Michael Cacioppo (the owner) is wonderful. He can do anything with respect to computers, networks, TVs, etc. He's very fast and efficient. We were having trouble with our internet. I called Michael and explained our problem. He recommended a particular router, which I found on sale through Amazon. When the new router arrived, I called Michael and he came to our house the next day and helped me set up and configure the new router. Took about 40 minutes. The new router works great and is a big improvement over what we had. And the total cost was much less than I had anticipated. We're very happy. read more

I have called Michael numerous times over many years. At one time Michael made sure all the computers at the town library were in working order and Ill bet they didnt realize what a diamond they had until he left to open his own business Michael is humble, soft spoken and kind as a person and underneath his Clark Kent exterior is a Superman computer technician interior ..
