I needed another massage after a gym session last night left me tight and sore. Audrey is very personable and loves to get to know you and your situation. Her glides and techniques were some of the best I've ever felt and I've gotten plenty of massages all over the island. She is the only masseuse I've ever that was able to tell where my body was tight and sore by massaging me, she focused on those areas without me saying anything and after the massage I've definitely felt much better and looser. She's super experienced and her work shows. I would definitely recommend Audrey but make sure to book way in advance she's in high demand.

The location to my home here in Kailua is a non-factor other than the convenience of doing a much needed walk in as I did today. I would drive or fly to get this magnificent 90 minute deep tissue therapeutic massage treatment as performed by master massage therapist "Adi" Wow! I almost hate to disclose her name after experiencing her professional touch and exceptional pressure, technical application and attention to details like my joints that have limited range of motion. Her uncanny ability to sense my areas of a deeper pressure were spot on! Wow! There is a definite difference between an experienced Therapist like Adi and a newer one but every therapist here is trained under the experienced touch of Nori's Aloha Spirit and standard of excellence! I'll definitely be back to see her again, and I appreciate how she did her best to accomplish as much as possible in the 60 minutes. As always, everyone at HHAC was professional and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Top notch!

The work she did made such a big difference in my recovery. Most recently I came to her for a PRENATAL massage!!!!! Oh my goodness...if you are looking for a prenatal work up, look no further. I booked a 90 minute and it was the perfect length of time. I was a week out from my due date and felt such relief and so much peace during my appointment. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and clean. I highly recommend her services, you won't be disappointed. She is highly intuitive and very passionate which makes such a difference. I didn't even have to ask her to adjust the pressure or change anything related to her technique, she just read my body and tension and knew what to do. It was so relieving not to have to direct her, instead I could simply relax and receive. It's very rare to find that I've discovered. I'm so grateful to be back in Hawaii and in her care. I can't wait to go back to her for a postpartum work up. It will definitely be one of the best Christmas presents I'm looking forward to this year :)

The pressure was perfect. I like a bit of pressure to where I feel a little pain, but not too much ;-p She also does very good medium pressure too if you like it soft. The facilities and rooms are also nice, clean and relaxing with aromatherapy scents and heated massage beds. Also, I like that they are very cleanly there. They pump the massage oil out of a bottle rather than having a jar where everyone sticks their hands in it client after client, gross! I've been to many spas, and paid anywhere from $45 - $150 for a massage. Pricey does not necessarily mean better. This place is a great deal and I ended up getting a really good massage from Aubrey for just $60/hr, where other places normally charge $100+. Interns are half the price. Also, after 10 sessions with an LMT, the 11th session is free. That comes out to $54/session! Not bad! I'm really glad to have found this place! Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly. Massage was in a very nice private room. Lots of nice local touches - soft Hawaiian music, Hawaiian-print top sheet (for draping), temperature was comfortable. My intern therapist was very nice and did a good job working out the knots in my back, shoulders and neck. She spent the entire hour - unlike some places where you only get 50 minutes or so. For $35 (intern rate) I will definitely be back! This is just slightly more than I pay to treat myself for a pedi - now I can actually afford massages on a regular basis, too. Hubby seemed happy with his massage as well. His therapist worked hard on lots of knots and scolded that it had been too long since his last massage. She warned that he may be sore for a couple of days, but promised that he would feel great by day 3. It's only day 1, but hubby hasn't been complaining of any soreness. We were both impressed with the atmosphere, professionalism and, for us, the convenience. They're open until 9pm daily which really helps when you work and don't have the opportunity to take time off during the day. I had called to book our appointments, but their website also makes it really easy to book - you select the level of therapist (licensed or intern), then you can select a particular individual or simply let the system book with whomever is available. They also take credit cards - not all massage therapists do.
