Well, food is good but pricey...Ordered a Small BBQ Chicken Pizza, and a Soda. Food came quick, taste Delishious. But...the skinner guy, who took my order is a d***Head, I asked how big a salad was...he tried to order me a salad...then he rolled his eyes when I order my pizza like he hates making this kind of pizza... read more

First they don't appear on their own company website so I have to go through eat24. Then I place my order and wait over an hour and a half with no food arriving. When I call the restaurant they first act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Then they come back to the phone read me my order and say "Yeah man, no one saw that order...." When I asked if they were going to refund my order or deliver the food they told me to go back to the website where I ordered and get a refund. Incredibly rude! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! read more

Great pizza, and Hassan the delivery guy is cool, funny, on time and always has change!

I received a stromboli that was undercooked - crispy outside, pure dough on the inside.

Food was gross. Threw it in the trash. The fries were undercooked. The sandwich had a weird after taste. Would never order from here again

Fast Delivery so that means your food is hot! I always come to this Bolis. It's the best!

I'm absolutely floored at the lack of customer service, and inability to receive a order in a timely manner this use to be one of my favorite locations but today Pizza Bolis has put a bad taste in my mouth forever doubt if I'll ever patronize this franchise EVER AGAIN!!! Ok here goes placed a online order TODAY 3/10/15 @2:56PM Currently. As of 4:47pm still waiting on this order guess the pizza fairies were waiting on a shipment of golden cheese called the restaurant to a phone number that noone answered until after the 3rd call to state Pizza is on the way over a hr ago At least I didnt pay by credit So where ever it is someone plz enjoy Because I Clearly Wont Be Eaten a 2Hr Pizza If I could give a negative star I so would read more

My house ordered from this location on a weekly basis it's part of our family night. They are friendly and if there is an occasional mistake they have done an acceptable job to make it right. I appreciate that they know us and do what they need to to keep our business. They have begun to hire new staff and different people answer the phone from time to time but they still have the family feel and that is what keeps us as customers. God bless their business. read more

DISAPPOINTING!!!! Last night I decided to treat the family to one of our favorite's. Although we never ordered from this location, we are familiar with Pizza Boli. How disappointing to have my delivery nearly 2 hours late..and poor customer service via phone when u called 2xs to check status...Did I mention the store is .9 of mile from my house???? Finally we got our food at 12:10am..well at least i thought the food would be worth the wait..... NOT!!! The steak and cheese had no seasoning and tasted like cardboard... The pepperoni pizza was the worst I ever had...this is the first and last time I will order from them.if I could give no stars I would! read more

Unacceptably bad customer service! I was a walk in customer. They got my order wrong, when I attempted to corrected it, the "manager" guy refused to let me talk to the new employee, who took the order initially but was very pleasant compared to this jackass smart mouth who thinks knowing english better than the new guy and being unpleasant is somehow better than the pleasant guy who barely speaks english? Ha! If you are going to get the order wrong, don't give any napkins, forget the sides to the order, at least don't be a smart azz about it. BTW, if you ask for a refund on your card he says it takes 7 days to get your money back.. Maybe that's a bit of dishonesty too. If it's not it is surely a shady practice.....Won't be ordering here again. If he is the manager, you wonder what their cleanliness practices are when people aren't there to see.. .... read more

Ordering delivery can be a bit rough because of the language barrier. Depends on who you get on the phone. Order arrived correctly, but it did take 15 minutes beyond the 50 minutes they told me it would take. My only complaint was the delivery driver smelled like he hadn't bathed in a very, very long time. Okay steak and cheese and the fries were still hot. read more

At first by the look of it, the pizza seemed thin and not as cheesy as I would like, but when I tasted it. I was TOTALLY wrong. The pizza is amazing. Just as good as Largo. PLUS it's inexpensive. Would love to go again. read more

Pizza, wings, and peach cobbler were delicious! Did find out that orders for delivery stops at 10:30pm which I didn't see posted anywhere on Yelp. Placed a take out order on-line, picked it up, and overall we were extremely pleased. Great food! Will definitely order food from here again when we're in town. read more

I ordered my food at 8:55pm tonight, paid in advance (which they should be very happy about), and was told deliver time would be 30mins. It is now 10:30pm and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY FOOD!!!!! I just picked up a pizza, the guy that rung me up took my cash, gave my change, then went over and stuck his hand is the pile of mozzarella cheese and continued to make a pizza. He didn't wash his hands at all. I will never eat there again, and I've been a customer for more than 20 years, and am so disgusted I'm calling the health department. read more

We order our food at 10:40pm which the person said it would be 30-40 mins that was ok with us so we called back because he did not ask us how we was going to pay and we was going to pay with a card plus we did not tell them the apartment number. So at 11:50pm we called back to see what was going on with our food the man said that the delivery driver was on his way in 10 minutes. Because he rushed us off the phone we called back to make sure he said the our food would be at our home in ten minutes and not that they close in ten minutes. He reconfirmed that our food would be here in 10 minutes. Now they close at midnight and it is now 11:50pm we are very hungry which we was thinking our food would be here no later than 11:30pm so at 12:15am our food is not here and now they are not picking up the phone and we was charged for the food. This was our 1st time ordering from them and more than likely our last. There was no calls saying we could not found your place or how do I get there or even a call to say we are sorry that we can not get to you tonight. Now we are going to bed hungry with out the food we paid for. You all have to do better. read more

This place is a dirty hole in the wall. Used the online ordering system. Specifically requested no onions (because I am allergic to raw onions) and no olives on my salad. Opened the container to see both all over the salad. Could not even eat it. Ordered a pizza for a husband with mushrooms and peppers. The pizza came with peppers and tomatoes. The online app said 10-35 mins. Showed up after 18 mins and they said they just got my order and needed to make it. Went back after 40 minutes and still was not ready. The order took 49 minutes. Also when I walked in to the place the guy at the counter looked at me and continued to have a conversation with another worker. I stood there for at least 6 minutes before another worker came over to ask for what I needed. When I came back in, he ignored me again for at least 6 more minutes. Very disrespectful employees, gross food, and a dirty place of business read more

i wish i could put 1/2 of half a star becauses they deliver. i was just delivered a turkey sub with roaches. i gave my daughter half and i took half. she took a bite and sat the sandwich down, she looked at it and saw black specks and opened the sandwich and surprise, baby roaches. read more

Ordered through grub hub, service was speedy but the food was unbearable. I ordered mozzarella sticks, they were not cooked well and were cold. I assume they were frozen and they were so bland, no seasonings at all! The bbq wings were ok. Also had onion rings and they were chewy. I am not eating at any pizza boli's again. I'm very disappointed. read more

Called a bitch by the owner. I have visited this location before and I order the same thing everytime. Today I called in an order and was told a different price when I got there. I asked the owner why the price difference and he became annoyed. I told him customers can ask questions especially about the price. His response was to call me a bitch after I told him if doesn't want to answer questions he should have stayed home. He continued to argue and call me a bitch over and over. I will find another location to frequent because the owner was totally disrespectful. read more

While the pizza was fine the delivery and salad were not worth the money. The delivery driver called our room and I had to go out to her car and get the food. Totally wrong. The Greek salad was so sad. Some lettuce one green pepper slice and some feta. If you must order from this place, go into the store to see what you are getting into. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a one star. Worse service I have ever received. They use POWDER BACON, you here me powder bacon!!! He wanted to send me a picture of the bag!! Confused. Then stated it comes in a plastic bag in a box when delivered. Told them "Totally disgusted" Several hours after eating I was nausea and sick. How do you tell your customer that? Why not satisfy your customer? Poor customer service. Never ever again. Will be contacting the better business bureau. Worse place ever!!!!! read more

I order from pizza boli's all the time. I called and ordered from this one in Largo for the first time and was disappointed with the customer service lack of communication and burnt wings. I called to complain and the boss told me that it was nothing he could do about it. He was a terrible supervisor. My advice for anyone who wants to go to pizza boli's DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!! They are not concerned about their customers!!! read more

This was my first time ordering from here. My experience was just ok. Took over an hour to get be delivered. I ordered wings and cheese fries. The wings were decent, nothing special. My boyfriend actually recommended this place to me. I ordered half pepperoni, sausage, bacon and the other half the same with feta cheese. My order was supposed to arrive to me at 3:15p I called because they were late they said the pizza was on the way, but it did not arrive until 3:45 yet the establishment is only 5 minutes away. When the pizza arrived it was cold we just put it back in the oven then when we ate it the pizza was dry there was barely any sauce so frustrated at this point we called to talk to a manager and was told he wasn't there we explained what happened and how the pizza was late, cold and dry he proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with the pizza I told him again it was he argued that it wasn't when I asked his name he told me no and he wasn't telling his name and hung up the phone I called once again he picked up the phone as soon as I asked his name he hung up again my boyfriend immediately called back he placed him on hold came back to the phone and said he would make the pizza again. Infuriated at the guys disrespect we no longer wanted another pizza we wanted the money back the man said he wouldn't give the money back he asked for his name he said he wouldn't tell him so we drove to the store when we arrived there was a manager there so the guy clearly lied we told him what happened and got our money back overall it was an awful experience we would have been fine if they just made the pizza over the manager said the guy was new which I don't believe, but they should never allow someone so rude to operate the phones. read more

Had a horrible experience with an online order being serviced by this location. It was supposed to have been delivered at 2:50pm after placing the order around 2pm. At 3:10pm I called the store and inquired about the status of my order. I was told that my order left the store 6-7 minutes ago. The store is about a 5-minute drive from my home. I called again at 3:15pm because my order still had not been delivered. I was told that they would contact the driver and would call me back. No one called backed so I called again at 3:23pm and cancelled my order as it appeared they didn't want to fill my order. I asked about how to get reimbursed for the charge and was told to call the number that's posted online. I called that number (1.800.234.BOLI) more than five times, but no one answered. I called the store again and they tried the same number and again no one answered. I filed a complaint with corporate and they want to rectify this in about 2 business days. Well, it only takes a few minutes to return the charge of a cancelled order. Don't understand the slowness on a reimbursement, but they've lost my business forever! read more
