Amazing service!! Very clean. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend. I have never seen a spa this clean!!! It also smelled amazing. If you are looking for a friendly staff with great service, I highly recommend this spa. Very relaxing vibe too. read more

I always will recommend this place, not only do I live nearby but I always get great massages. 90 mins today w/Lucy and she is one of the best I've experienced at this establishment and most others. She tended to me with compassion and even made sure I was comfortable, I came in with an injury and she did everything to make sure I was in NO pain. I will definitely come back to see her again for another massage soon! read more

I was at Holiday Massage and LUCY was very good. She was very strong and the session was enjoyable. After the session was over, I noticed that the door was slightly ajar. I guess that is the spa's policy to leave the door slightly ajar. China Thai Massage has the same policy where the door is slightly ajar. I am wondering why a few establishments have this policy to leave the door slightly ajar. If this policy is good, why wouldn't other establishments follow it? Just wondering. read more

DO NOT waste your time if you are looking for an actual massage. I went to get Foot Reflexology. As a retired LMT and former instructor - I know a thing or two. I booked 90 mins hoping for some work on my hands, arms, neck and shoulders before a 1 hour on my feet (reflexology). The guy who worked the front desk told me I was getting 60 min massage and 30 min feet. I told him NO - I wanted 60 min reflexology and 30 mins whatever - just no back massage. I even suggested changing to 60 mins. He took me to a massage room and told me to undress and get under the sheet face down. I told him I just wanted feet. (I was expecting a recliner and a foot bath). I didn't argue - and my "therapist" came in. She was young but spoke good English. She started on my shoulders - and the first tip off was the fact that she had long pointed nails. (no licensed educated massage therapist has long nails) She proceeded to do forearm massage on my upper spine - going over and over the spinal cord (ouch!) I finally asked her to move somewhere else. I said I loved scalp massage - I swear she used one hand and did the same motion for 10 mins (probably looking at her phone) I made it clear that it was not enjoyable. She begrudgingly moved on to my feet. She put a bolster under my ankles in order to work on my feet. (Total rookie move) I asked for a bolster under my knees to support my back. She begrudgingly brought me a pillow. The foot massage was so bad to start. Again - one movement for like 10 mins - same spot. I swear she was on her phone. When I mentioned the lack of variety - she said she had to kill time somehow bc I asked for 60 mins of foot massage. YIKES. She got a little better - but not much. I asked her to just stop bc it was hands down the worst massage / foot reflexology Ive ever experienced. (I did not tell her that) I asked her to finish by doing my hands and arms just to get her to do something else. Not much better. I was never so happy for a session to end. Worst $110 and 90 mins spent - wasted! When she was done she said - "all done" and walked out. I was ready to talk to the front desk guy and tell him it was a bad session - but she was at the desk to check me out. I casually asked her about her training and asked how long she had been licensed and how long she had been doing massage. She said she had gone to school for 3 year to learn Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage. (she did have a couple of Tui Na moves - but they were very basic) I DO NOT recommend anyone to get a massage at this place. My guess is there is a different clientele they are looking to "service" but I have no proof. read more

Did a couples massage tonight. Had kathy and katey. One thing I have to add is that my husband is very hard to please when it comes to getting a massage. He rarely goes to one. But tonight's experience got me relieved not only from awesome massage experience with Kathy but my husband enjoyed it as well. We both felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to the both of you ladies... It was also the first time we have been here. This will definitely be another place we will be going to. read more

Last minute massage booked and it was fantastic! The masseuse could feel my knots and worked them out with perfect pressure. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely book again. read more

Went back again after just a couple of days and brought 2 others. Even a better experience this time around. Clean, quiet, great service. I asked for my same person (pardon me for not siting their name but ALL the staff seems up to par ) and my two companions said their masseuses were also great. Thank you Holiday Spa! read more

Had a 90 minute massage booked for Mother's Day and left a bit disappointed. My masseuse was friendly but spoke no English, which normally doesn't bother me, however, when you're giving someone a service, it's important to be able to communicate with each other and understand. ie: confirming which massage you're booked for, pressure, etc. There wasn't any confirmation on my type of massage and I received a massage that I wasn't booked for: deep tissue, sports. Unfortunately I left in a lot more pain than I arrived with. I had attempted to communicate that the pressure was way too hard several times but it wasn't understood. I wasn't able to relax at all and instead just tried to breathe through the intense pain. If you like these types of massages, then this is the place for you. But if you're looking for something light and relaxing, this is not for you. The front desk was a bit frustrating as well. Friendly, but spoke no English so when it came time to pay, the language barrier got in the way heavily. There are quite a few hiccups that need to be fixed before I could recommend this spa. read more

Was in need of a good massage. Trying to balance working at the desk to build my business and homeschooling my 3 kids under 10 was taking a toll on me. Our sitter was unavailable all month so I had been searching for someone great. The other places I went to on the Windward side were okay so I was happy to find this one right off the main road! Mary was my massage therapist and she was AMAZING!! Because I wasn't sure what to expect, I initially booked a 60-min session. Halfway through I wished I booked a 90-min. As my time was ending she asked if I had some more time available and offered to extend my session to 90 mins. YESSSSS!!!! And when I walked out, I felt 20lbs lighter and like a new woman. Excited to book my next massages here! read more

Awesome is an understatement. Would recommend if you're considering a massage. Couldn't move and feel normal again.

Booked a last min sports massage w cupping It was exactly what i needed. Took my knots out. Loosened the tension in my shoulders n back. Booked for an 1hr. They added hot rock massage as well. 10/10! My masseuse was Mary, she got soft hands but given that i got a deep tissue sports massage , she got in there Will be booking for Mother's Day coming up read more

Edit: After I posted this review they sent me this text to my personal cell.. I'm appalled, and no discount will make me come back. Number is blocked. Came here today for the first time. I got a 90 min pregnancy massage. The massage was good and I would've came back, if it weren't for the greed I experienced at the end. I paid with card and they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said I would tip $5, & there response to that was "oh can you do 15% , 20% you feel good yeah?" And just kept pressuring me so I said I would do $10 in a tip. Tipping culture is toxic these days and they really made me upset and uncomfortable. Will not come back ever. read more

I was looking for a massage place in Kailua last minute and Holiday massage spa came up and I was happy to find a place open late! Mary was my masseuse and she was amazing! one of the best massages I've ever had and it was so affordable! will definitely be coming back. thank you Mary! read more

I liked the availability of late appointments. I can come after work. However it was a rather odd massage. The bed didn't have your usual head rest. It was just a hole in the bed. After about 45 minutes I started getting a headache. Normally I would sort of doze off, but I was wide awake the whole time with this massage. When it came time to pay my $110. There was a $10 tax and fees charge. Plus a $20 tip. Not sure what kind of fees they charged but tax should have only been $5. read more

This place is shady. The lady asked me how much to tip so she could type it in which I thought was kinda weird, but okay. I told her 12.00 tip and she put 25.00. She showed me the total and not the breakdown so I didn't realize at first. I told her I wanted a receipt. It had the breakdown and I said that is incorrect. She called her boss and told me she could only give me $10 back. Meanwhile her boss walks out counting her tips and gives me a dirty look. So no I wouldn't go here again if you don't want to get scammed read more

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life!!! :( I am VERY UPSET This was my first time at this place and once I walked in already they were trying to make me purchase essential oils for the massage. Which was it's an extra $5 plus they wanted me to buy the 90 mins even though I said the 60min is good enough. We go into the room & The lady tells me to take off everything but my thong underwear I had. So I did because that's what I normally do when I get a massage. As I'm waiting for her to come back A MAN comes In to give me a massage. I DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL! They DID NOT give me the option if I wanted a male massaging my naked body!! Next time please ask the costumer if they are comfortable with a man giving a massage !!! Also the massage was painful! Did not enjoy it one bit. I don't think I will be going there ever again. I should get a refund for this horrible experience:( read more

Fantastic experience, really warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back for another 90 minute massage!

Best deep tissue massage ever! Thank you, Cindy. She was very knowledgeable at what she was doing.

Having just moved here from Portland, OR, I was wondering how I would find the right massage therapist for me, along with dentist, veterinarian, etc. I made an appointment at Holiday Massage Spa. They texted and followed up with a phone call to see if I could come in earlier, which I did, and was surprised that my massage therapist was so good to make sure that she focused on my tight areas. It was amazing and I highly recommend trying it out! Parking is available and it's easy to find! read more

Holiday Massage Spa - Menu - Massage Therapy Near Me - Kailua, Hawaii

I needed a last minute massage and they were open on the holiday. I called and got an appt for the same day. I asked how much a 60 min massage and cupping would cost- $60 for the massage and $20 for air cupping. They texted me to move the appt time to a little later which was fine and I appreciated them letting me know. It's located in the small shopping complex in Kailua next to the Birkenstock store and with 7-11. Lots of parking and easy to find. When you enter you take off your footwear and place it in a small cubby. I was immediately led to my room which was neat and nicely decorated. They didn't ask any covid screening questions or take temperature. They asked what areas to focus on and I let them know my neck, shoulders and lower back. The two people who I spoke to about what areas to focus on ended up not even being my masseuse. The massage table is a little wider than normal because they'll get on to the table to use their body to put pressure on you- it was good. She asked how much pressure to use- I said medium. She started off medium and then got really hard to where I was wincing so I asked her to go back to medium. She eased up to light which was too light but then the pressure became inconsistent throughout the massage. Sometimes it felt liked she was gliding over my skin with no pressure and other times she was digging her thumbs into my muscle. I felt like a lot of time was spent on my legs even though I mentioned that I wanted to focus on my back. It also seemed like there was more push and release on my body rather than kneading and massaging. They did the cupping at the end of the massage (instead of the beginning like other places I've been). She only used 10 cups on me which was not nearly enough to cover my back. Other massage places cover your back with cups. This was disappointing as I paid $20 extra for this. When they release the cups they use a hot stone on the area which was a nice touch and then they wipe you down with hot towel. It felt like they only used one towel on my body because the first half of the wipe down was warm but by the time it came to the other side the towel was almost cold which was not relaxing. When I was done, they provided a small bottle of water which is a nice touch. About 3 people came out when it was time to pay but no one told me the total and we stood there In awkward silence. I pulled out $80 and handed it to my masseuse who then looked at another staff who said okay. I handed my masseuse her tip and left. Overall if you need a massage just for relaxation and not necessarily to address specific areas that are bothering you, this place will work. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for the cupping. read more

I have been looking for a place that gives foot massages just like they do in Thailand. Voila! I found it. I booked a 60 minute massage and was very pleased. When I walked in l removed my footwear and was given house slippers. After I got situated in the chair they brought warm water to soak my feet. While I soaked the lady loosened up my shoulders and arms by applying pressure. Ooh feels good. After she wipes your feet dry the foot massage begins. Almost fell asleep. Or maybe I did. Afterwards she rubbed my feet with a hot stone. Then wiped my feet and legs dry. It ended with her applying pressure to the perfect spot on my legs while stretching them. The hour went by really fast. I'll be back. read more

outstanding massage, best I've had in years! Did the 90 minute back and foot, it was perfect.

A friend told us about this place and we went for a couples massage. I come here frequently. Solid massage. my favorite in Hawaii. Clean facility, and friendly.

I purchased a Groupon for 30 minutes reflexology. It was more of a foot massage than reflexology so I was very disappointed. It wasn't even a good foot massage. I have a better one with a pedicure. After the 30 minutes, the masseuse followed me to the front appearing to be waiting for a tip which I had planned on giving her anyway. She took the tip and walked away without a thank you. Not a good experience. read more
