Usually small micro-aggressions, crabbiness, cutting off my sentences, and subtle rude comments. I have passed off all of that as the clerk having bad days (we all do, right?) but it seemed a bit more than what you would normally experience from a business. I work retail, so I understand the ins and outs and I try to be a good customer. My last visit this week at the Burlington store was the last straw. There is a woman at their Burlington store that is probably early to - mid fifties, brownish/gray wavy/curly-ish long hair who was a witch with a B to me. The guy working with her wasn't much better in attitude, but at least he didn't make matters worse like she did. I want her to know that her attitude, changes everything. If you come at a customer with the nasty tone you took with me, they just might bite back like I did toward the end of our exchange where you rudely cut every sentence I said off and responded in a snotty tone. I want you and your owners/manager to know that I walked out that day and promptly called your competition (another locally owned business) who bent over backwards for me and solutioned the same problem you complained to me that you had. They were kind, polite, and took care of the problem within an hour. The start contrast in how they solutioned the problem and were just simply KIND, changed everything for me. I left irate, but they quickly changed that. Simply they let me explain my situation without interuption, and were NICE. Because of you lady, I won't walk into another Kempkers again. I now know that apparently this is the M.O. of Kempker sales clerks. I don't have to beat over the head to know this is what I get when I go there. So... no thanks. And I won't be quiet about it. To the owners and management: Seriously. You have quite a bit of staff that has an attitude problem. Some of them I noticed, are actually family. Which is an even bigger turn off. I have several options. I don't need to go to you. My preference would be to support small, locally owned businesses, and there are still a few others around that can provide exactly what you do. I asked him to send out a plumber due to the damage to the pipes. He agreed, only two get…read moreclarification that his team actually was responsible due to what the plumber found And was strictly told to report back to him and not me, from what I have already told him happened. The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. I also had to call some heating and cooling assistance to do a vent cleaning which cost me over $1,800 along with all of the miscellaneous personal property that was flooded in the basement cost over $2000 which included yard tools, lawnmower, dining room table and chairs two twin size metal beds, a line, leaf blower, electrical weed, whacker and other miscellaneous tools. Caleb never sent the information about the follow up or evidence from the plumber and did not go forward with completely clearing out the debris his team had carelessly forced down into my sewer pipes. Caleb is very deceptive and his team has absolutely bad customer service . Caleb did not want to follow through with resolving the issue. His company has created Thousands of dollars of damage-during that period of them doing that tear out. They also ran off with my ladder and I had to complain to get it back which was It was a thief. Caleb completely ghosted me after I called him back after my basement flooded again almost a year later after a heavy storm. I was requesting the report from the original plumbers inspection, which I discovered that Caleb and the plumber had discussed father jetting of the sewer pipes to get all of the debris out, but Caleb did not go forward with the work, not taking responsibility for what his workers did and cost me detrimental property damage a year later . Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.

I was dishearten but Healthy Holmes; specially Caleb, Payton and Harley went well and beyond to make this house safe. Not only did they remedy the mold, but they remove the old debris so I can later install insulation. Another time she colored my hair and shaped my eyebrows. Most recently Courtney gave me a new short style when I was ready for a change. The new cut is perfect for me. I am very pleased with it. Courtney listens to what you want and will do as you ask. If you ask her advice, she will give it to you and it is worth listening to as she is very knowledgeable. She has some products for sale but does not push them. Her shop is very pleasant and she is fun to chat with. I think you will like The Beauty Cat.
