For about 2 years I have stopped in to pick up cupcakes for my team, until today. I ordered a baby shower cake for one of my coworkers. I showed the owner a picture of her invite and he magically created a cake to match the theme. It was the best cake. It was super moist, the flavors were delish, and the buttercream frosting was not overly sweet...it was the perfect amount of sweet. My only regret...not ordering a bigger cake for left overs. Had lunch and wanted dessert. I suggested this place that had been on my list. When you walk in there is a pleasant sweet smell. We ordered half a dozen yummy cupcakes. The carrot cake for the husband and the strawberry one for me. $3 each. The husband loves his. Mine was perfect. The strawberry flavor was subtle, not overpowering. The icing was sweet and thick. The cake is just moist enough without being mushy or on the dry side. The baker who I believe is also the owner served me. She must have been in the middle of something because she excused herself to wash her hands. Very pleasant person. She packaged the two cupcakes in a small plastic container. Much appreciated. I have to start by saying I love the Oh Yeah! online ordering process; it was effortless, quick, and accurate. The delivery was also on time, which I appreciated. However, my main issue was with the packaging. All 12 cupcakes were placed in a single box without any separators, which caused several cupcakes to shift during transit, and the frosting ended up smudging onto other cupcakes. Since these were meant to be showcased at a birthday party, this was disappointing. I ended up purchasing a cardboard cupcake holder from Walmart, but I feel this should have been included, especially for a business specializing in cupcakes and delivery. On a more personal note, I wasn't a fan of the frosting. It had a Crisco-like texture, which I understand is often used for its stability, but I personally prefer the taste of traditional butter or cream cheese frostings. Additionally, as another customer mentioned, the cake was very dry and crumbly. All our guests left the cake 1/2 finished, so not a winner in all our books. read more

My spouse is from Vietnam who, this week, received US citizenship. That's ok, there's a one way lot with angled in parking right past the place. * I'm not singing them for this, it's a note to all patrons.* The interior is white, bare, and sanitary. Once again, not digging for this. The service is top notch. Helpful. Patient. BUT. I do not do dry crumbly cakes, at all. The flavors are spot on. Nothing to write home about, but good.
