(I was paid to date) during moving our key got misplaced and let them know that. They told me they could cut the lock off and charge me the lock price. I told them that was fine. They continued billing me. I found key and took it in to them after speaking to them after not knowing for months why I was still being billed. Now they ave key and they have had possession of storage unit since Oct 3rd 2015! They are still billing me. I called them last and spoke with them about it. They told me they would call me back or to call them next morning. I called and Noone picked up. When I spoke to them they did admit that they have had they key and that we haven't been using storage unit since Oct 3rd! And yet again another bill.....

Very patient to get the information I needed. Very efficient. I also spoke with David Sillman previously today. He was the person who first signed us up for our storage units in the Spring of '24. He is consistently wonderful to work with. Always helpful and always able to find the answer to our questions. Thank you to the good customer representatives at Old Foundry storage. The customer service experience at Old Foundry Storage added to the storage facility being a convenient and very good storage place in general makes me very grateful that we found units there. Charged me up front and refused to give a refund when I didn't get access to the unit. Then after a…read moremonth, tried billing me again for a unit that I didn't have any access to. My repeated complaints went unanswered. Instead I kept getting email and text messages that totally disregarded my horrible experience with their system.
