It's frustrating enough to receive the wrong order and have the food prepared so poorly, but the complete lack of follow-up makes the experience even worse. If customers order through the official Firehouse Subs app, there should be a reliable way to resolve an incorrect order instead of passing the customer off to a franchise location that never responds.
