The staff is friendly. The prices are slightly higher, but this isn't the city and they don't have the competition like the chains. They could discount their clearance a bit more, . We're very grateful for Farm King. I bought some annuals here last year that were very healthy. They were much nicer than the ones I saw over at Lowe's or menards. You get what you pay for. Also, they allow you to bring your friendly dog in there and that's a positive...especially when it's really cold out and it's hard to find it place to walk your dog that's not icy, windy and that's level footing.

She asked for my information, I asked her if it was going to run my credit. She assured me that she wasn't. She was just going to get me into the system. I come to find out a few days later that it was a lie and she did run my credit. I don't know if it was just a miscommunication in her training or what happened there, but running someone's credit without full permission IS ILLEGAL. I called up Furniture Row and asked for the manager, he told me that he would get to the bottom of it and see what went on. Instead of hearing back from him, I heard back from Arin. Instead of a "sorry for the miscommunication" or anything, she started blaming me for my credit being ran. As I was repeating back the conversation, she started to try and talk over me. I told her that she needs to be quiet, I was talking and it's very rude to talk over someone. She told me that I had no right to disrespect her and hung up the phone. Never have I ever seen such poor customer service in that store before!

The problem is that there is gap between mattress and headboard which a small child's leg could easily get pinched in there among other things. Think about asking about return time on your purchase before buying.
