Ipo is amazing. She really takes the time to know your body so that she can work out all the knots and lumps and bumps that build up from stress over time. She is super sweet and kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure that you will have a relaxing experience. I've probably been to iLomi Massage Therapy about three times and I love it! I'm gonna be coming weekly because my body is just so beat up from CrossFit and I need the release from the deep tissue massage Ipo provides. Thanks again! You have a lifelong customer here! read more

Never had I experience such a wonderful reflexology foot treatment in my life! I came to iLomi in pain due to my Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and felt like I could run a mile afterwards. It started off with a warm foot bath, foot massage, leg massage and pressure point reflexology throughout the whole treatment. My therapist hand never left my foot even while getting lotion or a washcloth which made me feel secure and not left wondering if I had been forgotten! I was then educated after my treatment as to what was tight, lose, and what spots on my foot connected to my body! (I learned to press by your toes if you have sinus problems) I will definitely be back to try other treatments at iLomi every therapist seems to have their own unique way of massaging. Why stick with one when you can try them all? I love iLomi and recommend EVERYONE to go here. BTW my plantar never felt better! read more

went again and had to write about it... Ku'ulei worked on my problematic areas and i feel like a million bucks now! The attention to detail that they uphold is the difference between iLomi and the other places.., Definitely made a positive difference in my week which led to more good stuff! gonna be visiting more often.. read more

2 years ago I received a gift certificate here from a good friend. Have been back twice in 1 week for 90 minute massages. 1 hour of deep tissue and 30 minutes of regular massage. Woweee!!!!! The place is small an intimate but they make you feel super special. Nice quiet relaxing atmosphere with very pleasant surroundings. Deep tissue can be uncomfortable initially if you have lots of "knots" snd tight muscles but when I left I feel like a million bucks and totally rejuvenated. Went back 1 week later and felt even better after 2nd session. Truly focus on problem areas and individualize your treatment session to meet your needs. $75 for deep tissue per hour and $60 per hour for regular. Great deal no matter how you look at it. I will be back time and time again. Only drawback for some may be the 2 flights of stairs to get to the office. If there is an elevator I have never found it but can use the exercise myself anyway. read more

Ipo, I believe is the owner of this hidden gem in Kaneohe. I went in a complete mess from the stress of being a caretaker for my ailing Mom and happened to get her as my therapist. I got the 80min lomi. I lay face down and decided not to speak and to let her do her work. She is truly gifted in her practice!! She intuitively worked on the areas I needed and for the length of time she needed. I was relaxed enough to fall asleep. She gently woke me when she was done and encouraged me to hydrate as to flush the many toxins she had stimulated. I honestly felt lighter and brighter. I returned 10 days later for a second 80 min lomi...Ive decided it is not a luxury but is a necessity to pay attention to my body/mind. She charged $1 per minute and it was definitely worth it. Mahalo Nui, Ipo *Disclaimer...I work at the leading Resort Spa on the Island and I highly recommend ILomi/Ipo read more

Ipo is the owner of this hidden gem in Kaneohe town, iLomi Massage. A friend referred me to her to help with the tension and stress from the curve balls that life hands you. After my first session with her, I knew she was more than your average therapist. I felt as if the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders. She is gifted and intuitive to your needs, where she addresses the areas that she feels needs the most attention. Very much in tuned with her practice. I see her regularly for a 60 min deep tissue lomi lomi. Appointments are recommended, as walk-in appointments are not available. Credit cards are accepted. There are parking stalls specifically designated for patrons of iLomi. read more

OMG, I had the Ulu Mika massage today and it was insane...in a good way that is. It's a two hour massage with 3 people working on you. First they start with a reflexology (foot) massage for 45 minutes, then they have 2 people massaging you at the same time for 75 minutes...it's crazy. I felt so relaxed and stress free after that! They are all very nice and treat you like family. Real local aloha style but in professional setting. I would highly urge anyone to check out I Lomi Massage Therapy! read more

I heart iLomi!!! I've been there two times, and both times were amazing! The staff is friendly and makes you feel very relaxed. Ipo is talented and knows how to make you de-stress and unwind. I've had massages at over two dozen different places, and iLomi is up there! The great prices keep me coming back! read more

I've been getting massages done for at least 10 years now and this was by far one of the best massages I've EVER had!! I had been feeling a lot of pressure and tension on my shoulders and neck area for a few weeks so I was due a massage. After my 90 minute deep tissue massage, I felt like a brand new person. My therapist was so friendly and extremely good at what she does! I did have a couple of stubborn knots that gave her a hard time, but after a few more sessions I know they'll be long gone! I love this place and they will definitely be seeing more of me!! read more

I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years now and I absolutely love this place! Ambience is tranquil and they also play soothing music. After your massage, they give you a cup of water to hydrate your body. I've gotten massages from all the therapists, but there is one who shines more and that's Ipo. She's super friendly and caring. She knows how to get my knots out. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! read more

I love iLomi Massage. The staff is amazing, very caring and considerate. They are super easy to talk story with and have a general interest in the conversation. Its all about the treatments with them! The atmosphere is wonderful too. They have calming music and dim the lights to get you very relaxed. Jenni was my massage therapist and we was great! She was very thorough in massaging the problematic areas in my back but never went as far as it hurting me or making my body feel bruised over the next couple days. The best part is that you can actually schedule your appointment online! Also, by scheduling online you get a $5 discount on the treatment of your choice! You can pick by treatment or by therapist, and the schedule will show you when either selections are available. It's best to get there a little bit early as there is a form to fill out about personal medical information that's good to let the spa know about you. Also, they only accept cash, no credit cards yet, so make sure you go to the ATM before you get there, as there are none in the building. They were so awesome, they let me go to the ATM after cause I wasn't prepared with cash. They are great people! I highly suggest checking them out! read more

Great place to go! Whether your going just for a full body massage or going to work out pains this place is great! its a very relaxing atmosphere and very welcoming. the staff was very nice and the therapist very professional yet personal. a perfet mix! i would definately recommend this place to everyone! read more

I just discovered this place 2 months ago through yelp and I love it! The staff is awesome and talks story with you. They also adjust pressure to the way you want it and they don't go too hard or too soft. The place is very clean and relaxing. Prices are reasonable. I had Kuulei and she did a good job. The best part is that you can book online so if you decide to get a massage the next day while browsing the web at 2am, you can do it without waking up early to call them. read more

This is the best place ever!!!!! I actually fell asleep during the massage I was so relaxed! Will be going back for sure.

This was one of the best massages ever. This is the first time the therapist listened to where my problem area was and worked that area. She didn't just do the regular massage routine like the other places. I feel so much better and my pain is gone! I will be back for more. read more

This place is the best. Went in with a migraine and my therapist was Kuulei and she was so amazing. Had a deep tissue massage and she worked on the areas that I needed most work on and not to mention she did everything she could to help me. Most places I've gone to does not even compare to this place. Most times I'll leave feeling great, but two days later it will all come back again, but for the massage I got from Kuulei that did not happen. She made me a satisfied customer! I'll be back there again this week. By far this was the best massage I've ever received! read more

Best massages ever! They know exactly how to take care of you and it's definitely the best deep tissue massage I've ever had!

First time at Iliomi. Could not believe this little hole in the wall existed here in Kaneohe and only 5 minutes away from my house! Mehealani was fanatastic! It was the best massage and already I booked another session. Peeps, you will not be disappointed with ilomi. I only wish I found this gem of a place years ago. read more

Recently I quit my job because I got a severe back pain. And I'm telling you I sought all kinds of treatments to relieve pain, from a medical doctor, chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist, to hypnotherapist. The pain on my lower back and hips still persisted. When I saw Sabrina at Ilomi, she asked if I could handle a strong massage. I consider myself a massage veteran - the stronger, the better. So yes, please. Go ahead, knead me like a pizza dough. Oh boy, I couldn't believe how she got all the kinks out of my back and hips. Her techniques and strength really impressed me. At one point I was about to throw in a towel but I knew better that my back needed that. I have to tell you here, the next day my pain reduced from level 8 out of 10 to level 2. I cannot thank her enough. So folks, if you need to fix your body - ask for Sabrina. She can also give a relaxing massage. I wish I could import her to San Francisco. Mahalo for reading. read more

Had a great massage here from Kuulei. Very relaxing, perfect amount of pressure. She really knows what she's doing and has very good technique. Also it's so easy and convenient to schedule appointments. will definitely be back! read more

This place is great. Even my manly man husband will go to get the kinks out once in a while. I always see Kuulei. She might be like 100lbs but this girl gets it done. I have a junk back that really gets me down but after seeing her, I'm top shape. Nice clean place. A little tricky to find. Good prices. read more

Updating my review because Ku'ulei no longer works at iLomi, which I was really sad about because I had been going to her for about 4 years! She was great and I missed her because she's so sweet and always worked out my knots really well but since she left, i wanted to start going to Ipo. I had wanted to get a massage from Ipo because I read wonderful things about her on yelp, and she's really sweet too. I've been seeing her for several months now and I can only say great things about her! I try to come as often as I can, I personally feel that it helps with anxiety and overall stress plus I have a lot of knots in my neck/shoulder area. When the knots start to get worse in my neck, I start getting bad headaches so it's been really helpful for me to come and see Ipo every couple or few months. If I could afford to come every couple weeks I totally would! I always feel 100% better after getting a massage from Ipo. The only thing is that her hours have changed, she closes earlier than before but so far I haven't had any problems getting a Saturday appointment with her ahead of time since I work during the week. I can't recommend Ipo enough. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and I have only had the best experiences there so far. read more

Love this place! Ipo did an amazing massage and definitely recommend her to everyone. My children also go to her and they absolutely love her. Ipo works out the knots, kinks and applied just the right amount of pressure. Can't wait for the next one read more

This place is awesome! Been here once and now I'm hooked! It just opened up in Kaneohe and it's very low key as oppose to the over priced places you see in the malls. The staff is nice and caring; there is an "islandy, aloha" feel to it, and they are very professional. My back neck and even feet feels so much better and I deserve it. I'm going to make it a weekly thing. They just started with the gift card thing so my Christmas list is already done. Haha. read more

It was our first visit to iLomi and my friend & I decided to give them a try based on the Yelp reviews and we were not disappointed! The shop is conveniently located in the Kaneohe Medical Building, right off of Kamehameha Highway. The shop itself is quaint, humble and relaxing. Mahea & Kamakani greeted us warmly. I opted to have the lomi-lomi massage and Kamakani was my massage therapist. She was da' bomb! She was spot on with her pressure and made me feel so wonderful! I'm convinced that lomi-lomi is now my favorite massage style. I would definitely make the drive out to the Windward side for another session with Kamakani. Much mahalos girl! read more

One of the best treatments I have had ever! Ipo really takes the time to treat you on a personal level making the massage experience a great physical improvement in addition to relaxing you mentally. I never write reviews and want everyone to know that if they are looking for a great, healing and relaxing experience, call Ipo! You will be a regular customer! read more

I've been scheduling with Ipo for a few months now. At first, it was hard for me to find a massage therapist due to my work schedule. She was very accommodating and helped me find a spot on her schedule that worked out perfectly with mine. As someone who works out on a regular basis, I have built up a lot of tension in my neck, back, and shoulders. After each session with Ipo, I leave feeling like a whole new person. I couldn't recommend a better massage therapist or establishment on the Windward side. iLomi Massage is the best! read more

I'm new to giving reviews on yelp, but I thought I'd share my experience of iLomi Massage Therapy. It was a birthday treat for myself and I booked a 90min lomilomi and therapist was Ku'ulei, she is very great! And definitely felt better after my treatment. She focused on what needed to be worked on and took care of me. Will be back for sure and not just a specific day to treat myself. read more

Let me just start off by saying, I cant believe there is a place like this in Kaneohe!!!!!!!! I was raised in Kahaluu, and Kaneohe and spend as much time on the windward side as possible, except when commuting to and from work. I cant begin to tell you how stoked I am that I can get a top notch massage without leaving the windward side. I walked in to a very relaxing, professional, and local atmosphere. My therapist was Mahea. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She listened to what I had to say about my medical history and tailored my massage to those affected areas, which I am very grateful. I have been to places where that doesn't happen, you just lay on the table and they begin a mediocre massage. You will not find anything mediocre about iLomi. Not to mention how easy and user friendly their website is. Booking appointments on-line is simple and hassle free. As a active duty service member in the Hawaii Army National Guard we participate in numerous strenuous activities daily, and I'm glad I found a outlet to relax and un-wind with iLomi Massage Therapy. It is true what others have said in their reviews, this place is habit forming. I will most definitely be back. Thank you Mahea and iLomi. read more

I absolutely love this place. A great place to get exactly what you need to have a relaxing day.. They offer a variety of different massages from simple things like a foot massage, to full body and couple massages to my absolute favorite reflexology. They also have different specials that I heard about through there website Tristen was my therapist he's the reflexologist, and let me just tell you he has hands of gold. He worked on different pressure points on my feet and also explained different things that he was doing, so i had a better understanding of what was going on.. The staff was great very welcoming and professional.. The location is in a great spot in kaneohe with lots of parking. i will definitely be returning regularly. read more

Visited iLomi Massage Therapy last Sunday with a girlfriend an enjoyed the experience so much, I purchased two gift certificates following my treatment. The staff exudes professionalism and aloha...and what an amazing treatment! After an hour of Swedish massage I felt noodle-like and hardly ready to writhe my way back to my car (that's a good thing). I will definitely be back for more treatments in the near future! read more

AMAZING!! I am super picky!!! (Our massage therapist comes to our home 2 times a month so going anywhere else is not even an option, except we were on vacation so I thought I would give it a try). I AM SO GLAD I DID! These women are actually BETTER than my therapist at home (in CA). Not only are they the nicest people you will ever meet, their massages are probably the best I have ever had. I took my husband and my mother and they said the same thing! My therapist's hands never left me and there isn't any feedback I would have given to make it any better (except maybe offer a 2 hour massage?) :-) YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!! I actually tipped my therapist over 50%...THAT IS HOW GOOD IT IS! I even asked her if she thought she would fit in my carry-on so I could take her home with me! read more

My massage was relaxing and went by way too fast. She also worked on my tension and problem areas. I will definitely go back. The price is good too. $60 for 60 minutes. read more

Im very picky about massages because ive been spoiled with a fabulous therapist for many years. She has moved and until now, ive refused to go anywhere else. Unfortunately i could no longer stand the discomfort and pain and began a search. Fellow yelpers gave great reviews on ilomi and when i asked my therapist who she would reccommend, she immediately said ilomi... Booking an appointment could not have been easier. They have a real time appointment calendar for you to book online. Took me all of 2 minutes to find the service i needed and book the time i wanted. They even send an email confirmation and then i got an email reminder the day before my appointment. Its a great system. Facility: easy to find. Lots of parking. Old but quiet and clean building. its on the second floor (large sign on door to the stairway so easy to figure out where youre going). There were public restrooms for use. The studio itself was simple, clean, and quiet. All the ambience you expect at an upscale studio. The massage areas are seperated by shoji screens (i think it was) and drapped material which means you can hear movements from the lomi going on next to you but nothing distracting. Staff: my therapist was mahealani. She was great! very welcoming and professional. She concentrated on my trouble areas without neglecting the rest of my body. my appointment was only for 30 minutes but im pretty sure she went over. At the end of my session, she gave me some stretching tips which was nice but i think i'll just go back. $$: very reasonably priced at $1/minute. read more

Was in pain and searched for a good place to get a massage. Searched several places and came across this place. I read the good reviews and gave it a try. The 5 stars for this is true! It's not fancy but when I walked in I felt comfortable and the staff is friendly. As for my massage therapist, she is the bomb! Kamakani has gifted hands. She took away my pain and I feel so much better! Much Mahalos and I will see you next month! read more

Absolutely amazing! Top notch experience for me. Kuulei is just such a fun beautiful person to talk to and she knows exactly how to sooth the sore problem areas, and applied the pressure needed to get the knots out. I will highly recommend this place and won't even have to consider trying anywhere else for a great massage. read more

Don't let the building fool you. Once inside, these ladies know what they are doing. Best deep tissue lomi. I almost had to tap out a few times, but kept the course for the sake of my back and my manhood. The wife and I are writing a monthly trip to iLomi into the budget. read more

Mahealani does a great job. Very friendly and great service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, I'm sure to return.

I have been training for a running event and experienced low back pain that made it hard for me to even sit still. Therapist Kuulei listened to my symptoms and gave me a deep tissue massage that was amazing. I felt like a new man and had no pain whatsoever afterwards. In addition she went right to the knots I have in my neck like she knew my body better than I did! I was so impressed and would come back any chance I get. Thank you Kuulei! read more
