I just ordered pizza from this place I ordered my food like little after 9pm they did not come till 11pm. I kept calling they kept saying driver on the way 10 more minutes. First they don't appear on their own company website so I have to go through eat24. Then I place my order and wait over an hour and a half with no food arriving. My house ordered from this location on a weekly basis it's part of our family night. They are friendly and if there is an occasional mistake they have done an acceptable job to make it right. I appreciate that they know us and do what they need to to keep our business. They have begun to hire new staff and different people answer the phone from time to time but they still have the family feel and that is what keeps us as customers. They got my order wrong, when I attempted to corrected it, the "manager" guy refused to let me talk to the new employee, who took the order initially but was very pleasant compared to this jackass smart mouth who thinks knowing english better than the new guy and being unpleasant is somehow better than the pleasant guy who barely speaks english? Ordering delivery can be a bit rough because of the language barrier. Depends on who you get on the phone. Order arrived correctly, but it did take 15 minutes beyond the 50 minutes they told me it would take. This place is a dirty hole in the wall. Used the online ordering system. Specifically requested no onions (because I am allergic to raw onions) and no olives on my salad. Opened the container to see both all over the salad. Could not even eat it. Ordered a pizza for a husband with mushrooms and peppers. The pizza came with peppers and tomatoes. The online app said 10-35 mins. Showed up after 18 mins and they said they just got my order and needed to make it. Went back after 40 minutes and still was not ready. The order took 49 minutes. Also when I walked in to the place the guy at the counter looked at me and continued to have a conversation with another worker. My boyfriend actually recommended this place to me. I ordered half pepperoni, sausage, bacon and the other half the same with feta cheese. My order was supposed to arrive to me at 3:15p I called because they were late they said the pizza was on the way, but it did not arrive until 3:45 yet the establishment is only 5 minutes away. When the pizza arrived it was cold we just put it back in the oven then when we ate it the pizza was dry there was barely any sauce so frustrated at this point we called to talk to a manager and was told he wasn't there we explained what happened and how the pizza was late, cold and dry he proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with the pizza I told him again it was he argued that it wasn't when I asked his name he told me no and he wasn't telling his name and hung up the phone I called once again he picked up the phone as soon as I asked his name he hung up again my boyfriend immediately called back he placed him on hold came back to the phone and said he would make the pizza again. Had a horrible experience with an online order being serviced by this location. It was supposed to have been delivered at 2:50pm after placing the order around 2pm. At 3:10pm I called the store and inquired about the status of my order. I was told that my order left the store 6-7 minutes ago. The store is about a 5-minute drive from my home. I called again at 3:15pm because my order still had not been delivered. I was told that they would contact the driver and would call me back. No one called backed so I called again at 3:23pm and cancelled my order as it appeared they didn't want to fill my order. I asked about how to get reimbursed for the charge and was told to call the number that's posted online. I called that number (1.800.234.BOLI) more than five times, but no one answered. I called the store again and they tried the same number and again no one answered. I filed a complaint with corporate and they want to rectify this in about 2 business days. Well, it only takes a few minutes to return the charge of a cancelled order. Don't understand the slowness on a reimbursement, but they've lost my business forever! read more
