The store reminds me of what it was like to buy shoes before the big discount shoe warehouses and buying online. It was a profoundly better experience. The store owner as well as staff are extraordinarily customer service oriented. I was here for quite a while and they never grew impatient. They answered all of my questions giving me helpful information about the shoes. I tried on a lot of shoes. In the end I purchased a pair casual sneakers that I could wear the remainder of my trip. It seems to me their prices are very competitive, they have a good selection, and their service is outstanding. I wish there was a store like this where I live.

He guided me to the area let me look & pick the shoe I liked. The seating area is roomy for a friend or family. They take time while trying shoes on that the fit is right & I was impressed & satisfied with their selection. As a Nurse I was interested in gel inserts for my job. Fortunately in the store they have "Computerized Orthopedic Diagnostic Equipment". The Inserts will keep me working for many years. I will Recommend "Brown's Shoe Fit" to all my friends. Kohl's cash isn't what you think it is…read more I just got back from returning a PS4 and extra controller at Kohl's here in Burlington. I bought the console and then, the next day with the $80 Kohl's cash I got for the console's purchase, bought another controller and charging cradle. I didn't like the PS4 over the PS3 and it didn't meet my needs so I returned it. What I didn't understand (and its right there clear as mud on the receipt which refers you to the Kohl's cash coupon for the details) is that if you use the Kohl's cash and then return everything they only credit the purchase price minus the Kohl's cash. So I paid $427 for the console and got $80 in Kohl's cash. They credited my credit card back for $347 and then gave me another $80 in Kohl's cash. So now, I'm paying $80 in interest on a purchase I returned. I feel that is unethical and they wouldn't fix it so I cut up my credit card right there. I'll pay off the balance of my card and then I'm through with this overpriced company whose business model is to milk as much money out of its customers as possible.

My OCyn's attire always gets the most compliments. Their clothes are unique and hold up well with time. The staff are always so friendly and when they have sells you typically can't beat the price. My favorite item right now is their new athletic wear! Its so comfortable and it is ideal to wear for lifting, hot yoga, or a long run. The pockets are the best!

My main goal was to find a dress to wear to a wedding in August...which I'm happy to say that I succeeded in...and it was only $30. They also had a sale on bralettes that were two for $20. While I'm the dressing room area, I noticed some styled outfits and loved several of them. One had a Yellowstone shirt with some mustard shorts. I already had some mustard shorts at home, so I found the Yellowstone shirt and added it to the pile. My total was a little over $80, which is a very successful shopping trip in my book. I was also helping my mom with finding a dress and some jeans. I'd noticed a cheetah print dress in the dressing room and had her try it on. She loved it and by this point we had a very helpful associate start locating the pieces to one of the other outfits we'd eyed. I ended up also picking up some knit striped shorts and a polo tank for another $40ish and had to walk away there. Love this location and looking forward to returning.
