My sessions after that eval have been with Anya who is incredibly kind and really encouraged me to not rush my healing process. She really helped me understand how to do my exercises the correct way and help me notice what i need to engage with each one. It's been very helpful to learn that my initial abdomen pain turned out to surprisingly be all related to lower back and hip flexor tightness and that it all correlates. I had thought for many months that it could've been appendicitis and have been extremely relieved its turned out to be not that serious.

I am very impressed with this rehabilitation/ chiropractor/ physical therapy practice; they are very comprehensive with your recovery program and have a lot of great equipment and machines. They take my insurance as well, which is Anthem Blue Cross, so that helps with the cost. Ive been an athlete for most of my life, and now I just train at the gym and do CrossFit on occasion. I was in need for some physical therapy because I injured my groin and lower back doing heavy squats. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. So let me break it down for you... The office itself is really nice! I love the ambiance. It is a nice, cozy, trendy and clean office space. Upon walking in, you are greeted by whomever is at the front desk and there are several chairs for waiting and magazines to look at. Sam, Andrea and Carla are wonderful!!! They are very friendly and make your experience comfortable and pleasant! This place has compression machine for your legs, a physical therapy exercise area with a lot of sports/exercise equipment, office space for adjustments and additional therapies (cupping, needling, massage gun, etc.), and a warm massage bed while you're hooked up to an electrical muscle stimulation machine. Each of my appointments typically follow the same routine and i started going in twice a week for four weeks. Ill do 15 mins on the warm massage bed while hooked up to the electro stimulator, then ill do 15 minutes of compression, then 15 minutes of going through my physical therapy exercises led by Andrea. She is great at walking you through the movements and she switches up the exercises each time. Then ill see Dr. Dillon Balkin for more focused work on my injuries whether it be cupping, massaging, needling, adjustments, etc. Dr. Dillon Balkin is great! He is very professional, extremely personable and friendly, and you can tell he is passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable. I always appreciate his recommendations and they always help me progress with my recovery. My back and groin have healed tremendously and i can now do full squats with heavy weights again. I enjoyed coming here so much that I continued to go here to treat my shoulder injury from 2017 that I have been doubtful about getting treated again. I went to a different physical therapy practice for my shoulder in the past and it only got worse, so i've been hesitant to "waste money" to get it checked out again. To my honest surprise, Dr. Balkin found the issue and as i started to follow the program/exercises he prescribed me, it's actually getting better and im ecstatic! I can't say enough great things about this place. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone. I am so pleased with how my injuries have healed.

My life is better for it. I recommend everyone with any physical discomfort or problems at all to see her once and just see what happens. I came here and was surprised by the "average" review because Agnes is definitely the best PT I've ever seen. She's a manual PT, meaning she will put your alignment back in place and get the knots out. I started seeing her through word of mouth, so I never found her online. She fixes your shit and has a real knack for figuring things out. If you don't have poor habits your problem can be fixed in one session. The habits can take longer to correct, but she identified what I needed to do to fix my discomfort and pain throughout my body. It takes genuine work and effort sometimes, but her methods are more concrete and make more sense than other PTs I've gone to. Other PTs have come close, but never fixed my alignment in the session and did not give me a vision. I was regularly discouraged. I'm 27 and other practitioners were surprised how much discomfort I was in, considering I'm so young, but Agnes knew immediately that I was doing certain things to create the muscle weaknesses I had and was able to tell me about them. I went to chiropractic care for years with minimal to 0 change. I know it's a personal journey figuring out what you and your body needs to feel it's best, but I think everyone should try Agnes first.

Do not be fooled by his modest and humble demeanor. He is the most effective PT I have ever seen -- and the results came quicker and lasted longer under his good care and guidance than anywhere else I've been. He's one of those rare people that has found their true calling and ability, and it is evident in the people he has healed and helped to heal ourselves (if we do the exercises!). I was in a car accident and saw several PTs, chiropractors, etc that provided temporary relief, but nothing beyond a week or two. Dr Issa was recommended to me by a family friend who is a top doctor in another state. At first I wasn't sure -- only because he was a 35min drive from my office and wasn't "in network." I am so glad I went -- and did a series of visits to correct my neck, upper back, lower back and pelvis. And, we tried dry needling, which I wasn't sure about and had never tried. It worked better than anything else I'd ever done. Now that's the first thing I ask other PTs -- bc that method, for me, has been #1 effective in releasing tight, conditioned muscles and promoting alignment and ease of motion. My insurance ended up covering a portion of the visits. Tamer also has a generous payment option/ discount to make sure folks could afford it. The fact that he's not as pressured by in-network quotas that focus on quantity enables him to focus on quality. They love the science behind what it is they do, and use it to heal your body.
