We had sausages, brisket, ribs, and a variety of sides. We had a charcuterie table, and two passed appetizers for our cocktail hour and it was beautiful and delicious. We also had late night pulled pork tacos and those were a hit as well. He can make basically anything you would want. I'm so glad we went with blue smoke! The price was very reasonable, nothing like what you would expect for wedding catering, yet they went above and beyond to make it easy for us! We provided our own plates and silverware/napkins but they had everything else. We actually bought metal bbq trays and had deli paper printed with photos of us and everyone thought that was super cute and a unique touch so I loved that we got to choose our own for that. They also helped facilitate serving our cake and desserts from another vendor. They were very accommodating with our venue coordinator as well, and I'm so thankful everything went so smoothly! There was plenty of food for everyone including all our vendors. We also brought ziplock baggies to send food with guests and ourselves so nothing went to waste. The whole planning process was also great because Justin was so responsive and answered so many questions for me in the months leading up to the wedding. Thanks so much Justin and team!
