I get a text half hour before my appointment that they are still waiting for the delivery of liquid nitrogen to arrive. I live in Kapolei, I'm leaving more than a half hour before my appointment to get there on time! Who I presumed to be the owner told me that he sent me a text ahead of time...A HALF HOUR ONLY while I was already on my way. I asked him why make the service available to book online if the service isn't available?? He could've easily blocked it out or not taken appointments for that service until it was available. He said there was no appointments made before he went to bed so be still made it available to book even though the service itself was not. He basically blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for making a service available that wasn't. It would have been nice to have been offered some type of compensation fr this inconvenience bit of course none was offered. It's not often I have a terrible experience for a service that I wasn't even serviced for.

First time was with Nelson. He did cupping and some myofascial (?spelling?) stretching. Which helped me regain my mobility to go on my trip. Today I woke up in unbelievable pain so I saw Jamie, a massage therapist, for cupping and a trigger point/Swedish massage. I can't stress enough how amazing her techniques are. She's got great control and the perfect amount of pressure where it's needed, she knows where to go and how to get the job done in the allotted time. Definitely coming back for maintenance and to use the fun machines they got in the shop. Bottom line, if you're an active person and constantly deal with muscle soreness, pain or discomfort come see these specialists.

I had not been feeling well as I had a surgical procedure the week before that had left me with pain inside my head, a foggy brain and my equilibrium was off due to the swelling in my brain from the procedure. Sunday morning when I woke up all of the pain was gone. My balance was back and I no longer had a foggy brain. I felt whole and fully energized. I know I was healed by the loving angelic energy in Lucky's center. This institute attracts loving healing souls just like Lucky. I look forward to many more classes in her center and recommend everyone to attend their free open house, you will be energized. Zoe Nabarrete

I finally made an appointment for a massage with CBD oil for 90 mins. All I can say is, she is "ONE". She did a deep tissue massage. I prefer when a therapist uses their hands, fingers, forearm and elbow to work out my knots. Not a big fan when massage therapist walk on your back. Jessica is a wonderful therapist and knows how to massage away the tightness in my back and shoulders. While she was massaging my shoulder, there must been a ball of tension because while she was working on it, it pop a bit. It felt great. After our session, my back does not ache and she worked on my shoulder, which I did not realize there was so much tension that my shoulders looked like I was shrugging. Like anything, to help relieve the tightness and stiffness from my back and neck, you have to be consistent. Definitely will see her next month or even sooner. There is parking and she validates. I only had to pay a couple of dollars.

Sani welcomed me as soon as I walked in. He asked me what I wanted to focus on and we went to work. I get like 2+ massages a month, so I sort of know what I like. Sani was great. I told him I wanted my upper back, tops of shoulders, deltoid area, and left hip/glute. While he used great pressure on my upper back, I prefer much more pointed, focused, deep tissue massages where they dig into a knot to the point where you can feel the crunchy trigger point as it releases. Sani had a smoother, sweeping technique. He would press on trigger points to get them to loosen up a bit but wouldn't keep at it. I don't know anything about massage techniques but I wonder if this is because his speciality might be sports massage? Anyway, it was more than adequate and I left feeling relaxed but my shoulders were still a bit locked up when I left (to be fair to him, my shoulders are always ridiculously tight so they require a lot of attention). Why he gets 4 stars is because of his work on my deltoid area which I had previously injured and is still healing. He focused a lot of pressure and used his fingers to help break up whatever scar tissue or fascia or whatever. I definitely had greater range of movement in my shoulder after I left. Same for my glute medius/lower left back area. It's perennially tight and painful but Sani used a bit of compression, manipulation of my legs, and stretching to help loosen up my back. This is where he excelled as a therapist. My TL;DR is if you're an athlete and/or need to get specific parts of your body worked on due to injury, Sani is your man. He can help get that range of motion you lack back to your affected area. He reminds me of the sports massage therapists that works closely with a PT or chiropractor. I would trust him to get me back to competing in whatever sport I was in 100%. In terms of the run of the mill deep tissue/therapeutic massage. I thought he was still very good but not completely aligned with my preferences of smashing a trigger point into submission no matter how much pain it requires. Perhaps that's why this place is called Active Sports Massage. haha. Anyway, well worth the trip and the money. I'll be back when I'm on that side of the island.

A really great medical massage place!…read more I had a shoulder really bothering me the past 2 weeks and had remembered Yumi really helped my foot cramps a couple of years ago. So I thought she might do her magic again... So i made an appointment yesterday to give it a go, and I'm really happy to say my shoulder muscle pain and cramping has completely gone away today! Yumi uses a Japanese technique... at some point, using a wooden hammer and these pointy stake looking things. "TAP tap tap" to get in between the muscle tissues and joints. The first time I was a little apprehensive, but it didn't hurt much, and with that and her strong hands, wow! Almost magic - I could notice the difference by the end of the session! Not just a "feel good" Swedish massage type place, but if you got muscle pains and cramps and need someone to work on it, this is the place to go! I can vouch it worked 100% for me the two times I've gone here! So yay, I'm all in and really recommend Yumi-san!
