The same guy who made my pizza years ago is still there making it today. Same people, same skills, same results. I also realized something I somehow never noticed before. They use a real wood-fired oven. Once you see it, everything about the pizza makes sense, especially the crust and flavor. The original owners are still involved, which explains the consistency.
