 dollars. Down the drain. The all meat pizza was so greasy the crust was soggy and wet. Really gross! That was trashed off the bat. Totally unedible. Awful! The meat was all ham and some cheese. Super nasty! The other one included cold pieces of chicken. If im not mistaken, they should be warm right? That was the first time i had tried that kind. And the breadstix were not thoroughly cooked. The dressing must be homemade because it's just fantastic. It was sort of flavorless and the pizza dough was so soggy every time you pick up a slice it went to mush. I Know that some types of pizza are like that but this was not that type of pizza. It was sooo soft and all the toppings were flavorless. The crust was oddly chewy. We only ordered here today because our usual pizza place near our house closed early for the holiday. It's hidden away in the small parking lot next to Starbucks and a bookstore. I drive by everyday and I've never noticed it. I am so happy we have a good pizza spot in this area. I tried the large pizza with pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers with a side of hot honey. The fresh mushrooms and the thin pepperoni did it for me. The mushrooms were so good they were not overcooked they cooked It perfectly to how I like. The fresh toppings on top is how I enjoy my pizza. It has that fresh vegetable taste. It's very light on sauce. So for me next time I'm going to ask for some sauce on the side because I love marinara. However, if you're not into the sauce, this is perfect for you. It only took about 20 minutes. The cashier was extremely nice. The small dinning area inside is very clean. I was very impressed. During the evening the parking is easily accessible but during the afternoon hours I assume Starbucks being extremely busy which would make parking a hassle. Factory Special Pizza - If you're into the Costco combo pizza, this is for you. The original pizza crust is on the thin side (they have a thin option as well). The crust isn't soggy so there's a slight amount of bend to it but it does not just flop down in grease like other pizzas. The pizza is heavy on toppings, heavier than Costco. All the toppings are fresh and is probably my favorite part of the pizza. Online Ordering - This location has online ordering through its website. Don't forget to check the coupon page (https://www.pizzafactory.com/anaheim/coupons/) to save on your order. I highly recommend ordering online and picking up because there is just a small lobby and no real comfortable seating for you to wait. Overall, a great place to get pizza. This has been my go to for pizza since living out here in Anaheim. The food is good and I enjoy the simplicity of ordering ahead and picking up. Today I had my partner pick up the food and when he got home I noticed the wings were missing. He went back to let them know about the missing wings and the first thing he's told is that he's lying about not getting them. He continues to tell her that he wouldn't come back if he had them and again she insists that he's lying. She then tells him that they will be making the wings again and it will be 15 minutes. He decides to stand outside to wait since it was an uncomfortable interaction and a little while later she comes out to apologize as she saw that the delivery driver took them by mistake.
