We rented a 20-yard dumpster from Mike on 5/19/23 for a week with an option for 2 weeks. They were…read moresupposed to come at 12:00 but didn't show up until 3:00. We told the driver we wanted to keep the dumpster for 2 weeks even tho we paid for one (cash) upfront. Today, Wednesday, I called Mike to confirm we would be able to keep the dumpster another week. Mike said he already rented the dumpster but he could give us a 14-yard dumpster for less money. He then said they would pick up the dumpster at 12:00 on Friday but when I said we didn't get it until 3:00 he said they have to have time to dump it and get it to the next client. They are a new company and trying to make a name for themselves in Burlington but if they continue with this practice they won't be in business for long. I understand they make more money renting it out weekly but we told them we wanted it for 2 weeks. We flip houses but we will never use them again or recommend them.

So I ended up calling and after speaking with a really polite guy he asked what I didn't expect to hear "do you want it this afternoon?" Actually yeah that would be fantastic. Plus it was a federal holiday on Monday and they still picked it up. The text communication of where they were, when they were coming, etc was excellent. Their price was average I think for that size dumpster. I expected about $400 and that's about what it was. I would use them again but hopefully I won't need to.
