I had a lot of massages in my life! Panita is the best in the world. I'm from Québec city, Canada. She is nice, funny and so professionnal. I asked her to move to my city..... forget it.... Snow! I recommend her for Everyone. You wont relax but you will feel like jello after. Thanks Panita. MERCI Panita! read more

Best massage I've gotten on island. Clean and friendly, they even give you a parking pass for your car.

I have been getting massages for over ten years now, and Panita is the best. I didn't even have to tell her my problem spots, she found them and fast and efficiently worked the knots out. Most massage places are pleasant, but I leave still having knots and not much lasting relief. This is not the case with Panita. She uses just the right amount of pressure to actually do some good, without having me scream with pain and agony. I don't write many reviews, but Panita's Thai Massage certainly deserves my highest recommendation. read more

This is an outstanding and healthy massage. I always go with 2 hrs. I am a regular and local kailuian. I make my appointments in advance. Studio: very nice, warm, clean and bright. Easy to find with lots of parking. Panita: warm, kind, hilarious and very interested in your wellness. Very strong hands and dedicated to getting the kinks out. Uses a variety of stretches and massage to align muscles and bones. Has a quick wit and is very entertaining. Highest recommendation for a cost efficient and wellness centered massage. It has become a part of my life. read more

I have been seeing Panita for a few months now and I have been feeling better for it. She knows where I'm tight and works on that particular area longer to really work that muscle. Very calm warm and relaxing environment. Can't wait for my next appointment! My back is tight!!! read more

I didn't get a massage for years and was suddenly dealing with worsening tightness in my shoulders and neck. From what I heard Thai Massage really works your body which is what I felt I needed. So yes, my body hurt after (I'm a lightweight with massages), but Panita is the real deal. After the massage I spent the night hot and sweating profusely. I had no idea what was happening until it dawned on me (despite the pain), she increased my circulation and massaged the fluids in my body in ways so I could release it. A squishy bump I had on my neck/shoulder is gone. I feel cleaner and lighter. The massage isn't as relaxing as a typical Swedish massage, but the benefits are unbelievable. Plus she made me feel at ease from the beginning. This is not something I usually feel when I meet someone for the first time and have to be undressed. read more

I have been getting massages for at least 20 years now and this was the first time I decided to change it up and get a Thai massage. I was hesitant at first not knowing what to expect, but Panita was awesome from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere is very relaxing and Panita quickly puts you at ease. Her massage technique is something I wasn't used to but quickly found that I liked it a lot. The stretching and different positions she puts you in gets deep into areas I haven't felt before. Her pressure is strong and the flow of her massage was great. If you are looking to change up your massage routine, give Panita a try. You won't be disappointed. I will surely be back. Thank you for a great massage Panita. read more

My sweet husband surprised me with a gift certificate to Panita's Thai Massage and Spa. I called to make an appt but she must have been busy because nobody answered. I'm one of those people who won't leave a voice mail, so I just went online to look at her website to see if maybe I had called when she's closed. I saw that you can book your apt online and so I went that route. EASY! It list the days and hours she had available and after a few clicks I was set. I got my email confirmation and a text message from Panita, also confirming my appt. The next day I show up. It's in the business center RIGHT before Jack in the Box on Oneawa St in Kailua. 99% sure Rai Rai Ramen is in front, if that helps. Anyways, I meet Panita and she's SUPER sweet. I am shown to the room where my massage is going to happen and she leaves me to get comfy. After a short time she comes back in and for the next hour I have the most amazing massage of my life. I've never had a Thai massage before. Swedish, sure, Shiatsu, yep, Deep Tissue, I have, but not Thai, and I'm pretty sure I'll never have another kind again. Panita has these incredibly strong magical hands that find every pressure point and knot in your body and then eradicates the tension. Not gonna lie, I had to breath through a couple of the places she was working on. In a good way. I highly recommend Panita. She is very kind, very professional and incredible with her ability to massage. I left feeling like, what I can only describe as, a vibrating piece of jello. Panita is wonderful, and I am positive I'll be back in the future. read more

Panita does not play! You want a massage, you'll GET a massage! I have a membership to Massage Envy and honestly it's a hit or miss. So I decided to try Panita. Her reviews were great so I figured why not?! Omg I now know why! When I come off the plane and my body is swollen, and I want a excellent massage, she's your girl! She gives her best. ALL. THE. TIME. Some people are just skilled at their profession and she's very skilled! She massages your feet! A lot of masseuses do not do feet or skim through it. She goes the extra mile and gets in there!!! She knows all the pressure points. She puts some melaleuca oil on the face so it's a nice touch too! I am in no way getting paid or free massages (although I wish) from Panita for writing this. I just like to give credit where credit is due. Go make an appointment with her. $65 for an hour. *she gives a lot of pressure. If deep pressure is not ur thing, only MAYBE should you go somewhere else. I'm sure she can go easier. read more

Hands down (no pun intended!) -- Panita provided me the most relaxing, professional and 'healing' massage I believe I have ever had. She was extremely knowledgable on how to work out my 'exercise' related tight mussel groups. Her warm and friendly personality made the massage seem to pass by in minutes - I left rejuvenated and recharged. Thank you --- I will surely be return customer!!!!! read more

I hesitate to write this review as this was by far one of the best massages. If you've never had a Thai massage it may get intense however if you like deep tissue then this is a massage you have to get! I love Thai massages! Panita was able to target the areas that needed attention and she knew which areas needed more work! I'm so excited to have found her since she's right here in Kailua! Can't wait to go back to her again! read more

Ok. This is the last masseuse you will ever search for on Yelp. Panita is absolutely wonderful and proficient in what she does. I've come in with varying aches and pains, and each time Panita has taken care of them (even the ones I didn't know I had). Her work space is cozy and she has always been very accommodating. I'm definitely a return customer for life. read more

Panita is amazing! She really helped me when I was stressed and made me feel relaxed. She's also so nice and accommodating. Great parking in the back. Highly recommend! read more

Panita is magnificent!! As an athlete who has been to quite a few different massages therapists on island, I can fully attest she is one of the best! She really listens to your needs, and knows how to get right into the spots. She is great about finding knots in places I had no idea, and also talking me through the super tight areas while she works haha. Her combination style is great and well rounded... Would also recommend the foot massage, you'll feel so pampered and rejuvenated!! Walk out of her place feeling like I got everything I needed!!! read more

Panita's Thai Massage is amazing! Panita runs her own business and gives a fantastic massage. She is super sweet and happy to chat with you when you come in. You don't have to deal with a receptionist, or wait your turn. You just text her, show up at your time, and relax into a deep tissue fully authentic Thai massage. She listens to what issues or pains you're having and pays special attention to those areas. I've been going to her now for the last couple of years and have stopped shopping around for anyone else, this is the only place I go now. I highly recommend Panita! read more

For me massage is part of my healthcare regimen. I have been seeing Panita for over two years now. At first I wanted her to help with some pain in my right shoulder. She addressed that in a single session and I got mobility back. The shoulder still bothers me but regular sessions with Panita keeps it mobile. She helps with any physical injury or pain. Also, I now go to her for a two hour session, monthly, The combination of deep tissue massage and Thai stretching postures works wonders. I will continue to see Panita for a two hour session monthly (and the occasional visit when I forget my age and push too hard) as long as she is in business. read more

I arrived early and did not have to wait long to be taken to the room; before you know it the massage had begun. The pressure was just right for me and I can also say that she has strong hands. Though she wasnt using full strength I could imagine what a deep tissue would feel like. She is very attentive to what I needed and able to carry a conversation. There was a sense of comfort in how she conducts the massage and confidence in what she does. I walked away completely satisfied. read more

Let me just start off by saying I'm picky when it comes to massage. Panita's style is one of my favorites. She does a thai massage but on the table (instead of the ground) where she stretches me in addition to the massage. She uses just the right amount of pressure to make it hurt a little but in a good way. I'm an athlete and often have very tight muscles from my various workouts. I can always count on Panita to relieve my soreness. Go see her...you won't regret it. read more

I just got a massage from Da, the new Thai masseuse at Panita's. Not only was the massage one of the best I've had, she did a face massage at the end that put me into dreamland. Thank You Panita for bringing Da into your Massage & Spa, and thank you Da for the excellent massage! read more

Highly recommended!!! I have been going to Panita for a couple of months now and every visit is awesome. She knows exactly what areas to work on and applies the right amount of pressure. I've tried a lot of other places but this for me is by far the best. Thank you Panita and see you soon. read more

I believe that massage is part of good therapy and Panita's is the best. I have tried Shiatsu, Lomilomi, Swedish, deep tissue but Thai massage is the best with the postures and stretching as well as the deep massage and combinations that Panita uses. Relax and tell her your issues and she will work on it. I have been seeing her for about two years now and she helped with the arthritis in my shoulder after a few visits. I have full rotation in that shoulder now. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee and she is working on it. I have full confidence that it will be better after a while. She is very strong and uses a lot of leverage so be sure to let her know how much pressure you can take as she works on you. She is fun and conversational as she works. Panita is the best. read more
