My daughter had been telling me about this place since she started school at UIW. So we decided to give it a go. We arrived after the usual dinner rush time and found the place still packed. That is usually a great sign. It was obvious that they cater to the college kids with all the college sport team signs hanging up, loud music, and bright lights. Called in my order at 7:45pm, was told it will take 30-45 mins. I arrived about 8:10, paid for my order and then took a seat. No one checked on me or asked if I was ok. Multiple people came in and ordered, sat down and received their order faster than I did. I get that it gets busy but if you have people who have already paid for their orders they should probably get their order when the time is quoted. A whole hour later, two of my pizzas are ready but we are waiting in the third. Not a sorry it's taking so long, we'll get it out asap, nothing just a thousand mile stare right through me. These people need to learn to quote a time or stop taking orders over the phone. Customer service is definitely not your strong suit and it shows. Someone needs to get this place in order or take it over because it is ridiculous. You're only apologized to when they realize you're taking pictures of the restaurant for a review. I'm a huge mozzarella stick guy, and this is where the 3 - stars review comes in: There's no love in those cheese sticks. Not crispy, not anything crazy. I'm pretty sure I've had these exact ones from Walmart. I think they need to make them in-house to bump this review up to a 5. I also didn't get any marinara sauce with them. Sad day. Customer service is horrible. These young girls need people skills. It's a given I was going to have to wait a while due to it being busy but when everyone who ordered and sat down after you gets served before you, isn't right. Then when I questioned one rude young girl, she said it was going to take 40-45 min, which I'm okay with but seeing the other customers who came after you get served isn't right and then for her to not even come back to let me know anything. Then when 15 min later I go ask to have my order looked at another rude girl says they are going by order number which can't be correct if all these people came after I ordered. Great pizza! You will like every pizza you order. There is more to their menu than pizza. The pizza roll appetizer is delicious and could be a meal in itself. Recently ordered a lasagna with a side salad and spaghetti with meatballs. The salad was delicious (had too many olives for me but easily removed). I know you can probably find better elsewhere, but the Lasagna and spaghetti were pretty good for the price. Good amount of food. Since it was Labor Day, most of the restaurants we tried to visit were closed. We randomly found this place after leaving the Japanese Tea Garden and glad that we did! I've had many pizzas that are classic and fusion from all over but their Chicken Alfredo pizza was the best I've ever had! Not only that, all of their pizzas were BOGO!
