I was in San Antonio visiting for a birthday. This cookie place was close to our hotel and also open late! Its a very small store- just to order carryout. The staff helping us was really friendly and answered any questions we had. We both decided to get cookie flights which consist of 12 mini cookies. We wanted to try all of the flavors (you get every one except the seasonal one). The cookies are split into 2 plastic tubes- the containers store them well. My friend also got a fruit punch juice. These cookies and juice were really good and we ate the cookies over a few days! They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The Smores, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip and Sugar were my favorite!! I enjoyed being able to sample them all. I would absolutely go back!! Overall experience 4.5/5 read more

Holy hot damn!! Cookies so good that they should almost be illegal!! I got the variety pack so I could try all the flavors and I actually don't know which one was the best because they all had good flavors individually. Not too sweet. I got through 8 of them in the first sitting. Delicious cookies and I'll politely be going back soon!! The store is a cool little spot but nowhere to sit down. Just a grab n go cookie joint. I'm not sure what kind of cookies these are . It's kinda of strange establishment. They sell like single cookies. The name is odd .. not many cookies to choose from either . We went in with some friends , they got some, said they tasted good but were hard . I didn't get any and wouldn't try them anyways for many different reasons . I went in to grab some cookies a couple weeks ago. I had always wanted to try my local cookie plug but heard terrible things about racism so I decided against it. The location in my city also had really really bad reviews. I saw this location had pretty decent reviews so I added it to my San Antonio itinerary. When I walked in, it seemed as if the people before me were influencers or quote on quote "important people". I'm not sure who they were however, I expect the exact same service all across-the-board. The people got their cookies, got their content and then went about their way the cashier OFFERED to warm up their cookies they did not have to ask. When it came time for me to grab my cookies the cashier, I will say she was kind, but she did not offer to warm up my cookies as she did the previous customers. She just slapped a sticker on my box and was about to send me on my way I had to ask for my cookies to be warmed up, which I did not appreciate. Being that the location in my city has issues with racial tensions, I don't want to be that person that says it has anything to do with race. I think it has more so to do with the cashier going more above and beyond for "more important people" which is still not appreciated, all of our money spends the same. The cookies were decent, but not enough for how the service was. Additionally, I felt like the decor was very gimmick and kind of corny. I wasn't feeling it personally. read more

Since I was just on my own, I just bought one cookie, a cookies and cream. They might call this place "Cookie Puck" because the cookie reminded me of a hockey puck, round and fat (though much bigger in diameter and a little skinnier than a hockey puck). It's a great environment. It's a great vibe. The customer service is absolutely astounding the lady at the front counter she's so energetic so enthusiastic. You can tell that she loves her job and she loves getting you the best of possible. I will definitely recommend going around holidays because they had a super cool cookie bundle where you got to try all seven cookies for under 30 bucks. Snickerdoodle was by far the best and I would get it again. The branding and shop is fun, but similar to insomnia cookies a cookie experience I could take or leave. I was excited about the lemon blueberry as it is my favorite dessert combo. I could not taste the blueberry or lemon flavors which left me disappointed . Other flavors in my pack consisted of pistachio, strawberry chocolate, and nutty oatmeal. All of which were Meh. All I could taste is the sugar. (They were very sweet.) WOW! these were unexpectedly amazingly delicious cookies! I find these cookies amazing. I was rushing back to my car as the time on the meter was running out, and stopped in to grab one of the purple velvet cookies I saw in the window. I was not going to try it until after lunch but I was impressed with how heavy it was and how tasty it looked. Oh my word, I got to my car, ate two bites, and immediately put a little more money in the meter so I could go back and get a few more cookies. These are absolutely unique and delicous. They are thick, chewy, moist, and best of all have a bit of a crunch on the outside similar to a dense brownie. It's hard to describe but these are amazing. The purple velvet one had chunks of white chocolate and was the perfect amount of sweet vs cookie flavor. The peanut butter crunch one was also great, very peanut buttery! I sometimes go to Crumbl or Milk Bar when I travel to have unique cookies but this place's cookies top both of those chains. Thank you to the people that run this shop, I will be back for sure. Note: this is very close to the Alamo (about 2-3 minute walk) and I hope they get a ton of business. I suggest if they can they hand out some little cards to people on the street or put some in nearby hotels to get the word out. Keep doing what you are doing it is wonderful! read more
