There has never been more than one additional patient during my sessions, and maintaining a 6-foot distance from other patients has not been an issue. The quality of service here has been amazing. Ariel Ross is clearly an expert in what she does. I ask a lot of questions and she is able to explain complex physiological and kinesthetic concepts in a way that is easy to understand. My intake examination was much more thorough than the diagnostic exam I had at my orthopedist, and I have full confidence in her analysis. I would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation.

Always a happy demeanor and the office is way nicer and more intimate than many of the other places I've been. I found many to be like institutions. I am very happy I chose forever fit. As someone who had been to physical therapy several years ago for a different injury, I had fairly…read morebasic expectations for a PT clinic. There are several national and regional chains with locations in Rockville, so I chose this one solely based on its proximity to the Twinbrook Metro station. I am happy to say ATI Physical Therapy dramatically exceeded my expectations over the last month or so of attending twice weekly sessions. Ian was my physical therapist, and together with the other friendly staff members at the location, the team really made me feel welcome. Everyone has shifts, but I generally have been with the same 2-3 staff every session. It's a very laid back and funny conversational atmosphere as we go through our therapy routines. The clinic is located on the lower level of a strip mall with the front door facing into the lot (rather than the Rockville Pike or Halpine Rd.), such that there isn't an excessive amount of foot or car traffic past the windows. The clean interior looks brand new and has abundant natural lighting, with a separate waiting area in front for friends & family that is usually empty, as I have never had to wait upon arrival. Technologically speaking, they gave me a welcome folder and I will receive discharge papers but everything is also online and in the app. They transitioned between billing portals during my time there and they are still getting that online, but they accept co-payments at the front desk. Though I am glad my injury has been resolved, this is tempered with some sadness that the routine over the last 5 weeks is coming to an end. That speaks to how welcoming and personal the team at ATI has been, given that PT is typically aiming to be bearable, vs. something to enjoy or look forward to. I highly recommend this location, especially for those who use public transit!

My son is a competitive swimmer who has Ehlers Danlos. As a former athlete with EDS, Arona knows exactly how to treat this. My son felt understood for the first time in his life after meeting with Arona. From the exercises, dry needling, massage and extensive education about his condition, everything about his treatment plan has been truly excellent. My son suffered a fractured vertebra this year and once again, Arona was there to explain exactly what he needed to do to fully recover. Arona was invaluable in keeping my son optimistic about his recovery and guiding him on exactly what he needed to do. My son is excited to see Arona and to follow his treatment plan because he says, "Arona has been through a lot with me and has always been right." I have started seeing Arona for my own long term back pain because after seeing how he helped my son, it would be hard for me to go back to any other PT.
