First of all the service was excellent! From the front desk, to each massage therapists. We got there early so we could try to be the first ones to get in for walk in but to our amazement they were already booked. We were scheduled for 11:00 which we didn't mind. Got to walk around the mall and enjoy the window shopping. The Mr. had Jason and I got Mei which I truly appreciate as she used the right amount of pressure, it loosen up all the tension and pain I was having issues with. She did such a great job. So did the Mr. We'll be back again and we recommend this place as they're all so friendly and such a great establishment. read more

I got the 45 minutes lay down massage for $55 (if you pay cash) and now days massages are so expensive, i thought this was an affordable price. The lady who did my massage was excellent! I like more relaxation massages with a medium pressure. This place doesn't have the amenities of a regular spa, you're all in one big room (unless you book a private room) and you can hear the mall noise from the outside but for the price and fantastic massage, I will be back. I was able to just do a walk in at opening which was nice. read more

Feeling the pressure... That's what it is at Hawaii Massage Company and after a disappointing planning to get a massage elsewhere I gave up hope to find a place as I never really plan and make reservations and usually just walk in hoping to get some much needed relief. My other therapy is shopping and going to get some retail therapy I noticed this shop on the second floor in Windward Mall which I've seen before but never gave it much thought as you an totally see folks getting a massage from the window and being surrounded by some restaurant the noise level is quite off the chart especially they keep the doors open (understandably) where you're trying to destress and get some release. Prices is mall prices which is much higher though the convenience of walking in and free parking are the perks and as my thought are the $30 for 20 minutes my stiffness cried out 60 minutes which is $75 lol! There was a few other folks there as well as I clearly hear screaming kids during it all the shop is nice and clean with lots of massage sets I'll take this over getting one in a chair besides and escalator and yes it was a great massage and walked out feeling better. Thank you! read more

Stopped in on a Sunday hoping to get lucky with a walk-in and was glad they could take me right away. I went with the 45-minute full body table massage, and Tony nailed it, great mix of deep tissue and some reflexology, and he checked in a few times to make sure the pressure felt right. The room is dim with relaxing music and a comfortable temp, easy place to just settle in and relax. I walked out feeling a lot better, which is really all you want, and the price felt fair for what you get. They were pretty busy, so I'd book ahead if you're in a hurry, but this is a solid spot to reset, especially being right in Windward Mall. read more

so dissatisfied, so disappointing, and so never going there ever again. First off, I have been to this place a couple of times and the times I have went were 4-5 stars They did everything right. But this time I went The massage was horrible and he rushed it! I paid for a hour and I had at least 15-18 mins left but they told me I was done. the whole time I had to correct him and tell him to add pressure and when he did it hurt! Also he did not use any oil, he just used a warm towel. I will not be going there ever again! Waste money and my time and now my back is MESSED UP!!!!!!! read more

My first experience wasn't the greatest. However, the manager Danni called me back right away and offered a complementary foot massage with someone else who was more gentle with my feet, and made my foot massage an enjoyable and pain free. I am so glad I gave this place a second chance. I highly recommend you check in with the type of massage you will be receiving. I started off too strong and it was a painful experience. The level of professionalism, expertise and friendliness will have me going back for more. read more

I came in for an hour massage & this will be my last. Firstly, no customer should see that a therapist should not want to do their massage.Secondly, if you ask where I would like you to address, please make sure you address what I came in for! I come here frequently and most female massage therapist do well but the men do not! This was a total waste of time of my time & $85!! read more

This was my second time getting a 30 minute massage at this location. Both times were walk ins and they were able to accommodate me immediately. The receptionist asked me what areas were my concerns and my massage therapist Holly was AMAZING. She asked me if the pressure was good and she was able to focus on my problem areas and so much more. Holly also found a knot in my shoulder that I didn't know I had either. Don't you hate it when your massage comes to an end?! I almost fell asleep because the atmosphere is so relaxing as well. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. read more

Came here with 20min to kill and saw Katy for a quick 20min chair massage. I wish I had more time and met her before! I always suffer from tight shoulders/traps and knots. Coming back to see her for 45-hr 3x a week from now! read more

Best. Foot. Massage. *EVER*. Mommas and Daddies! Listen up! If you are strolling Windward mall with the keiki like my hubby and I were, may I offer you some advice? Take turns getting a foot reflexology massage here!! Or the combo for foot and back massage!! Just do it! One of you can take the keiki to glow putt mini golf while the other gets the massage and then you can switch and take the keiki to eat and look at the pets you won't buy or Funfactory or Ross while you wait! It's sooooooo worth it!! Imagine, walking into the busy mall, waving goodbye to your significant other and then stepping into a darkened room, lead to the most comfortable adjustable massage chair and being pampered from foot to scalp!! They start with a warm foot bath and proceed with the most incredible foot and leg massage EVER. I must specify, *FOOT REFLEXOLOGY*... You're so sad when they're done working an area because the pressure is perfect and they pinpoint areas that are so therapeutic and relaxing that you don't want it to stop! But if you're doing the combo, you'll be so happy you did because that amazing foot work will be applied to your neck, shoulders and back. You remain dressed for these massages except for your shoes and socks and the masseuse is so considerate about areas that are tight or if you have any preferences on specific areas- they'll take care of you! I don't have better words to describe how this place is worth more than 5 Stars- but it just is!! And so conveniently located in the mall! What a way to either start or end your shopping trip! read more

Hawaii Massage - Getting a much-needed mommy time massage!! - Massage Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

We just came in to the Windward Mall to do some shopping and near the end of the day, our feet were so sore that we decided to make a brief appointment for a massage. The owner Danny recommended Mei and Eden for our couples' massage for just a half-hour touch up on the body. The walkway was just across Target and the sushi place. So, the owner Danny Sato of Hawaiian massage company recommended me to see Mei because she has strong hands. Thank you so much for the massage and great recommendation! read more

I've been going to this wonderful place off and on for the last seven (7) years when I'm on this side of the island working or shopping. They are AWESOME. I've had massages all my life since small kid time as my dad is old school Hana boy and lomi lomi is essential for health. When my regular massage therapist of 18 years is busy, I come here. Since I love a firm hand and I've always requested this, they aimed to please so I never book less than an hour. Price point is still so much cheaper than most places for the quality I got. Ok, it's not the spa so don't expect that but just great massages. They are kind, friendly and accommodating. They even have various times if you just need a quick head and shoulder or foot and reflexology (which is awesome). If you don't have a great massage- let them know and perhaps they can improve otherwise, I can honestly say it's money well spent- better than an medication for my migraine or realigning my hips and back and stretching those "lost" muscles. To those who love it... Awesome! Write a review and support local business! Sorry no pictures read more

We walked into the mall to go shopping, but as soon as we entered, we noticed this place. My husband and I checked just to this place as the prices were reasonable. A friendly massage therapist came to greet us, while she was on a break. We gave this place a try and so glad we did! My husband did a chair massage and loved his massage. My shoulders were so sore after a stressful week, so I just told the receptionist...or was it the manager, that chair massage or lay down is fine. Jeannie came to get me, the same one who was on a break. She asked me where I wanted her to focus and I said my shoulders. She proceeded to work on me. Different ambiance in the mall, lights are off in the room, but the store doors are opened (understandably) but quite noisy with kids screaming, and people talking, but the massage was great so I was able to tune out the distractions. Jeannie asked if the pressure was good and went harder when I asked for harder, and less pressure when I needed less. At first I thought this is so sore, but then it felt so good. I was more sore than when I went in, but within an hour after the massage I felt great! My shoulders weren't sore! My stress was gone! Jeannie is great! I live on the West Side, but happen to be at Windward Mall one day. So glad we gave this place a try! Will be back! Thanks, Jeannie! read more

Always excellent massages that leave me feeling relieved of pain and stress. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Great staff.

I got a chair massage here and got my money stolen. I was put on a chair in back. In the middle of the walk way between the employee small room and private room. I put my bag next to my feet on the floor because there was no other place to put it. I was constantly being bumped during my massage because of the location I was in. It was irritating but I was trying to enjoy my massage. At the end of my service I head to the cashier and reached in my wallet to pay cash but realized that my wallet was short money. It is dark inside and thought to myself this couldn't be right and searched other pockets but still none. So I ended up paying with the cash I had. After I left I checked in my wallet again to see if maybe I had overlooked my money. I had gone to the bank machine prior to my massage so I know I had money in my wallet. I was trying to make sense and back track my steps where I put my money in my wallet thinking how could happen. Then I decided to call the massage place abs explain my situation. They said, "Who massage you? No. . . Nobody steals here". I was upset of the situation but is hard to track cash money but I know my money got stolen. BEWARE! I've been going to this place for years and drive from Kapolei. This experience will have me never going back to this place again. read more

Given this place a 2nd try . I hate to say it but it was worse then the first time . Pls To the workers who are providing the services if you are exhausted and tired . Pls give the client to someone who has the energy to provide the services. Because I was expecting to feel relax and wanted to have a nice massage after a long day of studying. I get a massage from a Caucasian women who just feels like she's massaging like a 9yr old . Never once did she asked how was the pressure . Literally it felt like the massage chair they put inside of the malls. And if you been on there you would know exactly what I'm talking about . It's always almost a "Hit or Missed" and your just waiting for the shaking cycle because it kinda gets the tensions. There were countless time during the massage I just wanted to get up and leave .VERY DISAPPOINTING. I am never coming back . If you are looking to get the best out of your moneys pls Go visit "ZOU DAO" in pearl kai and ask for DAVID he will get you right I promise. I've been to many massage place this one right here takes the cake .. PLS DO BETTER . Also this was the first time I've never tipped. Wen the massage is good I pay Top dollar and this was not it. . read more

This review is long over due. I first visited Hawaiian Massage Company in March. I went there because I had these major knots in my shoulder and neck area. I also had tension headaches that were bordering on migraines. I didn't have an appointment and they said they could take me in 15 minutes. I didn't wait long because they contacted me under 10 minutes. I chose the 30 minute "Best One" massage. Holly was my massage therapist and I asked if she could focus on my neck and shoulders. She did that and so much more! She also encouraged me to tell her if she was massaging too hard. I only had to tell her one or two times to go a little softer. I appreciated that, because other places I've visited never gave that option and I didn't feel comfortable saying anything. Anyhow, after that 30 minute massage, I was a little sore but I could feel the difference...positively! In less than 48 hours I was headache free and the knots in my shoulders and neck were gone! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place! read more

This is 100% my favorite place to get a massage. They don't waste time with fluff. They get straight to the point and give you a quality massage from the minute you start. Kati is my #1. Had to wait for my SUV to be serviced at Windward Dodge, so I had some time to kill. Ate some lunch then went to get a massage. The place was busy, so I signed in and wait time was minimal (less than 5 minutes). I opted for the 45 minute chair massage. All the therapists was looking at me as I signed in and walked in for my massage, I'm guessing they were thinking "Oh, I hope I don't get that guy" as I probably out weigh all of the workers combined. Anyways, I've been having problems with my left shoulder and I told my masseuse about my issue so that my shoulder could be the focus of my massage. I think I dozed off a couple times, hoping I didn't drool all over the floor. When it was all over, my shoulder felt so much better. Thank you read more

My wife and I looked for a massage company, as we planned to have spent the day in Windward Mall (Kaneohe). After looking through Google, we came across The Hawaiian Massage Company; a phone call was placed, and we were scheduled for the Combo massage, the next day. Thirty-Five (35) minutes for a full-body massage, and thirty-five minutes for feet massage. It was an awesome, rejuvenating experience. I didn't realize that I had that much tension built up in my body, until I received my massage, and the masseuse mentioned, "that's a lot of tension built up in you". It was a blessing to have received a great massage, and to have been in good hands with the Aunty who helped me. The seventy (70) minutes of the massage went by quickly, but it was a very smooth session. I felt a lot more "at ease" and relaxed, after the session was finished. The atmosphere, alone, was awesome. Relaxing music, very professional staff, and everything that scented "relax". And, the cup of water provided at the end was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend The Hawaiian Massage Company to anyone looking for a massage. Please, don't forget to tip the masseuse that will take care of you - they work hard, and I can only imagine the toll it takes on them, at the end of a work day. I'm looking forward to my next appointment there. Hoping to work with the same masseuse who took care of me, on this last session. read more

So spur of the moment decision I decided to treat the both of us to a 30 min. massage. My husband had been complaining about a stiff neck and his shoulder which he recently had surgery on so he was game! The workers were friendly and listened to his concerns and what he wanted work on. I got a foot massage with reflexology, first time for me getting just a foot massage and boy, what have I been missing out on! After walking around all day this sure was what I needed. We are definitely fans and my husband already says he wants to go back there! read more

This is an in and out mall massage establishment. The people who reviewed lower due to ambiance or relaxation need to understand this and not expect a 5-star hotel treatment. I didn't expect anything more (and believe me, I could list more); the people were friendly, they were short staffed (2 people) and accommodating. So it's not relaxing per se, but the massage was decent and what I requested. My therapist asked me about the pressure and assured me to not be afraid to ask for more or less. The only thing I will comment on that I noticed more than once are these things: 1. Sometimes I could feel a nail here and there on my feet, usually when it was deeper pressure) but it wasn't bad at all. 2. My therapist must've been grossed out by my feet? Because she must have looked out into the mall more than where she was working on. 3. Double dipping of the lotion is a no no. Minus a star. read more

Hawaii Massage - Upper level by Ben and Jerry - Massage Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

Walked in for a 30min neck/shoulder/back massage yesterday and it was awful. The lady I had did not know what she was doing. I asked for more pressure and she proceeded to climb on my back and stand on me. My clothing was silky so she was slipping and sliding, as there was nothing for her to hold on to. Elbows on my bones, standing on my spine...bad, bad, bad. Very disappointed for $41 plus tip. worse massage I've ever had. read more

The chairs were the most comfortable foot massage chairs ever. The Combo foot /body massage was amazing. I felt so relaxed

I've been here a few times and I love it! It doesn't matter who I had, they were always friendly and accommodating. Depending on how I feel, I choose between "medium" or "deep/hard" pressure and they always manage to keep the pressure strength consistent throughout the entire massage. I recommend coming in the evening when the mall isn't as crowded. You may hear some noises from shoppers passing by. But their song choices are calming and loud enough to help distract from outside sounds. read more

Base on customer experience, I highly recommend this place. The vibe and service are great, I really enjoyed my tour around here.

I have always wanted to try get a massage at the Hawaiian Massage Company so I'm happy they are re-opened at the mall! With new safety measures in place, people were social distancing along the outside wall to wait and put their names down. I went this Saturday afternoon and the staff were all in masks and the massage chairs were thoroughly wiped down after a client. Overall, the chair massage was very relaxing and enjoyable! I will definitely come here again! read more
