The movie ended at 10pm and as we were walking out, we noticed a couple of claw machines on our way out and I gave my nephew $5 to play before we left. Well this rude lady comes from a door near the claw machines, maybe security I dunno cause she wasn't in a uniform but with a pretty ridiculous attitude she says "YOU ALL MEED TO LEAVE, the mall is closed!!" I looked at her and said "Excuse me!" And with an attitude again she said the same thing..... so I told her she ask politely without being a B! The mall should not have movies that end that late if this lady is going to harass people on their way out..... I was treating my family to a fun night and it was just nonsense how she acted. If she is part of your employment.... Maybe find someone who is actually wanting a job and considerate. Unnecessary drama for no reason. Side note- all the theater employees and the movie was amazing!!!!

Love Target in general. They carry a diverse selection of products and ones I often use. This…read moreparticular location in West Burlington Iowa is small. I have noticed they are often out of stock or very limited stock on items particularly electronics. The Apple area is particularly abysmal. It's really hit or miss if you'll be able to find the item you need. I've noticed this seems to be a consistent issue at this location. I've been to many other Targets, particularly Super Target locations that do not have this issue. Despite the often stock issues, I do much prefer coming to Target rather than that other big box store in town. The vibe at Target is a gazillion times better. The staff are always helpful and seem to know their stuff more than that other place. This Target would receive a 5 star if they'd only address the product stock issues.

However, I over heard the way the manager was speaking to their employees, and it was very poorly. Very disappointing. I can't imagine how that must be to deal with from day to day.

Great selection of clothing, skincare, bags, shoes, and home goods. The prices are always reasonable here, and there are usually quite a few tills open for check out so the line moves pretty quickly! Service is friendly also. Nice way to spend an hour or two on a day off. Not much more to say, it's a solid Marshalls!

Kohl's cash isn't what you think it is…read more I just got back from returning a PS4 and extra controller at Kohl's here in Burlington. I bought the console and then, the next day with the $80 Kohl's cash I got for the console's purchase, bought another controller and charging cradle. I didn't like the PS4 over the PS3 and it didn't meet my needs so I returned it. What I didn't understand (and its right there clear as mud on the receipt which refers you to the Kohl's cash coupon for the details) is that if you use the Kohl's cash and then return everything they only credit the purchase price minus the Kohl's cash. So I paid $427 for the console and got $80 in Kohl's cash. They credited my credit card back for $347 and then gave me another $80 in Kohl's cash. So now, I'm paying $80 in interest on a purchase I returned. I feel that is unethical and they wouldn't fix it so I cut up my credit card right there. I'll pay off the balance of my card and then I'm through with this overpriced company whose business model is to milk as much money out of its customers as possible.

I also found a shirt with blood stains on it, many of the plastic hard tags we're missing the back end of it so it is easy to get stabbed. Also the men's shirts had pins lying everywhere and were sticking out of the shirts just waiting to Injure another innocent customer! Kohl's cash is a useless gimmick they just want your money, same goes for the rewards/credit card scam they try to push on every single person trying to check out. 1/5 stars would not recommend ANYONE to shop at this store until they get new management and clean up the place!

When it comes to customer service and quality of product, Melissa's knocks it out of the park. The store is unassuming, located in a quiet corner of Westland Mall, but I had nothing short of a five-star experience and love the items I purchased. The owners - Renee and Brian - are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
