I took my computer which was running Ubuntu to them to have Windows 11 installed. I provided a new version of Windows. When I picked up computer I paid the bill, took the computer and left without testing it. Big mistake. When I got home and turned it on there was no keypad or cursor when I was in Windows. I took it back and was told that it was missing the driver and they hadn't been able to find it. I gave them the email and number of the company that manufactured the computer which has the drivers on its website. Today, I called to check status and was told no one had gotten back them. I asked them if they were going to be able to get it working and the guy I was talking to started going on making excuses and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I asked him why he had not simply called the company to get the info. He said the phone call would be too expensive since it was a Chinese number. I told him I had an internet phone with low rates and that he could use it to call. I also told him I was disappointed that they have given back the computer and charged me for installing Windows when he knew it was not fully functional. The owner's response was terrible. He told me it was my fault for buying a "cheap" computer from overseas and that I was lucky he didn't charge me for the 12-13 hours they had into it.
