We're very grateful for Farm King. I bought some annuals here last year that were very healthy. They were much nicer than the ones I saw over at Lowe's or menards. You get what you pay for. Also, they allow you to bring your friendly dog in there and that's a positive...especially when it's really cold out and it's hard to find it place to walk your dog that's not icy, windy and that's level footing.

I was not aware when I placed the order that it defaulted to the old address. I called Burlington Lowes and they gave me the option of contacting the delivery company supplied me with phone number. After 4-5 calls i felt I was just going to have to absorb the cost without the merchandise. On 5/10/26 Tammy from the Burlington Lowes Store called me inquiring if I had any response contacting the delivery company. I reported to her that i had talked to several people and it was decided that it was my fault that my information was wrong. Tammy then explained to me that she had picked up the merchandise and was crediting it to my account! I was stunned that someone would help me out like this! The level of her professionalism was astounding. She was pleasant and understanding and, in this world, is a great asset. Believe me i will tell this story to everyone I know. Thank you Tammy. DO NOT order appliances from this sorry excuse for a store…read more My parents have been without a refrigerator for 15 days. They bought a fridge about 4 months ago and the fridge went out. Luckily they purchased the extended warranty, problem solved! *you would think* My dad called about the issue and was told they would receive a call back within 5 days. STILL no call. My mom calls and the "customer service agent" tells her to purchase a filter because that is for sure the problem. The filter she told her to buy doesn't even go to the fridge they bought. Lowe's says there is nothing they can do and they keep redirecting them to Frigidaire for service... but to no avail. The warranty they purchased was from Lowe's so that makes no sense. Everytime my parents call they call them by another name and they keep telling them to wait. Seems like a scam to me. Considering the fact that Lowe's is a nationwide company you'd think you could rely on their customer service. My parents are in their 60s (and in poor health). They are using their backyard as a fridge, thank goodness it's winter I guess so things can stay cold? So my parents are having to walk outside in negative temperatures anytime they want something to eat or drink. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Lowe's - you need to right this wrong before you have a lawsuit on your hands.
