Worst customer service EVER! First, they gave my brother a broken phone on my Mom's account. Then,…read morewhen he came back and wanted to use his old phone instead because it worked, they gave him a bad SIM card and tried to charge him a $70 restocking fee for a phone they gave him that same day! He left with both phones, neither working. My mom called corporate. They said the restocking fee didn't apply and noted her account. She sent me in to return the phone. They would not even look up the account to read the note from corporate. They attempted to charge me. I asked for his supervisor. He told me she'd tell me the same, which she did. I called corporate and they said the fee did not apply. The supervisor still didn't accept the phone, so corporate mailed us a label and opened an investigation into the store. I also filed a complaint with the FCC for illegal billing practices. The whole staff should be fired and start over... I am a retailer for T-mobile. I signed my mom up for this. Other stores are not an issue. Corporate is great! This specific store doesn't know how to provide customer service at all.
