The rudeness and unprofessional approach was not needed in ANY way. I understand that you may be busy around dinner time (you're a restaurant for goodness sake)....that's also not an acceptable excuse for the way you handled this situation. Will not recommend anyone to go there, if they want to be treated with respect as a paying customer.
