The Fat Lou, toppings were really good, sauce and cheese were fine. Here is the problem. The sourdough crust was below average. It lacked flavor, it was lacking moisture and was EXTREMELY dry. It just made the pizza an average pizza. I've tried hundreds of pizzas, and the wood fired pizzas always are the best. These pizzas are not wood fired. And the crust in these pizzas really brought down the overall experience for me.
