The one thing I do not tolerate is when you have a broken machine and don't put a sign on it SAYING that it's broken. We were fortunate enough to have a "regular " tell us such. Now people are going to put money in it and not get anything back for it Shame on you!!! Fix your machines !!! Great laundromat. My roommate and I come here to do laundry fairly frequently since it's more…read moreefficient than using the one machine at our apartment complex. They have free wi-fi and there are quite a few tables so it's not too bad of a place to just hang around while you wait for your laundry. It can get pretty busy depending on what time/day you come but Java House/Heirloom is also just a couple of doors down if you wanted to get some food or a drink while you wait instead. I really haven't done my laundry at very many other laundromats, but I think the pricing here is fair. They have both top load machines as well as front load machines in several different sizes. They also have a different sized dryers as well, including the really really big ones, so it's great if you're trying to wash the bedding and towels that you've been putting off washing for the last 2 months. I recently had the experience of putting coins into a broken machine. Laundromania was great at not only fixing their machines in a timely manner but also refunding me the money in the mail which I wasn't even expecting since it was only a couple of dollars! Great customer service, and I would recommend it if you're looking for someplace to wash your clothes!
